I usually go to Bindu and I was in a rush so I went ahead with another girl who i think was newer and OMGGGGG, she totally ruined my eyebrows I almost cried. I have thick and full eyebrows ( always have) and she literally took away all my eyebrows and left me a thin little line of hair. I asked her to ONLY clean them up and she took off pretty much my entire brow. When I got home even my husband noticed how thin they were. To make matters worse, she threaded too hard and now I have a bruise. Ugh now I have to grow them out which will take monthsss. Bindu is AMAZING...I've been coming to her since they opened many many years ago. She does a great job...once in a while she gets help but I can't personally speak on their work. Since COVID appointments are encouraged, she is accommodating and takes walks in...Ive witnessed walk ins cause a scene due to the wait....It baffles me that a walk in gets upset because she's taking scheduled appointments as she should! She is the nicest sweetest professional person and some ppl are just mean and entitled...she works endless hours and some of the walk ins behaviors are just unacceptable. I personally love the fact that since covid appointments are offered and encouraged. Never have I ever had issues with my appointments. She's usually a one person show, so when she Injured her hand she was unable to perform certain services but I'd gladly wait for to heal as she is the only one I trust with my brows and face. I have been here on 3 separate occasions. The first time my experience was okay. The second time I waited in the hot sun in the middle of summer for 40 min for her to return from what I assume was lunch, with no return time posted on her door by the way, and I left with my brows being not quite what I wanted but manageable. This time I specifically asked for her to keep them full and for an arch. I got no arch and this is the thinnest my brows have ever been. I am not happy. She is a nice lady and I wish I could give her a better review but she really needs to listen to her customers more closely. When in doubt err on the side of caution. If someone asks for their brows to be full, take as little as possible and then check with them to make sure that it looks ok. You can always take more away, but you can't put the hair back. read more

I went to get my eyebrows done at around 7:30 PM on a Wednesday night and it was pretty busy. The inside of the salon is very nice and minimalistic which I love! The prices are very reasonable and also hung on the wall for easy access. The owner is lovely and very efficient with her work. read more

Although they do a great job it's a little frustrating that it closes at 8 and you show up at 740 the girl has door locked with sign off. I asked if I could make appointment for following day and she says she will let me and that they normally don't. She also said that they take their last client at 745pm which I pointed out that it was only 740 she said sorry. Just a heads up so you don't waste your time. *UPDATE-in response to owner.* As I expressed in my review the work is great however when a place of business states they are open until a certain time you expect to be able to walk in and get a service done. And on top of that when you are told 20 minutes before closing time that you take the last customer 15 minutes before it doesn't make sense. I would not have driven 10 minutes to find out that although your hours state one thing you actually close when you feel the need. I was giving the next customer a heads up. See to me when I look up the hours for Target and they say they close at 10 I know I still can walk in 20 minutes before and be out. Maybe your hours should reflect that....like we close at 740ish...instead of 8. I hope my explanation makes more sense now. read more

I left my eyebrows grow out for a couple months so that I could achieve the thickest look possible. Asked to have my already-thin eyebrows shaped and left as thick as possible. I was left with the thinnest eyebrows I've ever walked away from a threading place before. I even repeated my request throughout the process to emphasize that I did not want them thin because I could feel that she was going too far in and it was like I was talking to a wall. The threading was also done very slowly, which only enhances the pain level. Safe to say I will never be back. read more
