I made an appointment with EB james, she was not friendly, her choice of music was of a LOW quality to say the least and she plays it very loud! I scheduled a manzillian but had tell her to stop it after just 10 minutes, the wax was extremely hot, and she would pull the strips very slow as she could not get a very good hold of it, making it very painful. I have had many waxing services but this one is THE WORST. Not only did I walk out of the place half waxed but she charged me FULL PRICE $150.
