Bindu is AMAZING...I've been coming to her since they opened many many years ago. She does a great job...once in a while she gets help but I can't personally speak on their work. Since COVID appointments are encouraged, she is accommodating and takes walks in...Ive witnessed walk ins cause a scene due to the wait....It baffles me that a walk in gets upset because she's taking scheduled appointments as she should! She is the nicest sweetest professional person and some ppl are just mean and entitled...she works endless hours and some of the walk ins behaviors are just unacceptable. I personally love the fact that since covid appointments are offered and encouraged. Never have I ever had issues with my appointments. She's usually a one person show, so when she Injured her hand she was unable to perform certain services but I'd gladly wait for to heal as she is the only one I trust with my brows and face. Ocasionally I have to do a walk in and waiting for her is NO issue...very well worth it, I would go to no one else. STRONGLY RECOMMEND read more

Threader threaded my eyelid causing abrasions , bleeding and swelling. This used to be my go to shop so I was so happy to be able to stop by and get my eyebrows threaded as I was passing through town this weekend. read more

I've been here a few times and overall my experience has been inconsistent. Sometimes my eyebrows come out great, other times not so much. This last time I went in, my eyebrows lacked any shape. I come here for convenience and not so much because I love the turn out. The plus side is affordable pricing. read more

Small quiet shop. Quick and easy scheduling. Threading and tint in and out in 15minutes. Have gone a few times now and for the price and time spent would highly recommend. read more

Everything went well! Bindu is amazing! I've never had eyebrows! And Bindu did an amazing job! Bert friendly and professional.

My favorite place to get my eyebrows threaded. Bindy is consistent with her work as she has not let me down in over 5 years. The shop does accept appointments however I typically walk in and will be seen within 10 minutes. The shop has a cozy vibe though nothing special. For those interested, they offer an array of services outside of threading including microblading. read more

Love this place! I went in without an appointment today and Bindy took me back immediately. She is fast! I am super sensitive when I get threaded so this was amazing. My eyebrows are cleaned up now and shaped nicely. She didn't take off too much hair and listened to what I wanted. Thank you Bindy! I will be back. read more

I usually go to Bindu and I was in a rush so I went ahead with another girl who i think was newer and OMGGGGG, she totally ruined my eyebrows I almost cried. I have thick and full eyebrows ( always have) and she literally took away all my eyebrows and left me a thin little line of hair. I asked her to ONLY clean them up and she took off pretty much my entire brow. When I got home even my husband noticed how thin they were. To make matters worse, she threaded too hard and now I have a bruise. Ugh now I have to grow them out which will take monthsss. Bindu is good but I would not go to the new girl until she is properly trained. She is messing up a good business reputation read more

I have been coming here for a long time and I just want to say how amazing the service has been every time.. I do waxes and threading and Bindu's threading feels so soft unlike other places that can be very painful and her customer service is always wonderful. 10/10 read more

I am SUPER picky about my brows and I've been going to the same girl for over 15 years. I was in a crunch and needed a place that could do a clean up and upper lip. Bindu did a great job at cleaning up my brows and lip. Also, love that she offered witch hazel. Adding this place as my backup threading spot! read more

Unprofessional service not sure if you can see It but first time being here and left with skin Irritation only prey it will be better tomorrow :/ Follow up the second day -- this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with eyebrow threading !!!! My eye lid Is still red the second day with scars from the threading I've been never had anything like this happen before !!!!!! Don't go to this shitty place ruin your face and mood !!! read more

First time getting my eyebrows done in Phoenix I found out about this place through my sister she recommended me this spot and talked highly about Bindu. Bindu is on point when she comes to working her magic on eyebrows. I liked that before she got started she asked how I wanted them and then talked about what she was going to do. She takes her time with your eyebrows and is precise with her work. So happy to find my go to eyebrow artist! read more

The momma that did my eyebrows did such a great job and was super nice! I will be coming back

