Amazing service Junu was kind to let me in even though it was already a minute till closing ! Love this place !!!

I love coming to get my eyebrows done! Junu is the best she's been doing my brows for years and I'll never go anywhere else!

Junu was so friendly and welcoming for my first time here and she did such a great job I love my brows and will be coming here from now on

I've been going here for a few years now and have yet to be disappointed! I have become a regular in Junu's chair because she does amazing work and understands how I like my brows. My brows are naturally thick and she never tries to have me make them super thin. I went in today and Junu wasn't there. Not knowing when I'll be able to come back, I let Tulsi do my brows and she did a great job as well. All the ladies I've met are sweet and great at what they do. read more

Junu truly excels at shaping my eyebrows to perfection! I consistently receive wonderful compliments on her exceptional work, a testament to her outstanding skill and dedication. She is undoubtedly a master of her craft! read more

Let me tell yall something! Juni (I think that's her name) gets me right EVERY TIME! Love getting my eyebrows here. She does it perfectly! It's a small place and usually not that packed but I love it here. I'm usually out in about 15-20 minutes! read more

I've have been going here for over 8 years and they have NEVER disappointed me. I love these women here they are so kind, mindful, and thoughtful. My mother tells me that there is one lady there that always tells my mom "say hi to your daughter!" I think that is so sweet! 10/10 recommend! read more

This is my favorite eyebrow place, I've been coming here for years even now that I live 20 minutes away. Junu is the best and always threads my eyebrows so nice I always go with her even if there's a wait time read more

i've been coming here for years! Junu always does my eyebrows! she's amazing!! the vibe is always welcoming.

Needed to get my eyebrows done before venturing to Los Angeles tomorrow and Hollywood was the hook up. Looked them up online and they had great reviews. Rolled through and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The entire time the lady that was doing my eyebrows was complementing me on their shape. I guess I am hard on myself because I don't see it, but she did and it made my day. It helped me realize that I do need to be less judgy of myself! I left with a smile on my face and at a price of just $10 not bad for a smile. I will come back again when I am in the area! Go Hollywood! read more

It appears I spoke too soon and inaccurately: my eyebrows seemed to be completely unsymmetrical and thin due to poor lighting. When I looked at them again in different lighting, they were symmetrical and well-shaped. My apologies for the previous poor review. Now that I have seen them in good lighting, my eyebrows have a nice arch and are very cleaned up! Despite the fact that this technique was a bit painful, I would come back for these results. Exceptional to say the least, and very reasonably priced. read more

Ladies here are always super nice and gentle when threading. They have a rewards system which I love! The music playing is always super relaxing making the painful hair removal not so scary. read more

Ive been coming here for 3 years and JUNU always takes care of me! All the ladies are great! Junu threaded my brows and suggested tinting, which I had never done, but damn, she did an amazing job! I love it so much, it has made me wear less makeup! I highly recommend this place and recommend Junu too! read more

I've never been to this location. I'm a frequent visitor of the other location on 35th Ave. Since moving far on the East end I was forced to find a place closer. I Yelp'd a few places near my job in Tempe but settled on this one. I'm glad I did. Anu did a great job! Immediately upon walking in it smelled a little, just a funny stale smell. It threw me off a bit. There were 2 women waiting and 1 person in the chair. Anu was quick. She finished all 3 of those women within 20 mins and I was out in 10. I had 30 more minutes to spare during my lunch break. I'd visit again for sure! read more

I have not been there a while, mainly because I have been doing them myself but today I wanted to get them done. They changed the people who do the eyebrows and she did mine sooo thin. I am not one to tell them directly but the lady left my eyebrows so thin. Won't come back, she basically styled them how she please, did not follow my eyebrow pattern. Don't recommend to go. They might mess them up! read more

very nice and was able to squeeze me in before her lunch, very quick and profesional! She even fixed my uneven brows after an incident (that caused them not to grow the same) very happy with my results read more

I have been having trouble trusting anybody with my eyebrows until I met Junu! She knows what a real clean-up is, not too thin just how I like them! I have been getting my whole face threaded by her and she makes my skin feel brand new - just like a facial! Not only is she great at her job, but she's a total sweetheart. She makes sure you feel comfortable and your needs are met! She uses a technique that is ideal for my sensitive skin to not cause irritation! I have been going to Junu for a year now and I will continue to - 10/10 service! read more

