It was a really hard break up, and my expectations are very high for a replacement. When we walked in today, there was one person in a chair, but it was otherwise vacant, which is always nice. I can't say that I was impressed with the visit, which is unfortunate. I had to ask her to fix a couple areas, and then I gave up and had to clip when I got home. The edging under the brow was not clean, and there were a few random brow hairs that I had to pluck also. She also has a strong hand, I understand you need pressure to get the hair off, but it just wasn't a good service compared to what I've had before. I will try again and maybe go a different day to see if another technician provides me a better experience. She was very nice, and the store is very clean. Just not my cup of tea!

They offer to touch up areas that you're not happy with within a certain period of time. I notified them well within that timeframe. I waited the 21 days that I was advised to wait for results. When the results did not come I began calling them to get in for my touchup, or to find out why I was getting no results. I called them 4 times post treatment to try to get a resolution. However, the front desk told me on two separate phone calls, that they felt I just needed to give it more time and that my injector was not available, but they would have someone call me back. No one ever called me back. The third phone call I made I was a little more assertive, I got put on hold and then disconnected. By this time, my touchup window had about ended. The last time I called, I asked to speak to someone regarding the matter, again, the front desk began to give me the runaround. At that time, I canceled my membership with them, and advised that I would be notifying the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau, and I would post reviews on any review site I could find. The girl at the front desk laughed and advised me that she would cancel my membership, and then hung up on me. DO NOT waste your money. I have since gone to a different provider, just two months after spending almost $1000 on injections, and got amazing results. Now I understand why they have operated under more than one business name.

He also was intentional about the products he recommended for my concerns while not pushing me to change my whole skin care routine which I greatly appreciated (a common experience I've had at other places). I got The Restore Deluxe Organic Facial and it was reasonably priced and included all the things I enjoy (cleansing, mask, exfoliating, massage, and I added on derma planning). The salon is beautiful inside, and everyone I interacted with was so sweet, kind, and welcoming. My lash tech was also very nice, and I could tell she worked hard on me for about two hours. I showed her a picture of the lash style I wanted. They didn't turn out exactly like the picture, I wanted an anime look, but they were still very pretty, and I was happy with them overall. My biggest concern was that one eye ended up looking noticeably fuller than the other. One side has more lashes and looks more defined, while the other has fewer lashes and looks a little more sparse. I realize this may not be something everyone would notice, but I notice little details like that, and once I see it, it bothers me. I just wish they had been a little more even. I also had my eyebrows waxed and tinted. Unfortunately, after I got home and really looked at them, I noticed that a small section of one eyebrow had been waxed off more than it should have been. Now I have to fill in that little section myself. It may seem like a small thing, but I specifically got my brows waxed and tinted because I wanted to be able to go without makeup, so having to draw part of my eyebrow back on was disappointing. Overall, I want to emphasize that everyone was extremely kind, the salon was beautiful, and I appreciate the time and effort my tech put into my appointment. I think these were just a couple of details that could have been caught before I left. That'd I didn't notice when I was there otherwise I'm pretty sure she would've fixed it. I would consider going back, but next time I would definitely be more specific about the lash style and make sure I check my brows carefully before leaving and lashes before leaving.
