I got my first Korean lash lift and am pleased with the results seven weeks later! Chantel did an amazing job. She's detail oriented - I'm picky with my lashes and brows! The actual experience was relaxing and enjoyable. She's very gentle and I enjoyed the music she had playing :) I've loved not having to put mascara on. I'm so glad I went to her to get a Korean lash lift. I'm now a repeat customer!! read more

Just had a lash lift and tint with Chantel and she did an amazing job. As others have said the salon is super cute and I was made to feel right at home. The service was so comfortable I think I fell asleep a few times. I went from very straight lashes to lashes with a really cute curl and they look so much longer and fuller than they did before. I will definitely be returning to see Chantel in the future and would recommend others to do the same. read more

Stephanie did an amazing job on my mega volume lashes two times, retention was amazing and she does the best brow laminations ever. She's so sweet and polite and reserved and she plays relaxing music to help with my terrible anxiety throughout the process. On the pricy side for sure compared to other places but it's worth it. Stephanie is a doll read more

Chantel cannot do lashes y'all. I have been wearing lashes for two years and can usually go 4 weeks without a fill. This photo is ONE WEEK after her putting a full set on for me. I asked for hybrid and got heavy clumpy volume. She caused damage to my real lashes read more

I feel so lucky to have found Eyeonic Lash! Chantel and Steph are amazing eyelash artists!

I've been seeing Stephanie at Eyeconic lash for almost five years now. She's hands down the most professional, talented and a meticulous lash artist. She always up for a chat or to give you space to relax and take a nap while working her magic on your lashes. I greatly appreciate her input while I'm experimenting with a new style or volume. I started with the classic lashes and upgraded my way to mega volume and no matter the style I always get compliments on how well done and natural my lashes look. I've also gotten other services here like the dermaplane facial and again great results. I've also seen the other artists here and they're all great! Chantel is a great owner and accommodating. As long as I continue to get my lashes I will be a customer here! read more

This place is a hidden gem in Arcadia in Phoenix! The lash artists are the sweetest and SUPER talented! Love how my lashes come out every. Single. Time!!! The ambience is homey, comfortable, and relaxing, it is always very clean and professional, can't say enough good things about this studio and the staff! Also, love that I get to support a local small business that is female-owned read more

Eyeconic is everything an excellent business should be. Professional, clean, on time appointments, advises clients how to be their best if they want that, great products. I have been coming to Jennifer for years now. Terrific and personable, but not chatty. Highly recommend coming here. Good location 36th St & Campbell. read more

I've never had my lashes done so naturally. Adore Chantel and all of the staff. So welcoming. Never felt uncomfortable and will go back ALWAYS!!! Thank you team :) read more

I moved to Phoenix in September and found Eyeconic Lash through a quick google search, and I have been so so happy with my lashes everytime I visit! I get a simple lash lift (I have the straightest eyelashes) with Stephanie and it's just the perfect curl that looks so natural and actually lasts 8 full weeks -- Stephanie is a magician! Truly the best lash lift I've had, and also the most affordable on a grad student budget. The salon is also super aesthetic and they have the most comfy/plush beds that you relax on, it's truly a wonderful experience. read more

Amazing customer service. The vibe when walking in is super cozy and aesthetically pleasing. I have had 2 appointments with Yolanda and she is absolutely amazing!! Super friendly and pays attention to detail when doing your lashes, she is also amazing at eyebrow waxing, and tinting! Highly suggest booking your appointment with Yolanda. read more

I left utterly confused (and along with that rather disappointed). I am trying to be gracious, because I came in with lashes on from another tech. However, I did call to let the artist know, and to say I didn't love the ones I had so I didn't want to adjust the time for just a fill in case we needed the extra time to fix these. My current set was hybrid and I requested a hybrid cat eye. Jen suggested removing the front lashes and making them shorter. That sounded fine, except she installed them like a literal block. I left and immediately went back in because the lashes closer to the ends had several gaps while the inner corners were so thick they looked like a solid line. She made the end lashes thicker but they are still uneven and I pointed out there were still gaps. She said it's because she left singles from the last lash tech and did not offer to correct them so I left with her knowing I was clearly unsatisfied with her work, but she did not seem to care. It would have made more sense to make the inner corner lashes lighter in my opinion, but either way I asked for hybrid cat eye and I got something that looks more like very poorly and cheaply done mega hybrid. This would have been bearable if it wasn't the day before new years eve, but no matter what, no one should have to pay for lashes that look totally unprofessional. I am also usually not the type to ask someone to fix something, but that's how bad these are. I would steer clear of a business that does not care about their clients wishes or satisfaction. read more

