I am a bit late in writing this review due to the hustle and bustle of the Holidays. I went to Brow & Make Up Studio on December 26 to try out their eyelash extensions. I was told the extensions would last around two weeks depending on how I cared for them. The woman who did my extensions was pleasant and informative. The process only took about 30 minutes and the eyelashes looked great, for the price. I left satisfied with the result. I woke up the next morning and half of the eyelashes had fallen off. I was told I had a two day guarantee, so I went back to get the eyelashes reapplied.
When I arrived, I was told the person who did my eyelashes was not working today and I would have to come back tomorrow. I explained this would not be possible because I did not live in Phoenix, AZ, I was visiting family and leaving that night to go back home to San Diego, CA. The woman I was speaking with told me I could pay for the repair again but that was the only option, she was not very pleasant when telling me this. I seldom do this, but asked if I could speak with her manager, she said yes and called, who I am assuming was the owner of the company. The woman spoke with the person on the phone and hung up before giving me a chance to speak with them. I am not sure how the conversation went but the woman said she would repair the lashes but I would have to wait for 45 minutes to 1 hour. She was extremely rude when she told me this as well, making me feel as if I was doing something wrong by asking the to fix the eyelashes.
I chose not to wait, in my opinion there was no reason for the wait time, other than they seemed a bit irritated with me. Based on the woman's attitude I also don't know if I trusted her to do a good job with how annoyed she seemed with me. In short, this place offers inexpensive eyelash extensions which I would recommend for maybe a one night event, considering the eyelashes only lasted about 12 hours. Their customer service could use a bit of TLC though. read more
