Awful, traumatizing experience. My face is scarred. After being assured that there was no aftercare process or downtime and very little risk of scarring, I had two sun spots on my face "removed" by Christine. I now have two scars on my face where those sun spots were, larger and much more visible than the original sun spots. It has been three months since the treatment and Christine has done nothing to remedy the situation, repeatedly assuring me that this is "completely normal." If these red spots on my face are "completely normal," I should have been warned of these after effects instead of told there was no downtime or risk, and I never would have done the treatment in the first place. I would advise no one else to do this treatment either, ESPECIALLY on your face. I am so regretful and upset. read more

I have experience with lots of hair removal techniques--did a package of 6 + follow up laser 10 years ago for full legs, bikini, and underarms, have done electrolysis for 20+ years on my face a couple times a year for light hair, and wax brows and arms regularly. More recently I have tried purchasing packages for my two daughters, 19 and 21, and have horrible to mediocre experiences. One place, after the package of 5 was done, there was no improvement. It looked the same. We tried other places with groupon, and the same results. Last year I bought my daughter a laser package with my doctor's office which has a medspa and have had some decent results, but scheduling is a hassle and only until 4:30 pm Monday-Thursday. Today I had my first appointment with Christine. What is appealing is that her hours are flexible. She works late two evenings a week and some Saturdays. I have about 30%-40% regrowth on my legs and bikini area, so I scheduled an appointment. Christine was very patient with questions and flexible when I told her I changed my mind and wanted Brazilian. I thought I'd be too embarrassed to try something like that, but she made me feel completely COMFORTABLE and relaxed. I was shocked at how little the discomfort was. I am really excited to find someone who can help with our overabundance of hair. As soon as my kids' packages are depleted, I am bringing them to Christine. I already sent a text to my sisters because one waxes regularly when she could laser for near permanent removal instead! We Latinas have lots of hair and lots to remove. Christine is super friendly, honest about the process, and professional. Her laser is the latest technology and it didn't hurt. I had lasers before but it was hot and i had to put on a lot of aloe after. This one was not the same. I did underarms, upperlip, lower legs, and brazillian. I'm so excited about finding Laser by Christine!! I've seen her 3 times now and I'm ecstatic with my results. I was hesitant for awhile because I'm a baby when it comes to "asking" for pain. I asked about a few areas and was happy that Christine was honest about what areas don't feel so good and what areas are a piece of cake. I've added a new area each visit because I'm so impressed with the results. I'm doing underarms, top of feet and legs... these are all piece of cake areas. If you are treating any large area for hair removal this is not the place to go. Her laser is so small it just doesn't work effectively on large areas. I would equate it to trying to vacuum your living room with just the vacuum hose that pulses half a second on and half a second off.. Good luck. I went for monthly treatments last winter on multiple areas and so zero benefit on larger areas.. and minimal improvement on a small area. And she is also not very good with the customer service on the payment end of things. She had all these different pricing packages with different # of visits for the different areas. But then she was inflexible about making adjustments so the areas I wanted all had the same # of visits. She made the pricing much more complicated than it needed to be because she was incapable of being flexible. read more

I've been lasered quite of few times before. The pain plus the heat were at times unbearable. That sunburn feeling would last for hours and my face would be so red and sensitive the next day. Christine uses a special laser with no heat. It makes the process ten times better. I feel no residual heat and the redness is almost gone. Plus she is quick! There is no better place! Christine is amazing. She will never miss a spot even when I flinch or jump (it's slightly painful but, beauty is pain!) I walk in and am back to my car within 15 minutes. There is no after pain, it isn't hot during the session because she uses a special cooling tip.
