I have been going to this place for two years, and I will not be returning due to the disrespect I faced. During a routine waxing, my upper lip was BURNED, leaving me in pain and with a noticeable mark. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a solution, the waxer's response was dismissive. Not only did they refuse to provide a full refund, but they also failed to offer any remedy. To add insult to injury, their suggestion that I "don't have to come back" and that felt like a slap in the face!! This was extremely upsetting and disappointing. I found Uma when she was working at a Hollywood beauty threading place and I would go in there and ask for her directly, I eventually asked her what her schedule was like bc sometimes I go in and she's not there and she gave me her number told me to text her before I came in so I could make sure she's there. Then like the star she is she opened her own salon and I couldn't be more proud to be her customer! Her and her mother (the older lady) always do a great job on my brows and at this point I feel comfortable asking them for goth brows, Kim k brows, 2016 u name the trend Uma can do it. My brows look amazing! The only thing I'm bummed about is that I live in California and was on vacation in AZ when I went here. Now I gotta make that drive every 6-8 weeks hahaha. If you have high expectations this is NOT the place for you. Perhaps I didn't have the eyebrow lady who everyone reviewed here. I had an older lady so my brows and not only do I have cuts under my brows but they are awful. As she started doing them I can tell she definitely doesn't know what she is doing. I had came in for my brows and lip and ended up leaving before even getting to the lip. I absolutely do not recommend this place, I am used to too notch eyebrow services, this is insane. read more

I recently brought my sister over to get her eyebrows done for the first time and she has already been back again for a second and third time because she loves them so much. The services are priced well, the environment is clean and the staff is very professional! In every visit we have been greeted with a warm welcome. The staff is friendly and pays close attention to every detail, they listen to what you want and even provide informative and realistic suggestions. Oh my gosh! I want to start off by saying first, the cleanliness of this place was absolutely amazing, and the atmosphere is so relaxing! I have been to a few places and I wouldn't talk bad about a business but let's just say I would never ever return after finding Uma! I have very thick eyebrows and I have been cut and burned so many times but Uma has literally made this process almost completely painless. I say almost because it gets sensitive when she tackles the hairs on the bottom part of my eyebrows. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. 5stars and I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

I have been coming here for about 3 years now and I love it. I have never had a bad experience here and the 2 girls that have done my eyebrows have always done a magnificent job. They don't take off more than I ask, and the results are always amazing. I haven't done my eyebrows anywhere else since I discovered this poace because they do such a great job, there's no need for me to even consider going anywhere else.
