I started here with Dr. Ezzre and since have seen Drs. Lussier and Cronin and they are all really great. Very skilled, knowledgable, and easy to talk to. Dr. Ezzre really takes her time with me to address all my concerns. I am so happy to have switched from a traditional doctor. Updated-Still going here several years later. I've seen most of the new drs here and they're still all great! The lab tech and medical assistants are super competent and friendly. My family and I come here for almost all our medical needs. Front desk: poor communication skills Called for 2 weeks to get prescription filled, no reply back. Finally after multiple calls I was told "I'm sorry I'll have the dr call you tomorrow" zero mention of a cost. I was charged $95 when she did call Manager & Dr had a discussion & decided to go ahead & bill me. But they did have front desk clerk apologize. Ive spend over $1100 at this clinic only to be set back in health. The treatment caused so much pain my husband almost took me to ER but I hate ERs. My anxiety was on overdrive fr supplements, had excessive shedding among other symptoms. I cldnt handle the supplements so I stopped diet & supplements. My body started to slowly heal in a few days Dr hypothesis was my energy triad was off & my digestion was good My hypothesis: leaky gut. I got my results. Researched on my own . Sounded like leaky gut Went back to my old clinic, W clinic (didn't know they treated digestion) Dr confirmed it was in fact leaky gut which also affected my bladder Treatment in just a few weeks already doing better . Also drs are available to chat through email after prescribing supplements Bcz they want to make sure they are working for patient. Summary: Poor communication skills from the front desk (3 occasions I got incorrect info that cost me more $) Dr was polite but not helpful. Manager called to ask about my experience. Another apology with no solution to problems. Customers have the right to be informed of what they are being charged for. And true empathy is caring about a patients concerns when they tell u the supplements are harming them. I think this facility has sufficient enough clientele not to care about the welfare of any new patients. My biggest issue was not that my treatment failed (drs aren't perfect. I understand) but the fact that their apologies are in vain. They offer no resolutions. read more

Went in for a routine inspection or whatever you want to call it. Decided to get lab work done that day. An assistant drew my blood and saved it for lab results, they told me they would call me in two weeks to discuss. I moved my schedule around for this because it is important to me. They called me two weeks later TEN MINUTES before my lab review was scheduled and told me that they had "a mix up" and needed me to come in again to get my blood drawn again and that I get to hear about my results 3 weeks from the scheduled redraw. Because of their negligence, I had blood taken for no reason and have to wait a month longer than anticipated for my results. Staff was friendly but this is just ridiculous. read more

I love Dr. Wright but, when I came in for my lab work, I was 12 mins late. After waiting 6 mins in the waiting area, I was called up to be informed that I would need to be rescheduled due to being late. I get it, I was late, but after spending thousands of dollars at this practice, I didn't feel valued as a customer. I don't live in the area, it was raining and traffic prevented me from getting there on time. Plus, today was a holiday. I live 35 mins away. It really rubbed me the wrong way. Sometimes, patients have circumstances out of their control. I hope the lab tech feels vindicated. I don't feel rescheduling me was the right decision based on the amount of money I spend. I don't have to come to the facility for a lab draw. I did because I like my Dr, not because it's convenient for me. I hope rescheduling this 6 min lab draw was worth it! I went to Sonoran, as a walk in by my home, and was taken right away. I've never been late to an appointment over the past year. Super disappointed that wasn't taken into consideration. Especially at almost $400 a visit. I will start researching other options to seek treatment elsewhere. To be clear, Dr. Wright is great, not sure how the rest of the practice values customers. my husband and I have had infertility issues for 5 years and wanted to try a naturopath before going to IVF. We went to Dr. Wayne for our appointment which was 45 minutes of us telling our infertility story. Being that you are a clinic that "specializes in fertility", the Dr. should know to ask questions when booking your appointment...things such as when is your next cycle etc. so that when we go for our first appointment after waiting a month to get in, we don't have to wait ANOTHER month to do any tests or labs etc. Infertility is a waiting game...every single day, every single month etc are days and weeks that go by that we are not pregnant. To wait a month for an appointment and then just to go in and talk about what we've done etc so far and pay $700 for an intake appointment is absolutely ridiculous. We have been to 2 top infertility Dr.'s in AZ and neither of them charge you $350 per person to hear your story. We left with her telling us not to drink out of plastic cups and to start eating healthy and we would have to wait another month for labs to be even taken. To say that this experience was THE WORST EVER is an understatement. Not only that but when I sobbed on the phone with their front desk for 30 minutes explaining what a sham they were and how I've already spent thousands of $ on tests etc and didn't need to spend another $700 to go tell someone my story for absolutely nothing....they still didn't do anything, just said sorry you feel that way. If you are looking for a fertility Dr. or caring, compassionate office to go to....Do NOT go to desert wellness center. We spent so much time looking for the best dr. and thought it was this office and we were absolutely wrong. read more

