I wasn't able to keep up with monthly facials with my busy schedule but they do allow you to put your membership on pause to catch up on your credits, which is really nice. Admittedly, she did attempt to sell me on another a booster on top of the dermaplaning that I had already decided on, but she didn't push too much once I declined. I know she is just doing her job! She also educated me on all of the products she used on my face and was super knowledgeable when I asked questions. The products she used felt and smelled really great and the hour that I was there went by quickly... The owner was apologetic and allowed me another opportunity to try out their services. And wow, it was the best massage I have ever had! I have had all ranges of massages and my massage therapist blew it out of the water. It truly felt as if she was tailoring the massage to my body and needs. I have chronic pain that she managed to work out (it's still there but I have never had relief in the past until Jade). She was also really lovely to speak to. I have had such a difficult time finding someone who will listen to the one request I had above my eyebrows. It is the major area I want to get injected as it controls the muscles of the forehead. Most injectors are afraid of the potential side effect which is; drooping if the eye. Yet because of this you get strange little areas that wrinkle. Lisa knows this and expertly places tiny little injections into the area. The result was amazing! I finally had no movement in the forehead. Finally the muscle above the eyebrow was managed!
