This is a busy shop! As they should be! I went here after 5 years going to my previous nail lady and I was scared I was not going to find a shop that was as good. Pink Nails DELIVERED! I have had acrylic and dip full sets done by the techs here and overall I have nothing bad to say. I am hard on my nails so I am not upset if I break one or have some slight blemishes to my polish. The technicians always take care of your natural nails and try to maintain the longevity of the nail itself, that is something I really value. The prices here are also unbelievably affordable which to me is something I look for anywhere I go. They seem to have plenty of staff to accommodate customers with appointments as well as walk ins, but be prepared to wait. I have seen many girls with appointments come in and still be asked to wait. I never make an appointment for this reason lol. They can be 20 deep in there and as long as you have patience the staff will make sure you are accommodated. I came here once on my way home from work and had a pretty good experience! I had my nails done with gel, French manicure style. They also removed the SNS dip by soaking it off, doing very little grinding after. There were still some spots they missed, but it didn't matter in the end since it was on the tips of my nails and I ended up having them cut down. The nail techs take their time with you, and it does show in the fact that I was there longer than I am for a typical nail appointment. As previous reviews have stated, they aren't super talkative with you. The most they've done is ask how my day was, plus questions about how I want my nails to look. I might end up coming back because the environment was super nice. Although customers aren't spoken too much, the staff seem happy and even were singing Vietnamese songs, causing me to laugh and find it cute. read more

I have been here several times in the last three months and have not had any problems until this last time. I was in Saturday (it's Thursday) and I already had one nail break on Tuesday. I came in to get it repaired and it was $4 even though the nail was clearly not strong enough to begin with. I showed her that my other nails are lifting already and her only response is, wait a week and come back for a fill. So let me get this right, my nails are lifting and you are ok with me walking around with my nails looking like this until next week? I demanded she at least put glue under another nail because it was already separating to the point that my hair was getting caught in it. I am too angry right now. Maybe I'll be back. Maybe I won't. I asked are you absolutely sure there is a tech specifically Kim available to do it. I'm on a very tight schedule. Yes oh for sure. I go in & they tell me oh no you have to wait after your pedicure. Put me in a pedicure chair with cold water- I'm not kidding you. Then 10 minutes later I'm wondering what's happened to the tech that set me up. He's back there eating. Yes , I get it everyone needs to eat- but they are so unprofessional and inconsiderate. Management is rude and the place isn't clean. I love this place. No matter who does your nails, they do an exceptional job and always accommodating with insanely low prices. I needed a nail fixed and Bill helped me in about 10min during a very busy morning. Couldn't be happier! I keep seeing reviews with people complaining about how little conversation is with each nail tech and I just want to clarify that isn't a problem for me. They are all very focused and it shows in each appointment I've had. Ok so I know I hyped this place up but honestly the service is not really worth the wait. I've come in twice since my initial review and I've had to wait OVER AN HOUR both times. One was for a fill and this most recent time was to fix a broken nail. It's just such a hassle to get fit in and they don't really have an order to which to call people. I love that they have plenty of staff and so they will be able to get you in in a timely manner. I came for Easter weekend without an appointment and I only had to wait for 5 mins. Last Night was my first time here. The staff was very friendly and I was seated right away. The prices here are great and they do good work which makes this place an incredible value. There were a couple things I did not like from my experience. The techs did not wash their hands before doing my mani. They didn't have me wash my hands before the mani. I was a loyal customer to the owner, and Kim, for over 4 years and I have never felt so victimized by an establishment. I have never had any complaints when it comes to the services that are provided by this salon, but I was recently "banned" from returning to the spa because of a mistake the EMPLOYEE made: As I was getting a pedicure by one of the nail techs, I was severely cut by a certain callus remover she was using; looks like a cheese grater. After putting a bandaid on my cut, she continued working. When it was time for me to pay for the services I had done that day, I informed the owner Kim that I was not going to pay the full 25 for the pedicure since I was injured; I ended up paying 10-15 for the job. Once I returned for a FILL, I was turned away by Kim as she was told to do by her manager/store owner. With little to no explanation given to me, I then proceeded to take my business elsewhere. I am very disappointed about how this all transpired and I wish I could continue to patronize Pink Nails, but I am not okay with an establishment making me pay for one of their employee's mistakes. read more

Great little place! They were fast, reasonably priced, and did a good job. It's nothing fancy, but met all my needs.

Never coming here again and would NOT recommend. My friend and I called and made appointments, showed up 5min early, and they were 45min late even starting us and didnt even bother giving us colors to look at while we waited. When they finally started soaking us, we were handled samples (very limited selection of colors) and when I finally found a color that was okay, i was told it wasn't available in the SNS dip I wanted then they gave me the right ring of even less colors to choose from so I told them forget it, I didnt want color. They rushed through my deluxe pedicure and when I saw she was starting to put on a base coat, I reminded her I did nit want color and she started insisting I pick something. I said NO and they just don't listen! I cancelled my manicure--one horrible service was all I could take. Go across the street to Riley's Nails instead! read more

I came here awhile ago and I LOVED my nails!! Then I made the mistake of trying a different place right before my wedding and OMG, I wanted to cry. They were awful. I decided to come back here for a fill because I was NOT going back to the other place and I am SO happy that I did!!
