I did not get the name of the woman who did my eyebrows, but she spoke Spanish. Unfortunately, my eyebrows were left uneven, with one noticeably longer than the other. When I first sat in her chair, she did not greet me and immediately got on her phone to make a call. Throughout the beginning of the session she went back and forth between working on my eyebrows and talking on the phone, which felt unprofessional and distracting. If you're a guy looking for somewhere that won't ruin your eyebrows, look no more! This place is amazing! Outstanding experience! I just moved to Arizona from Dallas Texas and was looking for someone to reshape and fix my inconsistent and thinning eyebrows, due to bad shaping by other threading people elsewhere. I messaged this business via Yelp and they replied instantly. I went in for eyebrow threading with Farida after chatting with her on Yelp and she understood what I was looking to fix. I got my usual eyebrow, upper lip and chin threading and ended up trying tinting per her recommendation AND I could not be happier! This place is the best!! I have been coming here for over 2 years now and won't go anywhere else. I can't get waxed anymore due to breaking out after so threading is the way to go and it lasts longer. I see Farida or her daughter are amazing and know exactly what they are doing to make you look great. They do get busy so make an appointment but you typically don't have to wait to long either way. I came a little bit before 9am because I work at 10 am and Farida was nice enough to take me ! Then I was told that they now have a stylist that does haircuts and blow outs for a super reasonable price ! 50 dollars for a wash, cut and style ! 40 dollars for fancy blow outs and 30 for regular! These prices are unheard of ! I asked if Carla (the hair stylist) if she was able to give me a cut before 10am and sure enough she was ! I came to work looking fabulous from my cut and blow out . This is with tint. After starting Farida suggested using tint, that it will help thicken my eyebrows. I think she messed up early on and from there tried to fix it. I haven't seen the mole on my left eyebrow since the 2000s when thin eyebrows were a thing! They are also uneven as you can see. (They look thick because she had them put tint on it.) I told her I wanted them even, she even checked with me "do you want to leave them thick?" I said "yes". She has done by eyebrows before and I asked her about the tint, she said I should NOT do it because my eyebrows are so thick that it would make them look funny! Times past I came here and got someone random, they also thinned them out. I tried to grow them back and made sure to get farida. She did fine so I erased my review and decided to just go with her. The last time she was rushing and the start of my eyebrows were un even but still thick. This time it's the thinnest I've seen in 10 years?! It took me a year and a half to grow these out from the first time they thinned them out. I've had enough experiences and heard enough of there excuses on why it happened. Nobody is perfect but this shouldn't happen. Take a five minute break in between clients to not just go into zone mode and take someone's eyebrows off. Currently googling how to take off this tint! read more

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... I cannot tell you how nervous I was to get my eyebrows tinted and how pleased I am with my results. I have super fine and light colored eyebrow hair in contrast to my dark brown natural hair and have always wanted to have my brows tinted but have been dissuaded from the pictures I've seen where after tinting you just have huge blocks of dark color that don't look anywhere near natural. I love my results. I just expressed that I didn't want anything crazy dark and I would prefer to not have so much color near the front of my eyebrows. Would recommend the threading and the tinting to anyone! Even saw a few men in there, too. read more

I drive 30 minutes from my house for these ladies! This is the only place I trust to get my eyebrows sharp without taking half the thickness & I've never had a bad experience with any of the threaders. My name is Farida and I started to do threading out of my house back in 2014 for 2 years until I realized that I cannot handle all of my customers on my own, so my daughter Asra started to help me. On August 2016 we decided to get a real salon and now we are located in East Phoenix on Thomas and 40th St. and that is the only location we have. Now there’s 4 of us working my daughter and I and two other ladies. And if you like me to do your eyebrows I’m there most the time ,but Thursday, Friday,and Saturday I’ll be there 100 percent. just ask for my name. I searched online for a new eyebrow threading place since brow art 23 in paradise valley always had rude employees and last time they made mine too thin. I was nervous to go to a house so I took a friend. She asked how I wanted them and she really listened. She was inviting, sweet, and treaded my eyebrows to perfection. My friend and I were incredibly pleased with the outcome. She informed us she was going to move into a salon and I will definitely be going back! read more

