Jill is incredible. I booked her a couple of years ago, and she really made me feel great about myself. As someone afflicted with PCOS, "permanent" hair removal is a little less permanent for me. Though I have invested heavily in laser in the past, I have had problem areas that consistently come back with time. Jill was so knowledgeable about this, and provided me a very reasonable custom quote that fit my needs and budget perfectly. This year I'm looking into getting laser again, and wouldn't think of booking with anyone else. Having previously received treatments at Neo's MedSpa, Simplicity Laser, Ideal Laser, and SWINA, I can confidently say, Jill truly is the best in the Valley. read more

Jill is great to work with and very happy with results! She provides a great service

If you're looking for hair removal, this is the place to go... I was referred to Jill by some friends of mine and I cannot thank them enough! I used to have to shave my legs EVERY DAY. It was embarrassing... I had to take a sharp razor to my legs every single day and even then i was lucky to have smooth, clean shaven legs for a few hours... (I know, this is kind of sensitive information to be sharing, but I want to share because of my positive experience with Jill.) When I tell you that I don't have to shave my legs or underarms anymore, I am not lying! Sure, it took 8 or 10 visits all 6 weeks apart, and the visits are not the most fun experience you'll ever have, but the results are worth it! Jill sees both men and women for hair removal. She is professional, affordable (compared to other places I've seen), and puts you at ease the second you walk in... Jill says her website will be coming soon, but I wanted to post this review asap in case any of you are looking to start the process right away - it is worth it! For smooth skin, no worries of prickly hair growth, and a pleasant experience along the way, I highly recommend giving Jill a call! read more

If you are not going to Jill for your laser hair removal, you are an absolute fool. I have been going to Jill for over 10 years and I can tell you, this is the only place to be if you are wanting your hair removed. Before I found her, I had laser treatments in Scottsdale, Tempe, and Chandler and the day I found Jill was a miracle. There was no need to look any further. You would only be wasting your time, money and energy. Should Jill ever retire, my hair removal days will be over! read more

Jill is the best. Let me start off with saying that I've been to a couple of other Aestheticians for similar procedures and by far Jill's knowledge and expertise is exceptional. . From laser hair removal, Microdermabrasion, Microblading and Laser Genesis Jill outshines anyone I have ever been to. She will always take the time to discuss all options and outcome of any recommended procedure along with before and after pictures. The pictures are the best way to show that Jill is the best in her business. The office atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the cleanest you will ever see. I highly recommend Jill for all beauty treatments you want or are thinking about exploring. It is true Jill does make you beautiful. Jill Rocks. read more

Ladies and gentlemen if you are like me, and don't love all your body hair, this is the place for you. Jill is an awesome lady, and as Gabi said, she makes you feel completely at ease. I was more comfortable with her than I have even been getting my annual lady exam. sorry boys, but it's true. Her prices are great for laser and there was no pain. Plus if you go enough times, the hair stops growing. For the life of me I have no clue why people still get waxed. It is barbaric & temporary. Call Jill & join me in my mission to eradicate unwanted body hair. Seriously, it sucks. read more

Ok - all 5 STAR REVIEWS - what else is there to say about the Fabulous Jill! I've been going to Jill for over 5 years so i joke I'm one of her first customers. The first day i came to see her she immediately made me feel comfortable and welcomed - which helps when it's time to take your clothes off! I was especially concerned being African American as I had heard horror stories about friends having laser hair removal and later having pigment issues. Since I wanted my bikini, lip and under arms done - I didn't want to risk it! Needless to say I've never had an issue with Jill. I told her about all of my concerns and she walked me thru EVERYTHING. 5 years later I'm hairless and happy - but always stop in to see her when I'm in town. In addition to being the best - she also the best priced! I searched for different options and Jill had by FAR the best prices. In addition if you package a few areas together, she's super affordable. What i really like about her (different than most places) is that she doesn't try to force you into buying a "package". She acknowledges everyone needs a dfifferent amount of treatments so she can build one for you if you'd like, but it's really just priced by treatment so you can come/do as you'd like. read more

