Easy Peasy, In and out. This is a no-frills shop, but they did great on my brow service. The tech didn't talk much, but I was ok with it. She knew what I needed, she did a great job, and the price is awesome. I waited about ten minutes or so, and the service was about the same amount of time. I'm for it! I'll be back! read more

Living in a small town has it's goods & bad & one of the things we don't have is an eyebrow threading salon. Since I was in Phoenix for the day I decided to find one. Driving around Phoenix I found Brows threading & lashing off of W Union Hills Dr. located in a busy plaza with lots of other businesses and plenty of parking. The inside was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating being that it was my first time. I asked that my brows just be cleaned up as I like my eyebrows as thick as possible. I like that they didn't automatically try to push products on me. I usually have an eyebrow oil but I was all out & they just happen to sell it here. The oil consists of castor oil, Shea butter, and cocoa butter. The oil has been instrumental in growing my brows back and keeping them healthy looking so I always keep a bottle at home. This will definitely be my threading place when I'm in Phoenix. read more

Marianna was my threader??... My thread-master??... My threadologist?? To be honest, I'm not exactly sure what the proper term is. Regardless... Marianna did an outstanding job! I was in and out of there faster than... well, In-N-Out. I haven't gotten threading done in the past, and for some reason I was expecting my eyes to get watery or something. Always come here for eyebrow threading since it's nearby, my eyebrows come out clean and shaped perfectly. I keep my natural brow shape and just have them thread the sparse hairs and trim them down at the end. My only concern was there were two ladies ahead of me and she had me sit down immediately right after them in the same chair without wiping it down. Otherwise both ladies that have done my brows always are so kind to me, and do a job well done and can't beat $10 + tip. read more

Needed to get my brows done so I came here one afternoon. There was one gal getting her eyebrows done so I waited a few minutes for my turn. Bindu was friendly and did my eyebrows well. I noticed at home that they were uneven, but they still looked good. It costs $10 for eyebrow threading and they have a rewards system you can sign up for. Would return! read more

Took my wife here today again. Have been there couple of times. They do good job it seems. Wife came happy after service here. There is one Indian lady who is very good. Another lady who was there today didn't even greeted us or anyone who entered shop. Also, they will mostly have one service lady so be ready to wait if any rush is there. We waited almost 30 mins today since 4-5 people were waiting before us. read more

I have been coming here for like 6 years and used to LOVE how they did my brows, the last 10 times I go they mess up BADLY every time. There's been chunks missing from my brows or I'll get a new girl who threads very slowly and it hurts because she's cutting my skin with the thread and I'm bleeding afterwards. I even asked the owner to fix the mistakes and my brows still looked bad in the end. The last time I went I got my upper lip waxed and I got hot wax dropped on my neck and shirt and it left a mark. Despite me telling them there's chunks missing from my brow or how they are uneven I still get charged full price with no apology. Every service in the past 5 years I have tipped and have been loyal. Wow wow wow!!! I really loved going here! This was my first visit to another studio after my main artist moved back to California. I was nervous about going to someone else, but she was LIGHTING fast, and kept to the natural shape of my brow. I got my eye brows threaded, tinted and lash extensions. The pricing are threading and tinting are fairly priced HOWEVER, the lash extensions are NOT! The lash extensions are priced cheap and I will say this to be honest, you get what you pay for. The tech sandwiched my natural lashes between the cluster extensions. I had to Amazing Lash Studio in Happy Valley to get them removed. After getting them removed, I still have clumps of glue stuck at the root of my lash and eye lid. Long story short, don't get lash extensions here because they WILL NOT remove them and they will glue them to your eye lid. If I could upload a photo, I will do you can see what I'm talking about. read more

Took her 2 mins to do my eyebrows 2 mins of not doing much Left the place the way I came in ( looking just the same ) , she asked me if i just want clean up, but im not sure what she cleaned I gave her 3 stars bc she was nice but I wouldn't call it a pro I won't go back! 30 mins after I went to a different place that had to fix it read more

I went to get my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted. My eyebrows were already done and shaped the way I LIKE THEM! Both of them kept INSISTING, to thread them so they could have a "better shape". I told them many times NO, NO, NO! Finally- they made me feel like it was part of the job, so I said yes. She took about 30 seconds to remove some hair . When I went to go pay - they were making me pay for something I never asked! And they had the audacity to say , but you said yes. Very appalled they push a service on you and then make you want to pay. Make sure to ask them if you are going to be charged for something they are pushing you to do. First and last time here! read more

First off they failed to wipe down the chair between customers. Huge fail. It takes about 30 seconds to use a Clorox wipe in between people. Second the threader rushed through me and now I have a rash all over my upper lip which is raw from her rushing so fast. I have been here a few times and this was the worst time so far. I will never be back. read more

