This is an in-home services location, so you are parking at a residential home and coming into the front room. It was a really hard break up, and my expectations are very high for a replacement. When we walked in today, there was one person in a chair, but it was otherwise vacant, which is always nice. I can't say that I was impressed with the visit, which is unfortunate. I had to ask her to fix a couple areas, and then I gave up and had to clip when I got home. The edging under the brow was not clean, and there were a few random brow hairs that I had to pluck also. She also has a strong hand, I understand you need pressure to get the hair off, but it just wasn't a good service compared to what I've had before. I will try again and maybe go a different day to see if another technician provides me a better experience. She was very nice, and the store is very clean. Just not my cup of tea!

We called at 3 PM and they were able to fit both of us in at 4:30 on a Friday, which was impressive. We both loved our massages. My friend can't remember her therapist's name, but she mentioned she was an older woman. My therapist was Ella, and she was incredible. I truly can't say enough good things. Firm pressure can be subjective, but she delivered exactly that and really helped relieve so much tension. It felt like she could pinpoint exactly where I was hurting and address it perfectly. 15/10 experience!
