I asked her not to thread the top of the eyebrows and that's the first thing she does. I told her, I just said don't thread it and she calls me a liar and said she didn't. Then proceeds to give me two uneven eyebrows. She's a nightmare, get her out of that place.

So I drove all the way across town and I don't regret it one bit! The woman there was so kind and helpful and completely committed to making my brows look great. I have never had anyone give my brows that much attention or follow my requests. AZ LADIES !! You're so lucky to have a brow shop like this! We don't have quality service like this back home. I'm glad that they were open on Easter Sunday. When I went in, there was nobody there. Honestly, it was very dirty and I was super turned off and nervous to even get the service done. There was trash and crumbs all over the floor. I walked up to the counter and nobody was standing there, but there was a baby in a crib right there. I finally heard the lady in the back say to give her a minute, and I was totally fine with waiting. The prices here are quite a bit more than most places I've been to ($14 for brows vs $10 I've paid everywhere else) so I was kind of shocked. However, this is probably the second best brow place I've ever been to. I really love the way that they turned out, after just getting a cleanup. She put witch hazel on at the end. The reason why I'm giving it four stars, though, is because she was on the phone the entire time and had headphones in. I couldn't tell if she was talking to me or somebody else because she was speaking a different language.
