3/26 went in for 2nd round Lipo+Ultrasound BBL with Dr.Stacy! No words just RESULTS!! I researched for a very long time for awake lipo procedures with results I wanted in AZ. One thing I realized was "safety & quality over cheapest price" My first round Stacy set true EXPECTATIONS with me since I had NO BUTT ANYWHERE. Let's say she exceeded my expectations on the first round!! My butt went from flat to big and natural!! She makes sure she does what she needs to do for the fat that is transferred to live and I retained 85-90% of fat from the 1st round!! She is always on call for you and checks on you daily after procedure. I've never felt more safe with a doctor before being so scared to doing a BBL in general as a single mother. It is very sad to know that a business conducts themselves this way but here we are. I had scheduled to get the lipo service at my first consultation. During the consultation I was of course asked for my medical history which I provided I let them know I had fibromyalgia at that time. (it is not the owner or the manager in the room with you during the initial consultation, so they are not fully aware of the information provided) I also opened an account through cherry which is a financial institution The Glow Method is affiliated with in order to pay for the procedure per their options. I scheduled my procedure for about 4 months in advance. I made several on time payments as directed. At my Pre-Op appointment I went in and discussed the procedure with Eliza and she advised me against the procedure due to my Fibromyalgia and how much it would hurt, which I was very grateful that she let me know at the time. (When I mentioned this to the manager later on, she brushed it off and stated she wasn't aware that this was the reason for my cancellation ) So I asked Eliza if I could cancel and get a refund for what I've paid into the procedure and she said it would be no problem. Well.. it was a problem. The Glow Method ended up refunding Cherry only a partial payment and they kept the rest around $1500. After several weeks of going in circles with Amber the manager, I was basically told nothing could be done to refund anything else as the Cherry account was closed and they were keeping the deposit of 20% of the total $7,500 which I was not informed about in any consultation (read the fine print ladies) Amber kept having me track her down to figure out what was going on which was incredibly frustrating. She just kept saying she's working on it... If she knew they were keeping the money, then why have me go in circles trying to contact them to follow up? The "transparency" they claim to have was not coming through. I guess the company must be in dire need in order to keep that much money for absolutely no services provided. At one point Amber even mocked and said, "well what do you want me to do give you a check? we don't have checks here at the office haha." This happened to a friend of mine a few years back where they also kept her $2000 cash and wouldn't refund it and that was not 20% of her total. (I had hoped I wouldn't go through the same thing I guess) So if you plan on getting a procedure of this magnitude keep in mind that you will lose any money you have paid into the procedure if you need to cancel, even if you were advised to do so.... This was an incredibly expensive "consultation" I guess I donated to a poor pathetic cause. Ladies there are so many other places to receive these types of services. Don't risk this amount of money on a company that responds in this manner when something comes up.. especially a medical reason. You just never know what can happen by the time your procedure arrives and you may need to cancel, you don't want to lose that much money. read more

Stacy will leave your botched and all uneven and acts like she fixes it on the second round. Don't go here !! She doesn't care at all about hurting anyone. I recently got Lipo 360+ BBL+ Chin with Stacy and let me tell you - 7 days post op I'm so happy with how it's looking even tho it's going to go down so much more. One thing I love is you'll have access to reach out to Stacy & her assistant when you need anything and they not only walk you through the process but give you real expectations on how you're going to feel Before - During - After. I did use my care credit card on the day I booked the appt and I guess this new year they are accepting Care Credit only for Lipo services, even though the rules changed they stilled honored my form of payment and they were super kind about that! Okay I didn't want a do this bad review but I got a abs etching, lipo 360 surgery and it's been the worse decision I ever made, at 1st they promised me great results through some picts they send me on IG which I have the screenshots and after I got my abs etching aka lipo, my body doesn't look the same, I have a bump in my lower stomach, is un even and I actually actually told them and I went again for a second surgery and still my stomach is the same uneven, with bumps and full of stitches, i am an athletic guy and my body was ok before the surgery but I was so exited to see my abs which Casey and the owner told me through Ig and in person that my abs would be great by July, my trip to Miami, which was a lie, I even took my sister and she got work done too, pretty much this place must be good for facials and massages and which Cinda is the best and I kept telling her when will I see my abs, she's the best post op drainage massage but when the surgery is not right there's nothing a massage can do. Please do your research before getting someone done, go with an actual surgeon, Stacy is so nice and great customer service but I guess she's just experienced with girls. Now I am very unhappy with all the stitches that are big and I have to hide them with tattos now and my stomach is uneven. I wish I can undo this procedure, it gives me anxiety seeing all my stitches and uneven stomach, I gave the business around 22k for me and my sister surgery is now I feel devastated with the result and I have to Tatto all my stitches. I don't know why lie, plus read what u sign, like if u even die, you can't even sue everything is on you, that's what you signing and agreeing to. I had the pleasure of being seen my Nurse Refel! She did an amazing job on my lips and Botox. When scheduling an appointment I went thru the nurses insta before before confirming my apt and let me tell you she's the real deal! I had trouble booking cause the platform wasn't taking my Care credit for the deposit so I called and the receptionist understood and set it up without hesitation! The office is clean and miss refel had the best playlist. She's so down to earth and really explained all the options and didn't make me feel bad or embarrassed for having a budget. i had a terrible experience at the surprise location. Avaid Dr Cynthia at all costs. She has no knowledge of the facial muscles and is extremely unprofessional. She calls herself a DR when in fact she's just a poor injector. I got Dysport here and was assured I'd not have any issues that I has experienced at previous places. DR Cynthia claimed she is an expert and I'd love the results. It turns out I didn't love the results. She made my right eye droop so badly it is almost closed. I reached out to this so called medical office for a prescription for eye antibiotic which would only slightly open up my eye. They couldn't even figure out how to properly send the script so it's been a month and still no eye drops: Avoid this place and this injector unless you want to look worse than you did upon going going in. read more

