The only way to schedule is via text, and it takes 2-3 texts to get a response. The excuse was that her child was sick. I was finally able to schedule an appointment for lip blushing, and the morning of the procedure she texted to cancel- again with the excuse of a sick child. We rescheduled, and once again she cancelled because of a sick child. I finally had to cancel the appointment and ask her to refund my deposit. So disappointing that she wasted my time when I could have made the appointment with someone who wants and values the business.

She takes her time and makes sure to consult with clients to ensure you get the exact result you are looking for. My lashes always look PERFECT. I have also gotten an air-brush spray tan from her which looked amazing and lasted almost 2 weeks, and microneedling facial which helped a ton with some discoloration and "mascne" i was experiencing. Plus she is super sweet, professional & her studio is super cute! I wouldn't take the time to write this much if I wasn't truly a huge fan of her work! I cannot recommend Lauren enough for all of your lash, skincare & tanning needs!!!!