I would like to agree 100% with Gabi about Jill and her expertise. My wife and I were also referred to Jill by a very close friend of ours and have been seeing her for a while now. We have both done several treatments and are wonderfully happy with the results. Jill has performed treatments on my wife and I and we have found that the time that it used to takefor us to shave all of these areas so that we cold be ready to do ANYTHING for our day was ridiculous. The amount of hair has dramatically been reduced to almost nothing. As for myself, well going to see Jill for the first time was a little nerve-racking to say the least. After talking to Jill about what I wanted to have done, things just seemed to be A LOT easier than I anticipated. Jill is, in my opinion, VERY professional and VERY caring to your needs/concerns. I first started seeing Jill to have unwanted body hair reduced. From the very first treatment I knew that I was hooked and would soon not have to worry about excessive shaving. Since that time I have had Jill do 4 treatments and even started with the underarms. As Gabi stated the treatments themselves are not as fun as a night at the amusement park, but the results will last longer than that Ferris Wheel ride. Thank you Jill, you are awesome and we look forward to many more visits. read more

I previously went to another hair removal salon and, while my experience there was okay, I will be going to Jill from now on! I have been to Jill a few times now, and she makes you feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. She is personable and is willing to answer any questions you might have about laser hair removal. I don't know why anyone waxes anymore! The most painful part of my experience: attempting to book my next appointment with the receptionist that doesn't ever answer the phone. read more

Absolutely agree with previous reviewers, Jill is great! We found Laser Perfection right here on Yelp!! She's very friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable, what a great combination! My wife and I have each visited Jill and have been very happy with her services. If you have hair and don't want it there...visit Jill. read more

I've waxed, I've shaved, I've ignored...then I thought-what about laser hair removal. I'm half eastern European, and the thought made me a bit nervous, but the Holy Grail of Smoothness was so tempting. So, I looked on Yelp and made an appointment. I've already gone for three sessions. First of all, Jill is fantastic-comfortable and professional. She's been in the business for a long time, and she knows what she's doing. Second, her prices are comparable to waxing. And it becomes permanent. Hello? Why wax ever? The pain is about the same either way AND you can shave-no growing hair out! And it's not just for ladies: ear, nose, neck...the possibilities are hairless! Don't be that guy with spider legs hanging from your nose! read more

So far so good! I have had one appointment and everything went well. I had my consultation, Jill explained everything, and I decided to go for it. She is reasonably priced and not much more than a good wax. However, it hurts less, and it lasts longer. Jill was professional, made me feel very comfortable, and scheduled my next appointment right there. The receptionist (although we played phone tag) was nice and friendly enough each time I spoke with her. She also called my the day before my appointment each time. Just a reminder, no lotions or deoderant before the visit. Also make sure the hair is JUST above the skin. So, electric razor is probably the best idea. Jill also goes over the areas twice so that everything is taken care of. Some spots were missed (or my hair cycle finally made everything grow back). Either way 6 weeks later and I am ready for my 2nd appointment. Probably 85% of my hair is gone. read more

Amazng, professional. I can't say enough good things about Jill. I am so very comfortable with her like its a friend I have had for years. The prices are more than reasonable. She is beyond good. I would recommend her to everyone oh wait I do. Like stated very comfortable with her and a fantastic laser. GO TO JILL! read more

I just had my baby 10 days ago via surprise c section. I am so thankful that I had laser hair removal before hand!! Shaving in your last trimester... I'm glad I only have to imagine :-) Then, the thought of bending down after a c section... No, thank you! I can't begin to count the amount of times throughout my pregnancy and after that I thought about not having to shave! Thank you for the peace of mind! Jill is able to provide quality service while distracting you with a steady stream of delightful conversation! Cindy, her receptionist, is exceptional and always professional! Thanks ladies! read more

Laser Perfection By Jill - Laser Hair Removal Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I love spending time with Jill getting my treatments. I'm fairly new to the process (4th session). Jill is super friendly and professional.

