The service was rushed from start to finish; I felt like the provider was halfway out the door before I could even explain my symptoms. Nothing was ever explained correctly. I was not informed that I might need several procedures to resolve my issue. I had to call to express my dissatisfaction with my first, second, and third procedures. They wanted to charge me at first for the repeat procedures. My issue was never actually resolved. Again, I reached out to express my frustration and request a refund, but they were completely unwilling to help or take accountability for the lack of care. They did offer me to continue with the same procedure. If it did not work the three previous times before, why would I consider doing it again? It feels like they prioritize volume over patient outcomes. I will not be returning.

I was already going through something emotionally difficult, and instead of feeling supported or cared for, I felt dismissed and met with a very cold bedside manner. It left me feeling uncomfortable and upset after the appointment. I tried seeing another doctor within the practice hoping for a different experience, but sadly I encountered the same feeling again.
