Tori is my personal favorite but all the other ladies are wonderful! They always listen to what I'm looking for in terms of shape, fullness or just a clean up. Bella was absolutely amazing! I had a really bad lash lift done a couple weeks prior and it didn't even last me a couple days and so I came here and Bella knew exactly what to do to get my lashes how I originally expected them to be. The curl, lift and tint. she gave me was absolutely stunning and makes my eyelashes kind of look like extensions but they're mine which makes her incredible because no one understood the assignment but her. Been getting my eyebrows threaded for 20 years and I would not recommend going here. Not sure if the good reviews are just that they don't have a lot of competition in the area. Techs are nice, front desk lady is not. Would recommend finding an Indian or middle eastern salon as they are much more experienced in threading. You'll be able to tell because they take 2 mins per eye, not 8 mins per eye which means a lot less pain. The lady next to me was yelping in pain the entire 15 mins. And they won't use a plucker for half of the eye like my tech did. Also they are usually more affordable. Spent way too much and left with two completely uneven eyebrows and messed up eyebrow gap that will now require a lot of time to grow back and filling in with pencil/shadow. Not worth it. Star is just for the techs being nice. read more

Needed to get my brows done and didn't wanna venture too far, so I decided to try out this spot. I walked in and the receptionist let me know there was an available opening in an hour, so I went home and came back (don't live far away so it worked out). I would recommend making an appointment to ensure you make the best use of your time. I came back and was seated within a few minutes. I just needed a cleanup and the gal threading my brows was quick and did a good job. She used a tweezer for a few hairs which I don't love, but I usually go home and do them myself after a threading anyways so saved me time. My brows looked great and I was pleased. For first time customers, it's $10 and then $17 normally. They have a punch card where your 10th threading is free, and checking in to Yelp gets you 10% off (not combined with the first time offer). Nice to have threading options in Scottsdale but the price is high compared to other salons. read more

Horrible microblading experience. Spent a total of $750 to get them microbladed and was never satisfied. Each time Alora, the girl who did them, did not go deep enough. They will not touch them up bc they state they are not responsible for skin that doesnt take. but it did take in all of the places she went deep enough.. so at least i have 1/4 of my eyebrow done! read more

I've been going here for eyebrow threading and tint for years now and realized I've never reviewed them! I've had almost every technician at some point and they're all wonderful! The thread can be painful at first but as you maintain it and continue going you pretty much get used to it. I've adjusted my color for my brows several times depending on the time of year and how light my hair is and they always adjust it perfectly. Easy to schedule and super kind and they have a punch card system for threading! I'd recommend to anyone. read more

DO NOT GO Here!! They will turn you away if you are 4 minutes late! I called and said I would be there in 4 minutes, the silly girl said my appt would be cancelled before I got there! This is VERY poor customer service and they are extremely rude. I have been a customer for 4 years and only late once. My doctors's office has more grace fhan them!! I will not beg to give someone one my money. I would have more respect if I got there and then she said they could only do one service due to the time allotment. Dont waste your time with this business! Many others would be happy to have your business especially a tip for almost more than the service itself.
