But I have to specifically call out Jasmine Aubrey at this location because this angel saved me from a mental breakdown the other day!! I had lapsed on my 6-8 week period between appointments and was absolutely freaking out about it and she went so far above to find me some appointments at another location!! She literally saved me from absolutely losing it!! I purchased a lip and chin laser hair removal package and quickly noticed after a few appointments that I never seemed to see the same technician, it was always someone different. (At the conclusion of all the visits I am still having to shave so save your money). One of the visits the tech had me wipe the makeup off of my face myself. Previously all of the other techs would do it so this made me nervous... what if I didn't do it right or get it all and I wound up getting a burn?! The final straw was my last visit in January 2026. I showed up promptly for my appt and was taken to a treatment room to wait. After about 10 minutes the receptionist popped her head in to let me know the tech was running late but was finishing up and would be in soon. Finally at 30 minutes past my appt, with still no tech, I gathered my things and walked to the front desk. I told her I couldn't wait anymore and left. She apologized and I walked out. I went in for a microneedling session after seeing a promotion, and the experience was really disappointing. The assistant at the front was kind, but once I was with the provider, the energy shifted. The numbing cream was only left on for about 10 minutes, and when the treatment started, I still felt a lot of pain, which made me feel like the products or timing were not great. The actual microneedling itself was very short, maybe around 10 minutes, and she did not even cover my entire face, even though I expected a more thorough session. On top of that, she spent a big portion of the appointment pushing product packages and a membership instead of focusing on the treatment I was already there for. My underarms were utterly painless. On my left leg, I missed a hair shaving, so it smelled like burnt hair for a second. On my right leg, I felt it much more, but I was able to sit still. They say it's supposed to feel like a rubber band snapping, and sometimes it did, but when I felt it in my right leg, it felt like getting a tattoo. If there's no update, you may assume the aftercare went well. I'll write again in six weeks, but based on my first visit, if you're considering getting laser hair remover done, I say do it! Okay so I charge it and then I get a text from her saying "somewhere without nurses would be more in my price range"! She was just plain rude and not helpful and assuming I can't pay for this and that I should just go somewhere where there aren't any nurses because it'll be cheaper for me. "I'm sorry what????" So impressed with LaserAway Phoenix! I have been going in for laser hair removal on my full leg, full Brazilian, and underarms, and also clear + brilliant facials. I have had laser hair removal in the past so I kind of knew what to expect, but it has been years and technology is better now and I had kids which changed your hormones causing hair regrow the. Every single time I have an appointment I get multiple reminders ahead of time which I love. They make sure you know when your appt is, and as a busy working mom I need that. When you walk in the door you are always greeted be lovely front desk associates who are so so friendly. They always ask how your treatments are going and make sure you are comfortable during your wait. Once you go back with your laser girl, they walk through the treatment, make sure nothing has changed medically and get you all set up. I have been super lucky, I get the same person every time and she is amazing. I absolutely adore her and now can't remember her name. She makes me feel so comfortable even though I am spread eagle waiting for her to zap me They explain after care when you are finished, you head up to the front to schedule your next appt, I normally get a run down of some of the specials they are running, and I'm out the door. My results after 4 treatments have been great. I am super happy with the hair reduction and my skin is looking great with the clear + brilliant facials. My short experience in dealing with the company has been wildly unethical and certainly nowhere I would want to receive any type of medical treatment. This place will pressure you into entering into a contract between not only them, but also a credit union before giving any information about the treatment. Hayley is the representative that spoke with me and pressured and rushed me into the contract, lied to me about opening a line of credit, and then refused to cancel my account. No place that is claiming to be a "medical office" should be pressuring patients into a vanity treatment by preying on insecurities and refusing to give information before opening a line of credit on their behalf. Once I realized Hayley wouldn't cancel my account, I reached out to the call center who told me Hayley is not following their process, and they would "escalate" the issue and I would hear back within 24 hours. This was immediately followed up with a call from Hayley telling me to stop calling their call center, and to call her at the end of the month "to make sure it went through." I had to resolve this by going through the credit union and filing a dispute. Completely ludicrous and unacceptable. read more

I said I had a quote and she said that's not realistic. I asked her, "Are you saying I'm a liar?" and her response was to hang up on me. *boi BYE* seriously screw this scam of a company.
