DO NOT GO HERE. There's a reason she's so cheap. I bought a package of three tattoo removal treatments. After the first treatment my face was abnormally bloody, and by the time my second appointment came around I noticed no difference. I felt like they got darker. I made my concern apparent to the provider and she said she couldn't speak to that and I made sure to take photos to compare. Again, second treatment my face was very agitated and bloody for over a week. Noticed no difference in the ink. I emailed for a refund and she asked me to send reference photos with the date. I provided everything she asked for and then got ignored after several follow ups. I went somewhere else and noticed a difference after the first treatment and there was very minimal agitation and bleeding. This woman has absolutely no idea what she's doing, she just slaps some random settings on the machine and does not care about the result or the customer. She literally has a refund policy on the counter stating after x amount of treatments you get x amount of money back. Seems like she already knows people are going to ask for their money bc she's providing a bad service and SCAMMING people. read more

This is my favorite laser hair removal center in Arizona. It is conveniently located and easy to find with plenty of parking. The staff is so friendly always happy to schedule my next appointment and the establishment is clean. The laser treatment is the best I have received in 3 years. The laser technicians apply treatment in a painless way and the results are so noticeable. I would recommend this laser center to my friends and family who are seeking laser treatment. So, long story short after pretty good weeks of appointments (7) I had a scheduled appointment for 7/19/24 and a new tech administered the treatment, her name was Sarah Smith. I have quite a bit of tattoos, and they usually prepped for that, ex: go around them or cover them. In this moment l, Sarah Smith did cover them, but she went way past and underneath the covers and gave me pretty much 3rd degree burns damaging my tattoos. I'm not even sure they can be fixed. I tried to get in contact with the owner to no avail. I feel I should be compensated for the dr appt and scripts I needed for the burns also for the damage to the expensive tattoos. You can use your own judgement here but beware if coming to this Tempe Laser Center, as it only takes one time and mistake. read more

I Recently had the Worst Experience with Stupid Tech doesn't even understand English , DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY I would give 0 stars if it was an option. The sales representative I spoke to at the start was not honest about the possibility of results as the nurse confirmed during my final follow up. The sales person said I need edit to be within 50 lbs of my goal weight to see results and the nurse said it was 20lbs. I see ZERO results and feel that this is a scam. The treatment areas and plan that the sales person communicated while selling me on the treatment, was nothing like what ended up being possible per the nursing staff. Multiple appointments were not scheduled correctly or performed correctly, so not only was this a colossal waste of money, it was a giant waste of time. Buyer beware. Gia is the best! She makes you feel so comfortable and explains everything throughly and easily. It was my first time and I was getting the Brazilian laser removal. The system makes it virtually painless and again, Gia made me feel so comfortable and excited about my treatment. We prebooked for the next session before I left. Gia recommends as close to 4 weeks apart on appointments to get the maximum results. Since going to Tempe Laser Center and meeting Gia, I've scheduled several other areas! I do not leave reviews but people need to know about this place. I paid for a year long full body laser hair removal. I saw no results to the point where I have skipped the last two months of my package. I have done laser hair removal before so I know that this place simply does not do maintence to keep their machines effective. This isn't even the worst part. The manager is awful and rude. They literally have you lay naked with your facing the entrance of the door!!!! Most places give a paper cloth to cover until working on intimate areas but they're way too cheap to pay for that!!! The most unprofessional, unsanitary and ineffective place I have ever gone to for services. read more

Went in for a tattoo removal session and it was the worst experience one could possibly have. The staff themselves are kind but I would avoid this place at all costs if possible. I've had tattoo removal sessions before at other facilities for this same tattoo and have never had it boil. I knew something was wrong when the laser was excruciating. This led me to believe the technician had it set way too high. Afterwards, blisters started to form. Which again, is normal in some cases but I've never had it occur with this tattoo. Afterwards the technician put antibiotic ointment but put no bandage over it. The whole process felt incredibly rushed and uncomfortable. read more

I haven't done hair removal here, but I did utilize laser tattoo removal and the machine is old and it literally has made no difference after TWO treatments. I've had tattoos removed elsewhere and so I know that these are not normal or satisfactory results.