& let me go ahead and update this since I got a SHADY message from Ms. Bindu herself (the owner). Like I said I was a loyal and regular customer. I ALWAYS give places 3 chances for any mishaps, with that being said this isn't the first time I went to this shop & something has happened for me to write this review. This was just the LAST thing that happened. Y'all still had 15 minutes or maybe more on the clock till closing & it would not have took that long for someone who is a REGULAR because there is not much eyebrow to clean up. No need to message me love, what you can do is thank the employees that you hired for the review that was made. I've always came to you, tipped & waited as long as I needed. We don't have to play on this Yelp app. read more

I love you guys u guys r so nice and sweet I love coming here I been coming for years y'all always slay these brows i came today for a full face for the first time and i look so beautiful love u and they're always fast !!!!! read more

I was a little nervous trying a new place but Bindu did an amazing job I will be back!

I come here faithfully to get my eyebrows done by Bindu. She's amazing, kind and professional. I don't see myself getting my eyebrows done anywhere else besides here. read more

I don't ever leave reviews but I definitely am today. I am new to this area so I was looking for a decent threading salon. I just got my eyebrows done at this place. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 10 years now and I have NEVER had someone do such a HORRIBLE job then they did at this place. If I could give a NEGATIVE star I WOULD! The lady didn't even care that my eye was bleeding or that my eyebrows looked WORSE then they did before I even came! Just look at these pics. I would NEVER recommend this place. This was after I wiped the blood off. Still red and very irritated on both eyes! She didn't even offer Aloe Vera gel. read more

It is 6:10 PM and I arrived at 6:03 PM. I am upset to find out that they are not open until 7 PM like their sign says on their main front exterior. I asked if she could still take me in since I'm only three minutes off she was still working on someone else. She told me that no they are closed at 6 PM. I told her that she should have a sign on her window stipulating her new Covid hours which are not posted. She was extremely rude. read more

I've been going to Trend for years now! I've followed B around town because she is the best at threading! She really does pride herself by the work she does and checks her employees work before letting you leave! read more

I am new to the area and I was in search of a new person for my brows. I found this place on yelp and it was nearby so I decided to give it a shot! I'm super happy with how my eyebrows came out. I have had my eyebrows microbladed so I really just like to maintain my current shape and just clean them up and Bindu did just that! She was very nice and the shop was super clean and inviting. I will definitely be returning. Also the pricing is great!! Thanks Bindu!! read more

I am very particular with my eyebrows and a few years ago I stumbled across Trend brow, since then this has been my go to spot and I have not gotten my brows done anywhere else. I'm always recommending Bindu, she is always so kind, careful and understanding. read more

Got my eyebrows threaded for the very first time at this location. I waited almost 40 minutes... and it was so WORTH IT!! I love my brows. The shape is perfect and done better than any waxing I've gotten in the past. Bindu was so nice and asked before starting how I wanted them done. Highly recommend! read more

This place sucks! Bad service I rather drive to Chandler Mall or Tempe Marketplace for eyebrow threading

Moved here from out of state, my girlfriend recommended I go to Bindu. I'm extremely cautious of who I let do my brows, and I can tell you right now .. look no further! Bindu is the BEST! So quick! So kind, looks for a friendship in all of her clients. Place is always so quiet, and clean. Only person I go to and will continue to go to. Definitely deserving more than 5 stars, wish I could give more. Thank you Bindu! read more

I have been here on 3 separate occasions. The first time my experience was okay. The second time I waited in the hot sun in the middle of summer for 40 min for her to return from what I assume was lunch, with no return time posted on her door by the way, and I left with my brows being not quite what I wanted but manageable. This time I specifically asked for her to keep them full and for an arch. I got no arch and this is the thinnest my brows have ever been. I am not happy. She is a nice lady and I wish I could give her a better review but she really needs to listen to her customers more closely. When in doubt err on the side of caution. If someone asks for their brows to be full, take as little as possible and then check with them to make sure that it looks ok. You can always take more away, but you can't put the hair back. read more

Trend Brows - Been here 3 times. The first time was satisfactory, the second time not as good as the first, and this time was the worst. Not happy. - Threading Services Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Good first experience. She was fast and precise. I have to admit I'm scared to try new places but you can tell by how fast she was with previous clients that it was gonna be ok. I'll definitely be back. Definitely a threading place Laveen was in need of. read more

Can't spare a face mask? I find that hard to believe. It's the little things that matter.