I was from out of town and was in need of getting my eyebrows cleaned up. I never had them threaded before. I found this nice lady online. I called her and she was able to get to me really soon. I must say I was very please with my eyebrows. Its been about a 2 weeks ago and they still look nice. I wish she was here in my home state. She does excellent work!!! read more

I booked a Brow Magic appointment with Tara, and overall I was happy with the service and my brows. My only disappointment was the timing. My appointment was scheduled for 3:45, and I arrived about 10 minutes early. Since there isn't a receptionist, I checked myself in and waited. Around 3:47, Tara popped her head out and let me know she'd need about 7 more minutes, which was completely understandable. However, it ended up being closer to 15 minutes. Around 4, she came out with her previous client, checked her out, and booked her next appointment before bringing me back. I totally understand that appointments can run over, and things happen, but I felt like there wasn't much acknowledgment of the delay or consideration for my time. Thankfully, I didn't have anywhere else I needed to be, but if I had, it could have been frustrating. I think what stood out to me most is that if I had shown up 15 minutes late, I likely would have been charged a fee or asked to reschedule. I believe that same respect for clients' time should go both ways. With that being said, I probably won't be back. The space was beautiful and the shop was cute though.

The staff was genuinely super friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated the complimentary soft drinks and water. It's always those little touches that make a nail appointment feel a bit more elevated and relaxing. The biggest issue for me was the pricing transparency. I called ahead of time and was quoted a lower price, but when I arrived, the price was higher. I completely understand that nail services can vary depending on length, shape, size, and the amount of product needed, but I've been getting my nails done for over 25 years, and I've always appreciated knowing the price before the service begins. What threw me off was that I had already explained the length, size, color, and exactly what I wanted, yet I was still told they needed to see the nails in person and determine those details before they could give me the final price. I would have preferred a clear price range or estimate upfront so there were no surprises once I was already seated. Unfortunately, the biggest concern came the very next day. One side of one of my nails already has gel cracking and lifting, which is disappointing considering I had just had the service done the day before. I'm hoping this is an isolated issue, but for a $95 builder gel set, I definitely expected better longevity. Overall, I really liked the friendly atmosphere and the complimentary drinks were such a cute touch. I just think the pricing communication could be much more transparent, and the durability of the set needs some improvement. For me, those details make a big difference when choosing a salon I'd want to return to.

The receptionist didn't even look up from her phone, she was on a FaceTime call, with the volume all the way up. That call also continued through the entire service, which was EXTREMELY disturbing. I stated I was there for a pedicure and she pointed and the seats and said "go there" I sit down and wait, a woman comes up and points to a chair, without saying a word. I mention to her one of my nails was cracked down the center and asked her to add a small dot of acrylic onto the crack. She then proceeds to add an entire tip and FULL acrylic base to my nail. The base color she chose was a dark purple shade and she layered it on at least 5 times. So now my nail was super thick and uneven. She then asked me how I wanted it shaped, and then asked me to tell her when it's good. Not even that, but I ended up having to walk her through the entire shaping process. As I'm sitting, the receptionist then comes up and asks for my card. My service isn't even complete yet and she's asking me for payment. I ask if this is the proper time and she just said "so card?" I hand her my card and she comes back with a receipt of $81. I got an essential pedicure which is $35 and the set of gel which adds $20. Which would ultimately take my total to $55. Not $81. My nail tech was on her phone the entire time and could not communicate well with me, so that's how I ended up in this situation. The next day I called the salon and their solution was to offer me 15% off of my next visit. I asked MULTIPLE times for a full refund and they refused. I then stated I would not be returning, and the manager told me, "I am not going to argue with you, I gave you the discount" Never go to this establishment. They are rude and unprofessional.
