Rama is amazing. I went to her for years before I got my eyebrows nano-bladed but I still recommend and send my husband there when his brows need some saving! She helps to define a shape for you and does a quick efficient job while helping you to grow them with castor oils etc. I would not and do not trust anyone but Rama ! read more

I came to Rama in mid-April with eyebrows that hadn't been professionally touched since 2019 AND a lopsided left eyebrow because I had burnt off the end of it in a childhood accident. She told me it's lopsided and said she can fix it, which I didn't think much of because I had accepted my lopsided eyebrow fate. I've visited her 3 times since mid-April (though if I was good, it should be every 2/2.5 weeks between each visit), and my left eyebrow has been shaping up. My eyebrows are getting even! She really has fixed it! Even if she didn't have the magic ability to fix lopsided eyebrows, I would go to her for her kind and detailed service. She makes sure you like her work throughout the process, rather than just at the end. She's located in room in L'image Salon Studios. First room on the left. It's always clean. I do think her reservation system doesn't work though, but I haven't had issues with walking in. I've had 3 people in front of me before on a busy weekend afternoon, and I think I only waited 20 minutes. She's told me the times where there won't be wait times, but I forgot them. Been here multiple times now and it's my new favorite brow spot. The place is clean and in a business building. Every time I go I can count on my brows being nice and one fleek when I'm out. And I always have a chance to give any input at the end too if I want more to be done. Also, there's a punch card that gives you free service if you're a repeat customer. read more

Fabulous eyebrow threading! I have been looking for a new place to go for my sister and I. As well as a place that is knowledgeable in threading brows and we have finally found a place! Rama is wonderful, from the moment we walked in she had a beautiful smile and was very friendly with us. She was careful with our brows and made sure as she moved along, we were satisfied with what she was doing. Once she finished with one brow she had us look carefully and then proceeded to the next brow. She even offered us Aloe Vera and was talking with us the whole time. There is even a punch card that is offered, which once u start coming can be used for a free eyebrow threading. Great customer service in bringing us back! Finally found a spot for threading which isn't too far from where I live and is decently priced. The lady was extremely nice to talk to and patient with me and gave me the options of 2 threads to choose from (whichever gave less pain). Ended with a nice aloe Vera gel massage in the irritated area to soothe my skin. Offered to do my lower lip for free- sweet! read more

This is a great place to get your eyebrows done and threading is the way to go! Rama is so sweet as well as very attentive and precise when she is doing your brows. She takes her time to give each customer individualized attention. Usually when I arrive, there are 1 or 2 people ahead of me, but it is worth the wait. I also went the other day and Rama was on vacation but the gal she had in her place was really nice and just as attentive and precise. read more

New in town so I decided to try this place out. I was on lunch break so I only had a limited time, I waited maybe 5 mins. The lady which I think was the owner worked on my eyebrows, I wanted to get them tinting but she recommended I come back which I appreciated because she didn't want to rush. She worked wonders on my brows! I hadn't done anything to my brows in months so they grew out and were super uneven. She noticed the unevenness and asked exactly how I wanted them to look and then executed that and took her time. I also appreciated the aloe she placed on my brows afterward because she could tell that I had sensitive skin. Overall great threading, great customer service, and my brows are SO much better. read more

I've been coming here for almost 3 years and have always left happy...until this past Friday between 10-10:30 AM. There was only one lady working, an older woman with glasses. She was very kind, but unfortunately, this was the most painful threading session I've ever had. It felt like far too much hair was removed, and when she finished, she applied aloe without asking (something the other ladies usually do after checking if the customer wants it). When she handed me the mirror, I noticed my brows looked a little uneven, but since I was rushing to a doctor's appointment, I paid and left. Later, in better lighting, I was shocked. My brows were extremely thin...something I've never experienced here. I've always had naturally fuller brows, even though they've thinned slightly with age, and I take pride in keeping them that way. I honestly wanted to cry. I eventually called to share my concerns, and while no manager or owner was available, the girl who answered was very sweet and understanding. I explained what happened and suggested that the threaders be reminded to always confirm exactly what the customer wants...especially when someone asks for a simple clean-up. I know brows grow back, but this has been really upsetting, especially with an event I have next weekend. This is definitely a learning experience for me, and I just want to encourage others to be specific with their requests and, if possible, stick to a threader you trust for consistency.

I love that she takes her time with her work and truly does the best she can. Her place is located in a building with other small businesses/shop rooms inside. You go through these black doors, take a left and she will be the on your left (#125). There is a directory in the entrance if you need it! Her place is very clean and well-organized. If you are hesitant on trying a new eyebrow place, I know it can feel like a risk but trust me, Rama will take care of you and your eyebrow needs! She kept my eyebrows nice and thick (just like I like them!) while giving them a beautiful shape! I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for a few years now. I recently moved to the area and tried this place because it came up on Google. It was a clean, calming environment. She was much more gentle when threading than what I have experienced in the past. I did not experience near as much redness as I had from previous people. Great experience! Very friendly lady who was thorough and skilled. She patiently explained their loyalty program when it took me a few times to understand it. An added personal touch was when she gave me her apple to eat in the car as my stomach was making noise while in the chair, we had a laugh about it. This is not my closest location but worth the extra drive. read more