Bindu is the only woman I will let touch my brows, honestly.. Truly. It's so clean and professional and Bindu always makes sure to make your brows look exactly how you want them and even gives you a little massage with lotion if you have sensitive skin. Ditch those chop shops with the wax and give threading a chance, gurl. read more

I had been meaning to write an updated review.... so this is my go to eyebrow spot. Bindu is the sweetest person ever and does an amazing job. Plus, she is always singing and in a great mood! I wish I was more like her.. lol. I also came off extremely judgmental and rude in my first review. Her salon has come a long way and is actually very clean and decorated nicely. read more

I've been going to trend eyebrows for the longest because Bindu knows how to do your eyebrows on point! She's very professional in what she does and I always leave happy knowing that my eyebrows are done to my liking. It's very clean inside with a nice waiting area and always has good music on. After the threading she gives you a quick eyebrow massage which is amazing! It's reasonably priced and you have to come back 2 weeks after your threading to keep them on point ! read more

Good service however she forgot to thread between my brows and I didn't realize it till I got home. I was concerned about a problem area on my eyebrow only to realize she never did between my brows. Other than that she usually does really good. read more

She was incredibly friendly! It was very clean and neat, she did an amazing job , l'll definitely be coming here again ! And the prices are great ! I went to get my eyebrows done at around 7:30 PM on a Wednesday night and it was pretty busy. The inside of the salon is very nice and minimalistic which I love! The prices are very reasonable and also hung on the wall for easy access. The owner is lovely and very efficient with her work. read more

Although they do a great job it's a little frustrating that it closes at 8 and you show up at 740 the girl has door locked with sign off. I asked if I could make appointment for following day and she says she will let me and that they normally don't. She also said that they take their last client at 745pm which I pointed out that it was only 740 she said sorry. Just a heads up so you don't waste your time. *UPDATE-in response to owner.* As I expressed in my review the work is great however when a place of business states they are open until a certain time you expect to be able to walk in and get a service done. And on top of that when you are told 20 minutes before closing time that you take the last customer 15 minutes before it doesn't make sense. I would not have driven 10 minutes to find out that although your hours state one thing you actually close when you feel the need. I was giving the next customer a heads up. See to me when I look up the hours for Target and they say they close at 10 I know I still can walk in 20 minutes before and be out. Maybe your hours should reflect that....like we close at 740ish...instead of 8. I hope my explanation makes more sense now. read more

Bindu did so great! She did exactly what I asked and was so careful and gentle. She was patient and asked me exactly how I wanted my brows. I will definitely be back! read more

Bindu is fast and greaaat! I love how she's in the area. Good thing she's the only one threading :)

I left my eyebrows grow out for a couple months so that I could achieve the thickest look possible. Asked to have my already-thin eyebrows shaped and left as thick as possible. I was left with the thinnest eyebrows I've ever walked away from a threading place before. I even repeated my request throughout the process to emphasize that I did not want them thin because I could feel that she was going too far in and it was like I was talking to a wall. The threading was also done very slowly, which only enhances the pain level. Safe to say I will never be back. read more

Just moved to Phoenix a couple months ago and was pretty sad to leave my previous home town because I had finally found the perfect place to get my eyebrows threaded so I went on yelp to find a nearby eyebrow threading place and I came across this one then finally decided to go and I'm so happy with the way my eyebrows came out thanks to Bindhu! read more
