But I have to specifically call out Jasmine Aubrey at this location because this angel saved me from a mental breakdown the other day!! I had lapsed on my 6-8 week period between appointments and was absolutely freaking out about it and she went so far above to find me some appointments at another location!! She literally saved me from absolutely losing it!! I purchased a lip and chin laser hair removal package and quickly noticed after a few appointments that I never seemed to see the same technician, it was always someone different. (At the conclusion of all the visits I am still having to shave so save your money). One of the visits the tech had me wipe the makeup off of my face myself. Previously all of the other techs would do it so this made me nervous... what if I didn't do it right or get it all and I wound up getting a burn?! The final straw was my last visit in January 2026. I showed up promptly for my appt and was taken to a treatment room to wait. After about 10 minutes the receptionist popped her head in to let me know the tech was running late but was finishing up and would be in soon. Finally at 30 minutes past my appt, with still no tech, I gathered my things and walked to the front desk. I told her I couldn't wait anymore and left. She apologized and I walked out. I honestly doubt the tech was even there in the building, I think it's more likely a coverage issue they were having. A couple hours later I received this text (photo), offering me a hydra facial. You guys couldn't even treat me for what I paid for, why the heck would I let you touch my skin? I went in for a microneedling session after seeing a promotion, and the experience was really disappointing. The assistant at the front was kind, but once I was with the provider, the energy shifted. The numbing cream was only left on for about 10 minutes, and when the treatment started, I still felt a lot of pain, which made me feel like the products or timing were not great. The actual microneedling itself was very short, maybe around 10 minutes, and she did not even cover my entire face, even though I expected a more thorough session. On top of that, she spent a big portion of the appointment pushing product packages and a membership instead of focusing on the treatment I was already there for. The attitude and overall customer service did not feel professional or caring. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. read more

My underarms were utterly painless. On my left leg, I missed a hair shaving, so it smelled like burnt hair for a second. On my right leg, I felt it much more, but I was able to sit still. They say it's supposed to feel like a rubber band snapping, and sometimes it did, but when I felt it in my right leg, it felt like getting a tattoo. If there's no update, you may assume the aftercare went well. I'll write again in six weeks, but based on my first visit, if you're considering getting laser hair remover done, I say do it! Okay so I charge it and then I get a text from her saying "somewhere without nurses would be more in my price range"! She was just plain rude and not helpful and assuming I can't pay for this and that I should just go somewhere where there aren't any nurses because it'll be cheaper for me. "I'm sorry what????" First off, I made the mistake of scheduling at the wrong location. I was so stressed that I wouldn't be able to do my tattoo removal but the receptionists were so accommodating and were able to squeeze me in. Tattoo removal is NOT a comfortable experience but my nurse Laurie was amazing. She made sure I started icing my other tattoos while she worked on the first one, then moved on to the others quickly so the removal would be less painful. She was kind and encouraging through the discomfort and great about talking me through how each tattoo would feel based on the thickness of the ink to help prepare me. I'm so grateful for her for making it as quick and painless as possible, and carefully bandaging the tattoos afterward. She was very clear about aftercare instructions as well. My short experience in dealing with the company has been wildly unethical and certainly nowhere I would want to receive any type of medical treatment. This place will pressure you into entering into a contract between not only them, but also a credit union before giving any information about the treatment. Hayley is the representative that spoke with me and pressured and rushed me into the contract, lied to me about opening a line of credit, and then refused to cancel my account. No place that is claiming to be a "medical office" should be pressuring patients into a vanity treatment by preying on insecurities and refusing to give information before opening a line of credit on their behalf. Once I realized Hayley wouldn't cancel my account, I reached out to the call center who told me Hayley is not following their process, and they would "escalate" the issue and I would hear back within 24 hours. This was immediately followed up with a call from Hayley telling me to stop calling their call center, and to call her at the end of the month "to make sure it went through." I had to resolve this by going through the credit union and filing a dispute. Completely ludicrous and unacceptable. read more

Terrible. They are overpriced. They have this weird invasive way of texting and calling you from what seems to be live personal cell phones from workers. On top of that, I did a follow up after a consultation that said it would be $800 as a base price to remove a less than one square inch tattoo and the next person told me (laughed, actually) that I couldn't have that done for less than $1,000. I said I had a quote and she said that's not realistic. I asked her, "Are you saying I'm a liar?" and her response was to hang up on me. *boi BYE* seriously screw this scam of a company. What a joke this place is! *** Should've read that this place has 122 not recommended reviews before going ** Had a groupon for an IPL and they were going to do the consultation before the procedure. I've had IPL done a handful of times before. Got there right at my appt and the lady at the front took my groupon and redeemed it. Right from the get go, she started talking about me getting a package. This is what I dreaded. Sales pressure. I told her I only wanted to get this one treatment. A few minutes later, Nicole walked out and asked me general questions and if I've had it done before. We are still in the lobby and I'm sitting on the couch with other customers waiting. She proceeds to look at my face for 30 seconds and then tells me I'm not a candidate for IPL. She said they were really conservative with choosing candidates. She said my skin is too dark and people with dark hair and eyes usually don't meet the requirement BUT I could do a facial or get a package but either would require me to pay the difference. What!?!?! I was still confused with the reason because I have dark hair and eyes. I told her I had makeup on so she looked at my hands. I was wearing a dress and you couldn't miss my pale legs. She said that she would have to go through approval from her regional manager so I said go ahead. While STILL sitting out in the lobby, Nicole proceeded with taking photos of my face and texted it to someone and then called her to talk about me. WHILE STILL IN THE LOBBY. What happened to patient privacy?!?!? Which health board do I make a complaint too? The lady at the desk was nice and said I would have to ask for a refund through groupon but would notate my account.
