I left utterly confused (and along with that rather disappointed). I am trying to be gracious, because I came in with lashes on from another tech. However, I did call to let the artist know, and to say I didn't love the ones I had so I didn't want to adjust the time for just a fill in case we needed the extra time to fix these. My current set was hybrid and I requested a hybrid cat eye. Jen suggested removing the front lashes and making them shorter. That sounded fine, except she installed them like a literal block. I left and immediately went back in because the lashes closer to the ends had several gaps while the inner corners were so thick they looked like a solid line. She made the end lashes thicker but they are still uneven and I pointed out there were still gaps. She said it's because she left singles from the last lash tech and did not offer to correct them so I left with her knowing I was clearly unsatisfied with her work, but she did not seem to care. It would have made more sense to make the inner corner lashes lighter in my opinion, but either way I asked for hybrid cat eye and I got something that looks more like very poorly and cheaply done mega hybrid. This would have been bearable if it wasn't the day before new years eve, but no matter what, no one should have to pay for lashes that look totally unprofessional. I am also usually not the type to ask someone to fix something, but that's how bad these are. I would steer clear of a business that does not care about their clients wishes or satisfaction. read more

I used to go to an eyelash studio in Scottsdale and recently switched to Eyeconic because my old studio left my eyes feeling red, itchy, and my skin reacted poorly to the glue they were using. I have tried several salons in Arizona trying to find just the right fit for my lash extensions, taking into account quality, pricing, location and a comfortable environment. I also have very sensitive eyes and have had bad reactions in the past at other salons, due to certain lashes and glue, so I am very picky about who I will trust with my lashes. I just read Gia's review and I have to fully disagree. I got SUPERB technique that only a few artists in New York and Los Angeles have the patience to do and nobody in Dallas even wanted to try. I don't get the hype!! I've been getting my lashes done for years throughout various places in the us and none have ever fallen out as quickly as the set I got from here. When the lashes fell I saw there was at least 5 fake lashes to each lash- that's way to much!! This can be too heavy for the lash to hold and can weaken your natural lashes. It's a fast and cheap looking way to have lashes. They looked spidery and I'm just overall disappointed. The studio itself is adorable, so I see why people are drawn to this place. It's also clean and the staff are nice- but for $200 lashes I'd hope for better artistry... read more

Everyone was raving about this place so I went to check them out. It took about 2 week wait for my lash apt I was super excited and everything. But the person referred to me was Stephanie and she wasn't available for month out. You have to make an apt and put a deposit down which I did. This was the results. I'm honestly really really disappointed for 200$ asked for 3D volume this was the end results. I showed her the falsies look I wanted and in flared cat eye....I got boxed straight c/d curl looking mess...I couldn't even brush them to look nice no matter how many diff ways I tried.....my friend said it looked like I needed a fill...and I said I just got them done. For something so expensive I don't believe this is a good job, I've been getting my lashes done for years...and here's an example of how I usually have them...in comparison....but honestly I would like my money back...because after going to another lash artist...they had to remove everything and there was too much glue stuck on my lashes and some were clumped together. For a professional setting I've had my lashes done for half the price and at someone's home who did 10x a better job than what I received. I haven't had my lashes done in a year or so and was really looking forward to treating myself to a new full set of lashes. I am new to the area so I spent time researching lash places near me, and found this salon based on good reviews and photos. My experience at the salon was great, my lash tech was super friendly and I was happy with the lashes I left with. The way she taped my left eye hurt, felt like tape was poking my eye, but she made an honest effort to retape everything. She wanted to make sure I was comfortable which I appreciated and I didn't think much of it in the moment since everything seemed to turn out good. I don't normally complain about things especially coming from a past in customer service ,but I feel let down. The next day I woke up and my left eye was red and swollen to the point where it hurt to open. The pain and swelling went away after two days, I didn't do anything to treat it for fear of rubbing off my lashes. It's now day 3 since my full set and more than half of my lashes are gone on my left eye with noticeable gaps. I've gotten lashes for years in the past and have never had pain, redness, and swelling to this extent. I really don't know the reason behind this happening, Could my eyes have become more sensitive? or maybe I got the glue in my eye? Or could it be the tapeEither way I was hoping the set would last for at least 10 days. My right eyelashes still look great at least. I'm just putting this out here because this was my fear in trying to find a new lash place. The search must go on! read more

In September I came in for a full set on a Friday for my birthday, a gift from my spouse. Afterward I immediately started to have lashes continually fall out on my left eye only. Called Eyeconic and reported the issue/plea for help. By Monday I was mortified as I had gaps of missing lashes on my left eye and about 25% missing on my right. I went to another lash company for repair as I was too embarrassed to go to work, another $100+ spent. Eyeconic called me back 6 days later offering a touch up. A touch up?
