I came here to get my eyebrows tinted. I am a natural redhead and my eyebrows are very light brown/blonde. I told her I wanted them a little darker than my natural hair color and she dyed them black. She told me not to get them wet for 24 hours but i immediately went home to scrub them off. Hopefully they lighten quickly because she made me look like a cartoon character. read more

they always act like they're bothered you're there. they're always on their phone WHILE doing your eyebrows. having full on conversations with airpods in. they never say hello. the girl i've had the past few times just literally rushes through my brows. i used to go to the one off of union hills for a couple of years and live closer to this one now and decided to give it a try. i never ever had a problem at the other location. i had to sneeze today during my appointment, covered and everything and apologized and the girl stopped and said "gross". will not return to this location. read more

I want there on a Sunday and the door says they close at 6 o'clock. It was 5 o'clock when I arrived. There was somebody at the cash register when I arrived, but the lights were off and the door was locked. I went to get my pedicure done before getting my eyebrows done because I knew they were open until 6, and then when I arrived at 5, they were locked up while someone was inside counting the register. The Sunday Girl usually does a great job on my eyebrows but closing an hour early without notice is unacceptable. read more

Ever since my eyebrows gal left from European wax, it has been very difficult to find someone who can fix my eyebrows. I found the place because we shop at almost every store in this plaza. I was excited to see they were opening here since I shop at Sprouts, eat at Sushi Yuki, the massage place, chiropractor and now this! Win win. Both ladies are great but if I were to pick. I really like how Eva does my eyebrows. She's quick and precise. The cost is inexpensive and I don't feel guilty In getting them done. $8.00 plus tip. Can't beat that. My mom wanted to try this place out on Sunday and asked me to go with her. I was a bit hesitant as my eyebrows are already tattooed, but they are desperately in need of a touch up (3 years or so now). Well, I figured no one should be able to screw them up since they already have a figure to go by. Let's say boy was I wrong. 1- I have reddish brown copper hair and my eyebrows are BLACK! 2- the shapes are completely different! One is longer and skinnier than the other. Why would you take more hair off one than the other? I will never be back. It was a horrible outcome for me. This has been my go to place for about 2 years. Sometimes they're great and other times they go so slow with the thread that they leave cuts on my skin. Today was the worst though, I got in my car only to find a literal cut on my eye lid after receiving eye brow threading. Not to mention the smaller cuts around my eye brows. Some of the girls go quickly with their thread which leaves minimal readiness and no cuts but there have been multiple times (including today) that the girl has gone so slow that I leave with cuts that literally scab over before healing. Going to have to find a new place unfortunately. read more

Ok I've given this place a few tries and each time disappointed, I'll be finding a new place. 1st) The lady NEVER EVER greets you, you say hello and she says sit down. I know I'm not there to make friends BUT a simple Hello goes a loooonnnnngggg way! She always looks upset or just not happy to be at work! 2) Unfortunately for me I grow a lot of black facial hair (I have a condition) it's very embarrassing so I go and get my face threaded for this reason. Today for example I got there and was second in line, she started me and ppl were waking in and she was rushing doing my face. She "finished" and said you can check, still had TONS of hair and I pointed to the areas. She daughter Ugghh sit down and again rushed through a few hairs more and said your done. Oh ok I guess I am, I paid walked and and in my car looks and guess what????? Tons of hair! Wasted my money yet again and it's not even clean, I left there went somewhere else and had them remove the remaining of the hair (had to obviously pay the other place) so now I've paid twice for the service! 3) she didn't even trim my eye brows just cleaned around BUT they are still long and look un-groomed. I might file a complaint with my credit card because the service was not done properly. STAY AWAY PPL, they will rush through, not do a good job and give attitude. I was able to walk in on Saturday evening about 6:00pm on my way home from work and was helped immediately. The lady working was very friendly, greeted me promptly, and immediately got me to the chair. She verified what I wanted done and made sure that I was completely satisfied when she was finished. Instead of just applying the aloe vera gel she politely asked if I had any allergies to aloe and then asked if I'd like the gel. The service at this place is wonderful. The prompt service was much appreciated as I had been putting this off due to how much time I normally spend waiting at threading places. This use to be my go to place but after today I'm very disappointed I showed up at 6:45pm the open sign was still on it clearly states on the door that they close at 7:00pm I walked in the lady came from the back I said hello I came to get my eyebrows down and all she said was were closed didn't even bother to greet me very poor costumer service and I stated that they close at 7:00 she said no were closed now cause I have to clean. The most unprofessional place I've ever been to. I walked in a few seconds after someone else did and it took the employee a little to come out and she said "I'm eating you'll have to give me a minute" and then took her time coming back out. When she did come back out she was still chewing. She started to put gloves on and couldn't get them on so she just threw them back down on the counter. Never sanitized her hands before she started working on the girl before me. I go to sit down and I asked her to sanitize her hands and she ignored me. I'm an esthetician and sanitation is like rule #1. I was pretty grossed out. After she is "done" I look up and can't see anything because there's hair all in my eyes. I pay and leave and head back to my car. I can finally see and I realized she didn't even touch the top of one of my brows. So to say the least, I'm never going there again. read more

Ava has been doing my brows the past 3 times I've came and she's amazing!! Very little pinching or pain. I've gotten my brows threaded at many other places and they've always hurt or were swollen afterwards. Not with Ava. She's quick and gentle. She's Definitely my permanent brow lady. really quick service and very talented and professional employees. never feel pressured to buy extra services and they always leave my brows looking AMAZING! I drive all the way from Buckeye to come here because I have yet to find some place better. my only suggestion is I wish the chairs had neck / head supports. when you scoot down in the chair you have to rest your neck on the back of the chair and it doesn't really recline far so it can be kind of uncomfortable. thankfully they are very quick and you're in and out before you can blink read more

Don't waste your MONEY or your TIME! I have been going to threading salons for over a decade. I really enjoy this process, as I do a good, thorough technician (technician today was very pleasant). This was my first time in as I wanted a FULL FACE threading. At the time of check in I expressed what I wanted done, noting the sign in the front window - 10% off FF. As the process began the tech asked if I wanted my eyebrows done, then asking if I wanted my upper lip done. I had to ask her to do my chin. The last time I looked my eyebrows, upper lip and chin were all a part of my FACE! I was so disappointed with the quick service. It was time to pay, the tech told me I was going to be charged for full face and eyebrows. I expressed my dismay and told the tech I would have never agreed to the service if I had known the eyebrows were considered separate. At that time she agreed to take off the charge for eyebrows. Today was my first time going here and I've absolutely found my new place for brow maintenance. I haven't had my eyebrows threaded in almost 10 years (a string of bad way too thin experiences) but after DIY waxing was getting old I decided I'd give it another try. I have pretty thick eyebrows and am always nervous I'll have months of regrow torture ahead of me after one bad brow job but Eva did an awesome job.
