3/26 went in for 2nd round Lipo+Ultrasound BBL with Dr.Stacy! No words just RESULTS!! I researched…read morefor a very long time for awake lipo procedures with results I wanted in AZ. One thing I realized was "safety & quality over cheapest price" My first round Stacy set true EXPECTATIONS with me since I had NO BUTT ANYWHERE. Let's say she exceeded my expectations on the first round!! My butt went from flat to big and natural!! She makes sure she does what she needs to do for the fat that is transferred to live and I retained 85-90% of fat from the 1st round!! She is always on call for you and checks on you daily after procedure. I've never felt more safe with a doctor before being so scared to doing a BBL in general as a single mother. I only went in for a 2nd round because I wanted an overly big butt , not because my first round didn't last. STACYS RESULTS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES!!!:)

It is very sad to know that a business conducts themselves this way but here we are. I had…read morescheduled to get the lipo service at my first consultation. During the consultation I was of course asked for my medical history which I provided I let them know I had fibromyalgia at that time. (it is not the owner or the manager in the room with you during the initial consultation, so they are not fully aware of the information provided) I also opened an account through cherry which is a financial institution The Glow Method is affiliated with in order to pay for the procedure per their options. I scheduled my procedure for about 4 months in advance. I made several on time payments as directed. At my Pre-Op appointment I went in and discussed the procedure with Eliza and she advised me against the procedure due to my Fibromyalgia and how much it would hurt, which I was very grateful that she let me know at the time. (When I mentioned this to the manager later on, she brushed it off and stated she wasn't aware that this was the reason for my cancellation ) So I asked Eliza if I could cancel and get a refund for what I've paid into the procedure and she said it would be no problem. Well.. it was a problem. The Glow Method ended up refunding Cherry only a partial payment and they kept the rest around $1500. After several weeks of going in circles with Amber the manager, I was basically told nothing could be done to refund anything else as the Cherry account was closed and they were keeping the deposit of 20% of the total $7,500 which I was not informed about in any consultation (read the fine print ladies) Amber kept having me track her down to figure out what was going on which was incredibly frustrating. She just kept saying she's working on it... If she knew they were keeping the money, then why have me go in circles trying to contact them to follow up? The "transparency" they claim to have was not coming through. I guess the company must be in dire need in order to keep that much money for absolutely no services provided. At one point Amber even mocked and said, "well what do you want me to do give you a check? we don't have checks here at the office haha." This happened to a friend of mine a few years back where they also kept her $2000 cash and wouldn't refund it and that was not 20% of her total. (I had hoped I wouldn't go through the same thing I guess) So if you plan on getting a procedure of this magnitude keep in mind that you will lose any money you have paid into the procedure if you need to cancel, even if you were advised to do so.... This was an incredibly expensive "consultation" I guess I donated to a poor pathetic cause. Ladies there are so many other places to receive these types of services. Don't risk this amount of money on a company that responds in this manner when something comes up.. especially a medical reason. You just never know what can happen by the time your procedure arrives and you may need to cancel, you don't want to lose that much money.

I was a little nervous going in, and he immediately put me at ease--he took the time to talk with me, explain everything, and genuinely made me feel heard. This is a review with two visits combined. The first time, I got an EXCELLENT deal from an ad on…read moresocial media - For $45, I got to try out several signature services, such as leg compression therapy, red light therapy, sauna, and cryotherapy. The second time was a 30-min PEMF therapy. At the first visit, Evan greeted me and gave me an iPad to fill out my info and assessment. It took about 5-10 minutes to complete at their cozy waiting area (the mist machine and the armchairs set the tone!) After that, we went into a small meeting room for a quick consultation. Next, the tour! I have no idea how deep the studio went! The vibrant orange and the calm beige balanced out really well. The studio was so clean with just the right amount of lighting. The soothing playlist filled each room with the perfect volume as well! Evan took the time to show me every service they provide. After a quick circle, he guided me to an almost dark room for the 30-min leg compression and red-light therapy session. After that was a 40-min red light, 151F sauna where I almost fell asleep, it was time for the final experience: cryotherapy. Even it was just a 1-minute session...omg...getting 52F air blown straight at me got me lightheaded. Clearly, I was not breathing enough. The final step after this breathtaking (literally) experience, Evan concluded the session with some suggestions and next step. I appreciated his attentiveness to my needs and understanding of my financial situation. I mentioned that along the tour, I was intrigued by the PEMF service, which is why I decided to come back the second time for just that. It's hard to put into words on the feeling, so I am gonna say just go try it out at least once. You won't be disappointed. Even after the initial introduction, I couldn't relax until half way. *4 stars because at the end of the day, it's still a business, so I understand the uncomfortable conversations with them selling you their services and making the next appointment before you walk out the door. They do have an app for you to book and cancel appointments though.

I came here for a 40 min infrared sauna session and Bryce helped me around. I completed a few digital forms and then was given a tour of the facility. I would suggest coming in 15 min before your session if it is your first visit. There are lots of services offered including infrared sauna, dry salt therapy, cryotherapy, body sculpting, PEFM, IV fluids and other services I can't recall right now. I was completely overwhelmed with all the services available! I was shown to sauna room #3 and Bryce gave me instructions on how to use the sauna, and showed me where the towels were, including cold lavender towels in a mini fridge. She also gave me a bottle of water (bring the reusuable water bottle back to the front). I got into the sauna and was familiar with it but the control panel took a little fidgeting with to get my phone connected. I kept the sauna at 145F and was on red light mode. It felt good to sweat and enjoyed the 40 min of being in the sauna. When I was finished, I was given an explanation of all the memberships offered, a lot of it went over my head as I was kind of a space cadet after my relaxing, sauna session. I did sign up for 10 sessions and plan to try a few other services out. They have a special if you sign up for packs, so 10 classes for $350, which works out to $35/session, which isn't bad really. You're investing in your health. I'm excited to come here for all the services! You can also try this place out for free too to see if it works for you. This place is closer to me than Perspire so works out nicely for me to pop in when I have some free time each week. Hours are a bit limited, so that's why I didn't give this place 5 stars.