Highly recommend. Adorable, welcoming decor, great location. The owner, Chantel, is so sweet and incredibly helpful in advising skincare needs. Got the micro current facial which has a very relaxing, cooling effect. It definitely reduced the puffiness in my face and made me feel like a better version of me. Also added the LED therapy (see pic). Would definitely go again!!! read more

Eyeconic is AWESOME. Stephanie did beautiful work and exactly what I requested. The office is super cute and cozy. I'm extremely impressed with my experience. My lashes are beautiful and natural looking (I asked for hybrid classic/volume). I moved, so I needed a new place. I went to Mailash in Scottsdale for years and I was honestly a little scared to go somewhere else. I'm really happy with Eyeconic and I definitely found my new lash place in Phoenix. read more

I've called multiple times through the day every day of the week that they're open and even left a message to call me back because i need to cancel my appointment so they don't charge me $200. I would normally never leave a review if i haven't been to the business yet but if you can't even be bothered to answer the phone when $200 is on the line that's concerning edit: After several days of attempts a nice man answered the phone and made sure it was cancelled and tried to clear up any miscommunications. read more

TRUST ME when I tell you, this is YOUR EYELASH ARTIST. I moved from New York and Los Angeles to Texas and went through so many lash studios and lash artists that did such crazy and lazy work. I just read Gia's review and I have to fully disagree. I got SUPERB technique that only a few artists in New York and Los Angeles have the patience to do and nobody in Dallas even wanted to try. I have been doing my lashes for over 13 years and I am hard to please. Check out my Instagram @ChristinaDreaming to see my lashes. She gave me the 2D natural yet full look I love without having those crazy caterpillar lashes that fall out in chunks. She's the real deal with A TON of training and experience under her belt. LAST THING. The MOST COMFORTABLE bed I have ever laid on; it was like tempur-pedic with a cozy blanket and a bolster for under my knees. It's one of the first times I feel asleep. The only thing I am contemplating is not submitting this review so she doesn't get too booked out so I can have her whenever I need her. ;))) read more

I used to go to an eyelash studio in Scottsdale and recently switched to Eyeconic because my old studio left my eyes feeling red, itchy, and my skin reacted poorly to the glue they were using. The second I went to eyeconic, those issues stopped, and the lash artists were willing to work with me to make sure I don't have a reaction moving forward (which I haven't since!) I can schedule with Stephanie, Jenn, and Chantal and know that no matter what I will walk out of there with beautiful lashes that will last for weeks. Everyone in the studio is super welcoming, and the atmosphere is fantastic (especially since I like to use my eyelash appointments to take a nice nap in the middle of my day!) Could not recommend them enough! read more

I have tried several salons in Arizona trying to find just the right fit for my lash extensions, taking into account quality, pricing, location and a comfortable environment. I also have very sensitive eyes and have had bad reactions in the past at other salons, due to certain lashes and glue, so I am very picky about who I will trust with my lashes. Eyeconic Lash has been my go to for over 10 years. Over the years I have tried other places either to help out a friend in the business or because a salon opened up closer to me (in the West Valley) but I always end up coming back to Eyeconic Lash every time, as no other salon even compares. I have been going to Stephanie for years and she is amazing, precise and fast. My retention is so good and my fills can last up to 4 weeks. I feel so comfortable with Stephanie that I always take a nap during my fill! Lol I also have seen Jenn and Chantel who also do quality work and are super friendly. The salon is so cute, cozy and clean. I would recommend Eyeconic Lash to anyone wanting to try out lash extensions for the first time or to get ongoing fills. I always leave here satisfied and feeling beautiful. read more