I found this cute threading place as I was roadtrippin through Arizona. My eyebrows were growing and it was time for threading! I always worry that I won't find a good place but was happy to find this one! Only one thing that turned me off is that there is a $2 redeem threading offer on Yelp, and when I got there I was told I needed to have printed it out to use it. There's 2 things that turned me off about this: 1. I haven't owned a printer in like over 5 years. I never use one as everything is digital now so this put me at a disadvantage and made me feel jipped that I can't get my $2 off and I checked in as requested. 2. I'm traveling and am a tourist in AZ. I'm sure there are other tourists - and why would they have a printer. Plus it doesn't say that you have to print it in yelp. I'm a marketing strategist so I'm all about businesses creating an amazing customer experience. So this experience was less than perfect. So I recommend the owners allow people to use their $2 check in from yelp from their phone to avoid more disappointed customers. BUT I gave it 5 stars because Sarita who did my eyebrows was awesome, really sweet, and did a fantastic job on my eyebrows so thank you! read more

$7 for eyebrow threading, make sure to leave a tip. These ladies can work their magic and have you in and out within a few minutes. Have been going for a while with my two teenage girls. One talked her boyfriend into getting his eyebrows done and now he is a regular too. Had to wait once for less than 10 minutes, but every other time we've gone it's been no waiting. We all walk out happy every time we go in. It can hurt if you have a lot of new hair to pluck or if you aren't used to it, but after a while the pain seems to get easier. I've done plucking, waxing, sugaring, and threading. By far getting threading done is the least painful, quickest, and cheapest method of hair removal. We don't go anywhere else to get our eyebrows done and will only trust these ladies to do them. read more

I've been coming here to get my eyebrows threaded for years, and I absolutely love it. Junu is the best to get your eyebrows threaded by. She has incredible customer service, she's always so sweet, and her work is always super efficient. She always makes sure that her clients are well taken care of, and are satisfied. Definitely would recommend getting your eyebrows threaded by her! read more

Usually have amazing experiences here. Not sure if the lady I got was new but it was horrible. She was pulling each hair one by one with the thread. My eye brows were so uneven and not shaped. She blamed it on the previous place messing my eyebrow shape up but I only go here. I'll just have to start requesting specific people now or go to the another location read more

They did a good job with my eyebrows however I do miss the location i usually go to. This place was not as updated as the others. However I did get in fast and the lady was nice. read more

I have came here multiple times and have no complaints. Great customer service and nice employees. I'm always in and out.

They did an amazing job. And my eyebrows looked amazing. Also very cheap, and painless

This is definitely my go to place when I come to Phoenix from Va. When i went inside this morn I was looking for the young lady that jas done my brows several times before but she wasn't there (you get use to your person). But i signed in and the ipad tells you your wait time. Once u sign in you get sent an email saying 9 th brow threading free. The young lady called me up and did a great job on the brows. Im very particular about the "brows" and was impressed with her workmanship. Of course i will return to Hollywood Eyebrows on Baseline. read more

Looked clean. No wait. Great Eyebrows. $8. I'm happy. BTW, it is an iffy neighborhood. I was in there maybe 7 minutes and when I came out, someone had poured a cola drink all over my windshield and front/sides of car. I noticed the windshield and wiped it clean, but it was not till the next day that I noticed the cola all over the hood and sides. Nasty thing to do to a luxury car. Maybe the fact that people actually save up for a car of their choice annoys some people but I do believe in Karma. So here I am, waiting for the karma to kick in. It will. Great staff, quick and professional service, minimum fuss. They know what they are doing, best place in Phoenix.

Thank you Anu for my eyebrows!!!! They were so uneven and I hated how they looked and you made them come back to life lol I have found my new place! read more

I came back and they now have a computerized sign in system, which is great! As always, the girls are really sweet and do great work. Old review: The wait on the weekends is awful And even though there is a sign-in sheet they ask "who is next?" when there are 10 people who came in around the same time. So, needless to say my turn was skipped SEVERAL times. read more

The first time I came here I was scared because I do not let just anyone work on my eyebrows. Threading is way better than getting anything wax I've been coming here for over 2 -3 Years and it never fails how amazing their customer service is. I don't have a certain girl I see when I come. I have came several times and they all have done an amazing job on my eyebrows and upper lip. The best part is they have an iPad you check in with your phone number and after a certain amount of threads you do you get ONE free. I highly recommend this place. read more

Smells terrible. The employee refused a client who came in before closing time. She was working on my cousin and there was no wait but she refused her because she didn't want to stay later than closing time. The open sign was on and it was not closing time just yet. read more
