To start, the offices are beautiful and the staff couldn't have been more pleasant. The first artist I met with suggested I meet with Chloe because she has more experience with mens eyebrows. Then I got a consultation with Chloe who was very patient, extremely knowledgeable and importantly, very honest about meeting my expectations given my situation. Patient, compassionate and no attempt to make a sale at all. Chloe suggested I have her office do a laser treatment to remove the shadowed remains I had from a microblading procedure many years ago. She wanted a clean slate and she was 100% right. Almost immediately following the short and painless laser procedure, all of the shadowing was completely gone, which in and of itself, looked much better. Onto the procedure. Chloe worked her artistry with great care and my eyebrows came back to life, even though she required a touch up 5 weeks later, after everything had healed. Today, I went in for the Touchup, talked about the area where the pigment had lightened slightly (which is completely out of her control, I have 70 year old skin) and then she carefully started the touchup. It was so relaxing I think I fell asleep, When she finished, she handed me the mirror and I was extremely happy with the results. Actually, I can't imagine a better experience. For nearly four years now, it has truly been a daily challenge to have to try to fix what Rachell Hall ruined! Everybody notices the difference in height, width and length of my eyebrows. Four years and my eyebrows have still not faded, I feel scared forever! Rachell Hall has to realize that it is people's faces that she work on. Our face is the main signature of our presence, and it is the main focus throughout any human interaction. There is not a day that goes by when I don't regret my decision of trusting Rachell Hall's microblading services. Below is the original review on the horrible work Rachell Hall performed on me. This is Dr. Miller. I wasn't going to write a review on my 'microblading' experience with Rachel Hall, but it is a must that I do so, as people need to know that her services are not trustworthy. Initially I went to see Rachel Hall for a Microblading back in November 2018. I learned about her services on the Scottsdale Magazine where I had been featured; there was an entire page advertising her services. The advertisement read 'classic eyebrows'. I decided to trust Rachel Hall services to get my eyebrows miro bladed before the wedding of my first son. I made my first appointment in October, 2018. At that point, we were six months away from my first son's wedding. Initially Microblading was done on my eyebrows, but to my surprise, the color totally faded by Christmas. I let Rachel know and we scheduled a second appointment for a microblading touch up in January, 2020. At this point my son's wedding was 45 days away and I was feeling very nervous about the delay in ensuring the requested service was completed. During my second appointment, WITHOUT ASKING Rachel Hall used powder ink and tattooed my eyebrows instead of microblading them! Short after she started working on me another client arrived. It seemed that the other person was a new, and Rachel was rushing to see the two of us. She did not measure my eyebrows, nor she used a pencil to trace them before filling them in with permanent ink powder! Rachell Hall filled my eyebrows with permanent makeup without my knowledge or approval! As soon as I left her office, I immediately noticed that my right eyebrow was shorter, thinner and higher than the left one. I was in tears, not knowing what to do! There were 45 days left for my son's wedding, I was the Mother of the Groom! I got in contact with Rachel the next day. Her answer was to wait for a month until they healed before she could see me again.  I felt devastated and embarrassed to have to show my face at work and anywhere in public. I am a very social person, one who is involved in multiple events, meetings, and leadership gatherings. Close friends and family kept on asking what had happened to my eyebrows as they noticed how different they were from each other. My facial features were distorted in pictures.  I waited patiently and called her ten days after and I went to see her for the third time. After looking at my eyebrows she admitted that they needed to be fixed. Using a soft pencil she tried to fill my eyebrows to see if she could fix them; but no matter what she did, it didn't fix the problem one eyebrow was always higher and it looked very odd! I could no longer trust her, and I demanded to get my money back. She agreed to return $250 fifteen days later arrived in the form of a check. Initially, I paid $595 for the microblading and four years later, I still feel very disappointed that I wasn't refunded the total amount. Rachel Hall was far from delivering the classic Microblading eyebrows that her advertisements boasted about! I would have never know this hidden treasure existed. It's tucked away in a small studio, next to Suede Restaurant and Lounge. Penny the owner was kind enough to honor my gift certificate, something she normally wouldn't do,because it was dated for 2004. I made sure to call in to see if it was still valid. Don't let this small space fool you, Wonderful things come in small packages.Her studio is decorated with Luxurious colors and textures (see pics) Just as Fancy as any upscale commercial salon or spa you might visit, perhaps even more so. I had a signature custom facial and it was Fabulous. She used some of the most wonderfully fragrant aromatherapy products, complete with hand, arm, neck, scalp and shoulder massage too. My my hands and forearms were wrapped in plastic and placed in warming mitts after the massage for the remainder of the facial, I was in heaven! In addition to facials Penny also specializes in permanent make-up procedures,scar camouflaging, corrective permanent make-up procedures, and waxing. I couldn't have left there any happier than I did, I was actually Glowing! I whole heartedly recommend Penny and her services and I've decided to make my indulgences more of a priority and schedule monthly facials with her.

You do get a touch-up with your first treatment and I asked her at that time to go higher on my lip line on my left upper lip. She refused saying that she can't go outside the lip line. Well, she went just outside on the right side , so I don't know why she couldn't just even then out. She spoke to me in a very demeaning way - as though I was lucky to have the privilege of her doing my lips. Fast-forward 3 years I needed a touch-up and yes I did go back to her because I wanted the same color. I don't need to be best friends with whoever is tattooing my lips, so I thought I'd give her another try. The photo I'm attaching is the result. It's worse than the first time as far as being uneven. This time, she went over the lip line on one side on the bottom but REFUSED to even it out on the other side when I went back. Same with the top. My lips are now lop-sided and the way she spoke to me was so horrible. She made it clear she had done nothing wrong and said she can't keep fixing my lips because she has to buy needles, etc. My impression of Sally is that of a woman who no longer enjoys her job and sees herself as above her clients. It is time for her to retire.

I am a sucker for anyone playing with my hair and as someone who gets extensions and can't…read moretypically indulge in head spa treatments, when I found myself with a break between move ups, I knew I had to take advantage and book a head spa treatment. I stumbled upon Beauty Blink and was able to easily book an appointment online. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by the sweetest gal, Marsa, and she had me start filling in some paperwork. Typical intake questions like recent surgeries and ailments and some questions about my hair and scalp and then we headed back to the room. Once I got situated Marsa started with the high frequency wand and some other tools with my hair dry before turning on the nice, warm water and wetting my hair. From there, she used several products and tools, alternating between scalp massage and gentle combing. She also added a steam cap and let my hair steam for a while and there was some wonderful aromatherapy going as well. We ended the service by wrapping my hair in a towel before letting me brush it out in a separate little room. I had the option to blow dry my hair if I wanted but I chose to leave with wet hair so it could air dry. Overall, this was a very very relaxing way to spend the evening, the process was amazing, and Marsa was so sweet and asked for feedback at the end of the service as well. You can tell this place cares about their customers and the quality of the service they provide and I will absolutely be back!
