I came to Rama in mid-April with eyebrows that hadn't been professionally touched since 2019 AND a lopsided left eyebrow because I had burnt off the end of it in a childhood accident. She told me it's lopsided and said she can fix it, which I didn't think much of because I had accepted my lopsided eyebrow fate. I've visited her 3 times since mid-April (though if I was good, it should be every 2/2.5 weeks between each visit), and my left eyebrow has been shaping up. My eyebrows are getting even! She really has fixed it! Even if she didn't have the magic ability to fix lopsided eyebrows, I would go to her for her kind and detailed service. She makes sure you like her work throughout the process, rather than just at the end. She's located in room in L'image Salon Studios. First room on the left. It's always clean. I do think her reservation system doesn't work though, but I haven't had issues with walking in. I've had 3 people in front of me before on a busy weekend afternoon, and I think I only waited 20 minutes. She's told me the times where there won't be wait times, but I forgot them. Rama is wonderful, from the moment we walked in she had a beautiful smile and was very friendly with us. She was careful with our brows and made sure as she moved along, we were satisfied with what she was doing. Once she finished with one brow she had us look carefully and then proceeded to the next brow. She even offered us Aloe Vera and was talking with us the whole time.