I had my initial lipo 360 August 2022, and after a good amount of time healing I was not completely satisfied with my abdomen area and some of the after care I received (other areas treated looked great!) After multiple meetings with myself, another patient, Stacy (PA who performed procedure), Colt (owner), and Dr. Morse (MD) I (and the other patient) were able to express our frustrations and concerns around the post op care provided and I felt heard and thus comfortable moving forward with a revision. Since the revision, I have observed many changes made at Glow that only enhance the patient experience and I am happy to say my revision went extremely well and I'm super happy with my results! Not only is my stomach looking flat, but Stacy was able to address all my problem areas in the abdomen. Their communication and post op care was very attentive and the post op massage therapists were also amazing. I'm feeling much more heard and seen as a patient. I truly believe they took all my feedback and ran wild with it, and overall it's been an amazing experience! Stacy and Colt have been extremely communicative and always willing to answer any questions I had along the way. The office staff is friendly and greet everyone when they enter, and again the massage therapists are great and my body is responding really well to their treatments. giving 2 stars bc michelle is great at what she does! although it's frankly embarrassing how much they move around a nurse (aka injector) like she doesn't have clients herself? i've seen her twice now and she is awesome but i've seen her in two different small spaces inside a hair salon- not the actual spa *i get it the owner owns both- hair & medspa*, but it's super disheartening to get fillers in what seems like a random office spot in the middle of a salon? I'm super laid back but the professionalism simply does not exist here. For my first appointment I went to Ashley method location (just near by) where the appointment confirmation had said. and the owner was in & gave me up a confused look & directed me elsewhere slightly rude to across the corner- no explanation why, no apology, nothing. I later realized he has probably over rented his offices at his med spa and has to direct his injectors/nurses to a different location- that being a hair salon he owns around the corner. fine- but own your truth- and be honest. he gave an attitude to clients as if he wasn't sending people looking for med spa services- to his hair salon nearby, giving them small offices, that were constantly changing. EW. the owner of both practices should be embarrassed as he is sloppy, rude & just straight up unprofessional. especially bc when one of his employees were asking him for certain supplies in her "new office" (another small space in a hair salon) he was straight up rude, seemed annoyed, and gave attitude. it was embarrassing to even be there as a client. read more

I am coming up on my year of having lipo 360 done here and I'm not happy with my results or the lack of interest in this company wanting to satisfy a customer. I was a client for them when their name was barely getting out not only did I trust them with my body but other cosmetic stuff as well. Most importantly I trusted them with my body, a body which was the perfect canvas to work with may I add (my before and after pics speak for themselves they're on their IG page) I already had a somewhat decent figure so I was going in for lipo of my abdomen, I decided to add the buttocks last minute and was not my main concern. The person at the time did not do her job I have so much fat left over and I mentioned this many times to her and she said results take 6 months to a year. I had a consultation for a revision and I heard nothing back since it had to be run by the owner. I heard later that they did not want to fix what THEY messed up because I was over heard talking about this with another employee prior to asking for the revision. I paid thousands of dollars for something they GUARANTEED would be fixed and they DID NOT! I've seen the work that is done now and know they are more than capable of fixing their mistake. I use to refer people to them and now I would tell everyone NOT TO GO HERE! read more