This place is absolutely terrible. They have no idea how to properly apply "lash extensions". They have fake pictures on their yelp page of what they look like but when my friend and I got them done they applied a significant amount of toxic smelling glue and extremely cheap trio lashes from Walmart on inside my eyelid. I tried to get them off almost 2 weeks later after they were giving me rashes and irritating my eye and took every single natural eye lash with them. Do not get your lashes done here. They charged me $55 after saying it was $25 over the phone for the worst quality lashes I have ever seen and could've done for myself for $5. I have gotten real eyelash extensions before these were horrible. Never again. read more

I've been seeing Reety(owner) for Brazilian and facial threading for the last 3+ years and she is hands down the best of the best. I've been to some of the top spa's in Phx and Scottsdale and they don't even come close to Reety's excellent service and attention to detail. On top of all the experience she brings, her warm personality is the icing on the cake. I moved 40 mins away recently but you better believe I'll still make the drive to see Reety. Totally worth it. Specificity said clean up and Leave thick and square and now I have thin lopsided eyebrows and no cares in the world just trying to get you in and out of their seats . Thankfully, I didn't have anywhere else I needed to be, but if I had, it could have been frustrating. I think what stood out to me most is that if I had shown up 15 minutes late, I likely would have been charged a fee or asked to reschedule. The woman was quick and it hardly hurt at all . Ultimately in the end I was content with the service . She cleaned my brows , they weren't as neat like the pictures I saw from customers but overall I was okay with them just wasn't okay with the price they charged . I think $17.99 is a bit much for brow threading . I've gone to two locations that charge half the price and my outcome is better and arched better . So would I recommend this location ? Maybe due to the welcoming atmosphere but not for the average persons pockets .

I don't write many reviews, but this one is well worth writing. I have been getting eyelash extensions for 5 years now. Ive had both positive and negative experiences at different salons. The salon I had been going to for years decided to close their doors. Needless to say, I was not very happy and begin to panic a little. One day I happen to stop by Brow Threading located 1933 W. Union Hills in Phoenix to ask if they provided eyelash extension services. To my surprise they did! So I thought why not give them a try. When I walked in I was kindly greeted by Ekta. I wasn't sure if Id be happy with the length and volume and how long they would last , not to mention the cost. Well everyone I am giving Ekta a "5" STAR RATING!!! My eyelashes look amazingly beautiful! I had no allergic reaction from the product line used, they last longer than I expected and I receive compliments wherever I go. I've now been going to Ekta for a few months and couldn't be happier. She is very attentive to the look I want to achieve, it took under an hour for a full set and the cost is very reasonable. Ekta takes her time to do the job right and she makes sure that you are very happy with the outcome. I can't say enough positive things about Ekta's eyelashes, she is truly an eyelash artist. I was super nervous looking for a place to thread eyebrows because I was looking for my teenage daughter's first ever brow cleanup. This place was just down the road from us and had really good reviews for their threading. I called first and asked them some questions and possible wait times. They told me to come right down and there would be no wait. We got there 15 minutes later and were able to walk right in. The woman who did my daughter's eyebrows was awesome! She understood our want to keep her eyebrows looking more natural and just cleaned up. We were out of there in less than 15 minutes, and it was only $10! ($15 after tip) I definitely recommend this place for eyebrow threading! read more

Stopped in yesterday to get my eye brows done. I've never had them done by threading so it was a new experience for me. Ms. Reety did an amazing job and i absolutely love them! She asked me questions about myself and got to know her clientele . She was very sweet and friendly and took her time to do the job right. I love it here! They're all good goo but the one who does my eyebrows the best is Ekta! She's the only one that did my brows very fast and the only one I didn't have to keep telling to fix my brows once she's done. She does them perfectly the firs time. I tipped her 7$ to make the total price 15$ but I when I viewed my bank transactions, it shows that she only charged me the original amount of $8. EKta I hope you see this! You deserve it. read more

Fast, affordable and friendly. I have very difficult brows because they grow in funny due to a medical condition and they do such an awesome job with them! I just explained and they worked with me. I have had different facial area done too, including full face (which I highly recommend). Going in today to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted. And they also have a rewards program now that gives you occasional coupons. I highly recommend! read more

They always provide amazing service. I'm from out of town and it's hard to find eyebrow services where they actually know what their doing. I'm always treated with respect and given professional attention. I've been receiving tint , eyebrow threading and lashes and won't go anywhere else! Absolutely love this place. Staff is super friendly and will be honest with you on the services you choose. I've never been there before and got my eyelashes done somewhere else and it was horrible. I am DYING WITH HOW MUCH INLOVE THIS ACE!!! Super affordable, CLEAN AND AMAZING SERVICE. I haven't had my eyebrows threaded in over 2 1/2 years because no one would listen to me and they would always take off way too much and they would come out way too thin but Nithu actually listen to me!!! Reety did an amazing job! I had my brows and upper lip threaded in less than 15 minutes. The store is offering a $5 special for services for their Grand Opening and it is definitely worth it - just know that it is cash only for a short while until they have a credit card machine up and running. Always a good experience. Very professional and consistent quality threading and amazing service. I like my brows to be shaped up and some places think that automatically means thinner but not here. You tell them what you want and can even show them a picture and they will do it right. read more