I don't get the hype!! I've been getting my lashes done for years throughout various places in the us and none have ever fallen out as quickly as the set I got from here. When the lashes fell I saw there was at least 5 fake lashes to each lash- that's way to much!! This can be too heavy for the lash to hold and can weaken your natural lashes. It's a fast and cheap looking way to have lashes. They looked spidery and I'm just overall disappointed. The studio itself is adorable, so I see why people are drawn to this place. It's also clean and the staff are nice- but for $200 lashes I'd hope for better artistry... read more

Everyone was raving about this place so I went to check them out. It took about 2 week wait for my lash apt I was super excited and everything. But the person referred to me was Stephanie and she wasn't available for month out. You have to make an apt and put a deposit down which I did. This was the results. I'm honestly really really disappointed for 200$ asked for 3D volume this was the end results. I showed her the falsies look I wanted and in flared cat eye....I got boxed straight c/d curl looking mess...I couldn't even brush them to look nice no matter how many diff ways I tried.....my friend said it looked like I needed a fill...and I said I just got them done. For something so expensive I don't believe this is a good job, I've been getting my lashes done for years...and here's an example of how I usually have them...in comparison....but honestly I would like my money back...because after going to another lash artist...they had to remove everything and there was too much glue stuck on my lashes and some were clumped together. For a professional setting I've had my lashes done for half the price and at someone's home who did 10x a better job than what I received. I called several times and nobody ever answers the phone so I guess I'll leave my comment here. read more

I haven't had my lashes done in a year or so and was really looking forward to treating myself to a new full set of lashes. I am new to the area so I spent time researching lash places near me, and found this salon based on good reviews and photos. My experience at the salon was great, my lash tech was super friendly and I was happy with the lashes I left with. The way she taped my left eye hurt, felt like tape was poking my eye, but she made an honest effort to retape everything. She wanted to make sure I was comfortable which I appreciated and I didn't think much of it in the moment since everything seemed to turn out good. I don't normally complain about things especially coming from a past in customer service ,but I feel let down. The next day I woke up and my left eye was red and swollen to the point where it hurt to open. The pain and swelling went away after two days, I didn't do anything to treat it for fear of rubbing off my lashes. It's now day 3 since my full set and more than half of my lashes are gone on my left eye with noticeable gaps. I've gotten lashes for years in the past and have never had pain, redness, and swelling to this extent. I really don't know the reason behind this happening, Could my eyes have become more sensitive? or maybe I got the glue in my eye? Or could it be the tapeEither way I was hoping the set would last for at least 10 days. My right eyelashes still look great at least. I'm just putting this out here because this was my fear in trying to find a new lash place. The search must go on! read more

We've recently relocated to Phoenix and I was super excited to find Eyeconic Lash & Beauty Bar on YELP. Chantal has created a beautiful space for ladies to come & get their lashes done. Not only is she a great artisan but also a great person. I look forward to chatting with her while she does my lashes which are so light and blonde. When I leave her studio I can SEE my lashes. She really takes the time & care needed for my lashes. I've used the other ladies as well & they're just as nice & professional. read more

I have been coming to Eyeconic Lash & Beauty for 3 months now and EVERY appointment has been perfection! I have been lucky to have lash appointments with Jessica, Stephanie, Crystal and Chantal! The salon is clean, has gorgeous decor with a professional but cozy environment. I continue to be extremely pleased with my lash experience at Eyeconic. I was very unhappy with the price I spent and the time I spent for what I left with I look like I had anemic chemotherapy Lashes. Crystal at Eyeconic is AMAZING! I am completely addicted to this whole eyelash process! Crystal is incredible! My lashes always look natural and amazing. People constantly comment on how great they look. She is thorough and professional, as well as super sweet and fun to talk with. AND she has never laughed at me when I fall asleep at some point and let out a big giant snore a and wake myself up! It is the most relaxing and wonderful self indulgent luxury that I give myself. The salon is immaculate and all of the products are high-end, you never have to worry about getting some nasty I infection like at some of those places were people are using things and implements that are not clean. No worries about that at Eyeconic! I am so grateful to Crystal for her magic fingers!! read more
