I provided everything she asked for and then got ignored after several follow ups. I went somewhere else and noticed a difference after the first treatment and there was very minimal agitation and bleeding. This woman has absolutely no idea what she's doing, she just slaps some random settings on the machine and does not care about the result or the customer. She literally has a refund policy on the counter stating after x amount of treatments you get x amount of money back. Seems like she already knows people are going to ask for their money bc she's providing a bad service and SCAMMING people.

I then found Milan because they were a top search hit and were having a great sale, and I was happy to find they checked all the boxes as far as having actual nurses providing the service, and using the most high quality equipment. The consult went over a lot of the same points from medical sites I'd researched on and broke down their methods and pricing very clearly. Office was lovely and clean and they provide everything needed for a comfortable visit, manager and providers are SO nice and knowledgeable. I'm on my 3rd of ~5-7 appointments and it's going great, regrowth is greatly reduced already. The providers take detailed notes and the next time you show up go over the experience and make sure everything is still going well and your skin is ready for the service, and so there's continuity if you see someone else next appt. They keep up constant communication before, during, and after the treatments, which is helpful in understanding the experience and making safe progress, and is also a good distraction because it does get a bit "spicy". Results so far are amazing and the monthly payments are reasonable.
