The front area is very clean, organized, and has a welcoming vibe. I was taken back within a few minutes to the room I'd be in which was also very cozy. My esthetician was Cameron and he was phenomenal! He answered my questions and made the experience relaxing. He also was intentional about the products he recommended for my concerns while not pushing me to change my whole skin care routine which I greatly appreciated (a common experience I've had at other places). I got The Restore Deluxe Organic Facial and it was reasonably priced and included all the things I enjoy (cleansing, mask, exfoliating, massage, and I added on derma planning). Overall, this was a really pleasant experience and I will absolutely be back!

I have a lot of tattoos, so there are not many options for laser hair removal. I am only familiar with laser tattoo removal, so I was expecting laser hair removal to be super painful. Well, it is not, so that is why I am rating it five stars. The esthetician, I think that is what they are called, is very professional and discreet. She explains the process well. This location is very different than the location I normally went to, it is very bright and cheerful.

The location offered a complimentary waxing service for training purposes, and we accepted the…read moreoffer. I booked the appointment, received a confirmation text, and planned my entire day around it. The appointment was then canceled on their end. When we reached out to understand what happened and see if there was a solution, management was harsh and defensive. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience, I was left feeling like I was the problem for trying to resolve a scheduling issue that wasn't my fault. I completely understand that this was a free promotional service, but that doesn't mean a customer's time has no value. If a business chooses to offer complimentary services for training, they should honor confirmed appointments or at the very least handle cancellations professionally and with empathy. Simply dismissing the situation because "it was free anyway" is not good customer service. The issue was never that the service was free it was that a confirmed appointment was canceled after I had planned my day around it, and the situation was handled poorly. If the business wasn't prepared to honor these appointments, they shouldn't have offered them in the first place.

First I visited the Norterra location for someone else's appointment…read more At Norterra they just spend their time hard selling products and packages. It was not a great experience. This time around we both tried this location and both of us had the best experience with Cassandra Myself it was a first for time waxing for me, more out of curiosity and self improvement. Cassandra was excellent, I had 2 major areas waxed and I am smooth as a baby's bottom, although spoiler alert, it was not my bottom. Still a very pleasant, joyous painfree wonderful experience with Cassandra. Sure we had a small 'sell' for products but nothing hard or full time during our waxing. Actually Cassandra was extremely friendly and an expert at her job. We will be back for sure and request her. Now for full disclosure, Yelp would probably deny and flag my before and after photos, so I'll leave that up to your imagination.... if you dare!

Andreea in short, was the answers to my prayers…read more I never review places but I wish I read something like this when I needed it! After dealing with mild/moderate acne for quite some time, I can say I've pretty much tried it all. From everything the drugstores have to offer, to acne.org, oral antibiotics, topicals, different diets, tazorac, and a bunch of different "at home remedies". All of these products only made my skin a complete mess. I was inflamed, congested, red, and very very self conscious. When I about had enough, my dermatologist told me "there's nothing left but accutane". There was no way I was going to go that route so I was left with no hope, especially if those "medical professionals" looked me in the eyes and said there's just no cure. Everyday people would ask me about my skin and how bumpy it was. I lost all confidence and felt like I had to have a mask of makeup on every second. BUT then a friend of mine recommended Andreea. She was convinced she would help me and get me back where I need to be. I never even considered facials as a solution to my acne. At my first appointment, I agreed to stop all of my acne products, and let her local and nature based products work their magic. Skin Skript is amazing and she recommends the products best for MY skin. I can't even express how much of a blessing this has been for me. People tell me all the time how impressed they are with my skin now and I can't stop recommending people to her. And once they see for themselves they understand my joy! Andreea is passionate, knowledgeable, and confident in what she does and that is beautifully reflected in her work! I've done a series of 4 chemical peels, deep pore facials + microdermabrasion, and extractions. I leave more happy every time I come. She truly cares about her clients and that is not something you see these days! She allowed me to accept who I am and regain my confidence.
