Crystal at Eyeconic is AMAZING! I am completely addicted to this whole eyelash process! Crystal is incredible! My lashes always look natural and amazing. People constantly comment on how great they look. She is thorough and professional, as well as super sweet and fun to talk with. AND she has never laughed at me when I fall asleep at some point and let out a big giant snore a and wake myself up! It is the most relaxing and wonderful self indulgent luxury that I give myself. The salon is immaculate and all of the products are high-end, you never have to worry about getting some nasty I infection like at some of those places were people are using things and implements that are not clean. I honestly hate to write this review but people need to be warned. I reached out to the salon to let them know I needed to reschedule my appointment due to the Covid vaccine. I was having terrible side effects and I did not want to go to the appointment ill. I was advised that my card would still be charged in full. I asked if there was a way that they could give any flexibility as I am a loyal client and come religiously..they refused. Even giving future credit or making an exception as these are crazy times. I said I would still come to the appointment because they were charging me in full even if I wasnt feeling great due to the side effects (I knew I did not have covid but was feeling unwell due to the side effects of the vaccine) Nothing but snarky rudeness was received by the owner. I understand being a small business owner, and I know what catch guards are also in place to mitigate these situations so behaving like this in unnecessary. Additionally they told me I was no longer welcome as a client. So uncalled for. Literally due to not feeling well because of the covid vaccine. Covid has been difficult all the way around. Sometimes being greedy costs you so much more in the long run. Work is good but how they treat their clients is terrible. So disappointed. read more

Chantal is the BEST LASH ARTISAN I have ever found - her lashes are GORGEOUS. Thick, long, AND amazingly natural looking - her eyelash extensions are terrific.... I'm not kidding - I get at least one comment a day on my lashes and I've started carrying Chantal's cards because so many people ask me where I got mine done! Seriously - no one else in Phoenix truly understands VOLUME LASHES - or can do them the way Chantal can. Most people do not realize the difference between true VOLUME and CLASSIC lashes -and think that "Volume" lashes are pre-glued clusters that you stick on. NOT AT ALL. Doing true Volume lashes (the real Russian technique) is a very difficult skill that takes a lot of time to learn and is very time-consuming to do. Chantal picks up 2, 3, or 4 lashes separately, then fans them and places the fan on one of your single lashes - resulting in a thick feathery effect that's absolutely beautiful. Chantal uses very lightweight lashes so the result is not only thick - but safe and healthy for your own lashes. She does Volume Lashes the way they are *supposed* to be done! I've had eyelash extensions for close to 5 years - and worked with more than 7 different lash technicians - so I have a lot of experience with them. I have had bad experiences where my lashes suffered, and I had to take a break to let them grow back. NEVER with Chantal. She's a consummate expert and she knows how to care for you and your lashes. My lashes are healthier now than they've ever been - and I've never had to take a break from wearing them since I found Chantal. Do yourself a favor and try Chantal - not only is she an artist - she's very reasonable for the work she does. Also - she has taken two talented lash artists under her wing and is teaching them the real Russian technique, so her new partners are extraordinary as well.... Finally - and so importantly - not only is she talented - Chantal is just an extraordinary human - warm, kind, funny, and generous. Doesn't get any better than this! read more

Easy to book, friendly service, and great looking lashes! I was getting lash extensions for about four months; they looked amazing! I have red hair / blonde eyelashes, so these were a nice addition. Chantel is quick and precise with lash extensions and very careful with one's eyes. Unfortunately, about 5% of people are allergic to eyelash glue (no matter where one goes). I'm allergic to a million things and later discovered I have an allergy to the glue. Instead, now I get my lashes tinted with Chantel. They are not going to look as amazing as extensions, but that's just the way of extensions! The tinting process is easy and painless. I have blonde lashes, so it's nice to have tinted lashes for when I go to the gym / do not feel like wearing mascara. The location is right off the 51 on the north side of Bethany Home in this cute gray building. The building is cool and smells great. Everything is clean and professional. The decor is cute and unique. Chantel also sells some eye products that are doctor-recommended - eye make up remover and eye lash extension rinse. Absolutely love this place. It was my first time getting lashes ever and I don't regret it one bit I get the classic natural looking lashes and they are gorgeous. Everyone who doesn't know me and see them thinks they are my own lashes which I love. I also have had a European facial here and bought a few products very comfortable environment. I even fell asleep the last 2 times I've had a fill and snored a bit lol. They didn't mind I think. But hell the environment they give off is just so calm and comfortable you can't help but sleep. And the lashes are great. I definitely recommend them. I normally go back every 2-3 weeks because I wanna keep them up and my lashes are very stubborn so I have to make sure I am keeping them nice and full.
