It was a really hard break up, and my expectations are very high for a replacement. When we walked in today, there was one person in a chair, but it was otherwise vacant, which is always nice. I can't say that I was impressed with the visit, which is unfortunate. I had to ask her to fix a couple areas, and then I gave up and had to clip when I got home. The edging under the brow was not clean, and there were a few random brow hairs that I had to pluck also. She also has a strong hand, I understand you need pressure to get the hair off, but it just wasn't a good service compared to what I've had before. I will try again and maybe go a different day to see if another technician provides me a better experience. She was very nice, and the store is very clean. Just not my cup of tea!

Berta, I have tweezers at home. I know how to use them. I didn't come to you to spend a fortune on my eyebrows so you could LAZILY PLUCK THEM (and when I ask about it, tell me the plucking is to "shape" them first before threading them--too bad no one but you has ever done it this way in my decade of Getting my brows threaded for your astounding "thirty six years in this business") and then charge up the ass for the worst job on my eyebrows I've ever seen. My boyfriend come this weekend to visit me, and my eyebrows look like a chop job, and I spent 2-3 times what someone who can competently actually THREAD my brows without relying solely on old-fashioned tweezers. If I wanted to tweeze my f*cking brows, I would have stayed home. I'm so outraged that Berta thinks she can rob me $20 and not even thread like she is supposed to. She checked periodically throughout the session to make sure that the client is pleased with her service. I did a trial run with her for my wedding make up and hair and we booked with her, she also did wedding hair and make up for my wedding and we were all fully satisfied!