I went here for awhile about 2 yrs . Here is my experience 1. My thyroid has never even examined . We go by labs only . I thought Doctors also are supposed to feel your neck for enlarged thyroid . Every Single time I've come in I was told to get pellets . I told Dr. Wallace I'm not interested . 2. I've had numerous numerous occasions getting my prescription filled actually at times over a week I've even talked to office manager . This last time I asked they denied me because I haven't been in for awhile . Fair enough I realize I haven't been in for awhile but what about all the other times when I was coming in every three months ?!! 3. I had such a high Testerone amount my hair started falling out . The icing on cake is they switched doctors on me didn't even tell me . When I finally did get my prescription it had a different doctor name . That's how I found out . The irony is I wasn't planning on going back . I realized this place is pellet pushers and super slow disorganized . I would like a Doctor that's not in it for money and actually Cares . None should be bullied into pellets . Women are not supposed to have High amounts of Testerone !!!!! Because of this mess I'm still trying to get my levels normal !! read more

I reached out to Desert Wellness and had an initial phone consult with Dr. Cronin. This went relatively well. When I went into the clinic, I started to lose the sense that she wanted me as a patient. The procedure was simple but immediately afterwards I got the feeling like she wanted me out and didn't want to talk to me again. I asked what I thought were some basic questions about some aftercare products they sold at the clinic and it seemed that perturbed her to an unusual degree. The procedure had poor results and neither she nor anyone at Desert Wellness made any effort to see if it worked, how I was feeling, etc. I kind of expected that I might need (or want) a second treatment but I'm not compelled to reach out or return. I also asked if they do a different application of the same treatment and they said they did, but almost deliberately avoided talking about this with me beyond the 1st phone call. I was referred to Dr. Ezrre by a friend and put off seeing her for over a year. When I finally made time for myself, I met with her and her intake appointment was so thorough and her compassion for my overall health was refreshing. After 2 years of isolation during covid, I felt lethargic. We did a blood panel and a saliva sampling. After receiving the results Dr. Ezrre was able to start me on a program to treat what was ailing me. Between the hormone therapy and the B-12 injections and the supplements for hair loss, the results have been astounding. I have more energy, my hair loss has become normal and I feel like I have come alive again. Make sure you know all of your cost up front! At my initial appointment a follow -up appointment was scheduled. NOTHING was mentioned of a cost of this follow-up appointment, I thought it was a continuation of my initial appointment to see how things went. (Ok at this point I will say it's my fault for assuming this follow up was part of the initial session.) What I do NOT appreciate is the fact that the $75 was taken out of my bank account without my permission or knowledge! I didn't know until the next day when I received bank notification , Then when I went to the pharmacy I didn't even get all the prescriptions that were discussed. read more

Do NOT get the biote pellats or hormones if you are premenopasal! Dr. Cronin assured me two years ago they are so safe that such a small amount of women will get breast cancer or ill effects. When I would go back to see her, I'd tell her I felt so much better when the pellats wore off. But she kept insisting that I need to keep taking it and soon I'll feel the results. She had my testosterone so crazy high and my symptoms became worse. To see her, pellats, prescriptions, supplements cost me so much money. Finally after over a year of this and my health getting worse, I said I am NOT doing this anymore. I went in for my mammogram this fall and I was diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer positive for estrogen and progesterone receptors. I tested negative for it being hereditary/genetically. Dr.Cronin also had me on SO much thyroid medicine as well, which I found out I only need to take a very small amount. So now I am a just turned 42 year old, mom of a 10 year old boy, busy preparing for a breast lumpectomy and radiation. Sure wish I could get my money back so I can afford my care dealing with breast cancer now. It's NOT worth it. She will only try to push pellats/hormones on you and tell you to eat AIP. If you do go to Desert Wellness please see someone else. read more

I'm a huge fan of this center! I have nothing but rave reviews for Dr. Spice- she's one of the best doctor's I've seen! She takes the time to get to know you and your history thoroughly to understand what is going on. I've also seen Dr. Cronin. I definitely felt a little rushed in our first appointment, but she warmed up in the second. She's extremely talented and competent and I would definitely see her again!
