The outdoor pool area is lovely, with a cafe. There were multiple rooms in which to rest, with a fireplace and comfy couches, and rotating sips and drinks. I also had a massage which was amazing. When I went in, it was just one lady (I can't remember her name), but she had a wait of like four people, and she knocked them all out in about 30 minutes. I was not informed that I might need several procedures to resolve my issue. I had to call to express my dissatisfaction with my first, second, and third procedures. They wanted to charge me at first for the repeat procedures. My issue was never actually resolved. Again, I reached out to express my frustration and request a refund, but they were completely unwilling to help or take accountability for the lack of care. They did offer me to continue with the same procedure. If it did not work the three previous times before, why would I consider doing it again? It feels like they prioritize volume over patient outcomes. I will not be returning.

But the aesthetics team is so great. I do a dermaplane facial roughly every month and they just do such a nice job here. They give you a full facial with jelly masks or a nice exfoliating mask and then a very nice and thorough, yet gentle, dermaplane. My skin feels amazing after I leave. I'm turning 50 this year and people tell me my skin looks amazing. Last month, I did my first microneedling. They use the FDA regulated Skin Pen (which is the best) and my skin looked so good after a few days. I could see my fine lines improve and I have some scarring that improved as well. The staff is so great. They run specials every month and their pricing is very fair. I only do the dermaplane facials when there is a special. And the ladies up front are really good with working with me on my budget and my busy schedule. I really love this place.

When I came the next day still not fixed. They used electric kettle to heat foot bath for pedicure. Mine was still cold but my husband was decently warm. Further my massage chair lost power 15 minutes into the service, because someone was working on the electrical. My husband's chair was not affected. My pedicure person was unable to move my chair also during this to do my feet. Since the pedicures were just okay, we left before the manicure. Opted to go to nearby bar for Happy Hour instead. It also appeared that we would have a substantial wait for manicure since they were overbooked. I was already going through something emotionally difficult, and instead of feeling supported or cared for, I felt dismissed and met with a very cold bedside manner. It left me feeling uncomfortable and upset after the appointment. I tried seeing another doctor within the practice hoping for a different experience, but sadly I encountered the same feeling again.
