The front area is very clean, organized, and has a welcoming vibe. I was taken back within a few minutes to the room I'd be in which was also very cozy. My esthetician was Cameron and he was phenomenal! He answered my questions and made the experience relaxing. He also was intentional about the products he recommended for my concerns while not pushing me to change my whole skin care routine which I greatly appreciated (a common experience I've had at other places). I got The Restore Deluxe Organic Facial and it was reasonably priced and included all the things I enjoy (cleansing, mask, exfoliating, massage, and I added on derma planning). Overall, this was a really pleasant experience and I will absolutely be back!

First I visited the Norterra location for someone else's appointment…read more At Norterra they just spend their time hard selling products and packages. It was not a great experience. This time around we both tried this location and both of us had the best experience with Cassandra Myself it was a first for time waxing for me, more out of curiosity and self improvement. Cassandra was excellent, I had 2 major areas waxed and I am smooth as a baby's bottom, although spoiler alert, it was not my bottom. Still a very pleasant, joyous painfree wonderful experience with Cassandra. Sure we had a small 'sell' for products but nothing hard or full time during our waxing. Actually Cassandra was extremely friendly and an expert at her job. We will be back for sure and request her. Now for full disclosure, Yelp would probably deny and flag my before and after photos, so I'll leave that up to your imagination.... if you dare!

This location is very different than the location I normally went to, it is very bright and cheerful.