Jill is the best! She's been lasering both my husband and I for all of our needs. She's thorough and very knowledgeable about her laser. I've had black thick course hair and now it's been 2 years and I rarely ever have to shave. Just go in about 7 months for a touch up. It's life changing! read more

Since having laser treatments since 1997 and being spoiled as a client from a friend who started a med spa in another state I can say that Jill is very nice to work with and gives a quality service and very reasonably priced. read more

I have never been so unprofessionally treated by a team of "professionals" in my life. Cindy, the receptionist, treated me like I had committed some sort of crime (for reasons unknown), and Jill (because of Cindy) chewed me out over the phone and never called me back to reschedule. Originally was 100% a fan of this place. Jill was so talkative and nice in person. I really felt the service was good and we got on... but after being treated like I had attempted to pull something over and actually yelled at on the phone, I would never subject myself to that again. read more

Tried this place out after reading reviews here on yelp....and the people are correct.!....Jill is so sweet and made me feel at ease. The procedure was quick and pretty painless. Her prices are very reasonable....I wanna laser my whole body! haha read more

I have to say Jill and the other technician (forgot her name =$) are great, but the individual who I guess is their receptionist is always hard to get in touch with no matter how early in the day it is. Even though I left messages and called more than 3 times in a given day it's quite difficult to get in touch. None the less, Jill and her other technician there are phenomenal minus the lack of courtesy I receive from the receptionist. After being verbally attacked over the phone because I didn't feel it was right to have to wait for 1.5 hours to get a small area treated after only being 10 minutes late. The service is great when you get in. But the scheduling has always been an issue for me, and have always had to wait 15-30 minutes past my appointment time. I am so sad that I had to experience this because Jill is a great lady and is so kind. Maybe better luck somewhere else... read more

I love Jill. Seriously - as a person, she is just super cool. She makes you feel totally, 100% comfortable, she is efficient and her laser is effective and relatively pain free. Her prices are totally doable. She is a bit of a drive for me - almost an hour - but I would drive double that just to have her remove unwanted hair! read more

I started with a certain area of hair removal and ended up doing much more because I needed it and I felt comfortable with the great service and attention Jill gives to me every time I go. The best is laser in the underarm area. Great service and good pricing. read more

I haven't been back to Jill in a while, but I am definitely satisfied with her services! Not only does she do a great job, she's affordable and extremely friendly - making you feel very comfortable. After trying a place that was closer to work, and having a nightmare experience with Stellar Skin and Laser ruining my tattoo, I am definitely coming back to Laser Perfection By Jill - the drive is certainly worth it. read more

I just had my first appointment with Jill and she was thorough, knowledgeable, and made for a very comfortable and relaxed experience. I will say, the only con is that the scheduling is a pain! Their receptionist NEVER answers!!! However, the excellent service, great prices, and positive experience more than make up for it, I was impressed. I had to wait about half an hour to get in, I assume it's because Jill is so popular and heavily-booked. but she cut me a great deal to get rid of a few trouble spots left over from my last laser treatment (Note: DO NOT go to Neo's Med Spa for laser!) The process was very quick, almost completely painless, and very relaxed. The location is very clean and comfortable, and the Candela laser they use is one of the most highly rated and powerful on the market. Provided you can ahold of the place, I'd highly recommend it to anyone. Take it from someone who has struggled with laser hair removal and gone to several of the bigger chains in the valley. This is the way to go. I'll update the review once I begin to see results to let everyone know how it turned out. read more

Jill is absolutely amazing. If you go to any other place for laser hair removal, you are simply an idiot. Jill is fabulous. Period. I researched a number of laser places before choosing Jill based on all the positive reviews. I have not been disappointed. I have friends who have used other laser places with Groupons, etc, and none are as happy with their results as I am with Jill's. I recommend her to everyone, and my mom now joins me for appointments. Jill is super sweet and personable. Her prices are reasonable and her service is impeccable. Go! You won't be disappointed. read more

Jill is the best! Seriously. I am a college student and I come home sometimes at the last minute or only for one day and she ALWAYS works with me to fit me in for an appointment. I was really skeptical at first about laser because I had heard some horror stories, but my very first visit Jill sat me down with information about it, talked to me and told me everything involved with the process, her history/background/experience, and answered ALL of my questions (and I had a LOT). She was so patient and explained everything in a way that was easily understood. I have been going to Jill for over a year now, and it was the best decision I've made. I started with my upper lip, but I have begun treatments on my underarms and bikini as time went on. Each area has different levels of discomfort, but Jill is very patient. She is always able to make me feel more comfortable. Finally, probably the best part about Laser Perfection is the price. All of the treatments are ridiculously reasonable when compared to other places, and the quality of the service is outstanding. I refer all of my friends to Jill, and would vouch for her to anyone. Not having to shave is the best feeling in the world! :) read more
