Yall Theresa is absolutely amazing!!! She is so fun to be around. Easy to talk to. Honest. Great prices. I love coming to her. Seems she has a talent in multiple areas. She did my eyebrows, and they are so good. Now I'm doing her new hair growth system. Today was my 2nd appointment for that, and I already have lots of new growth. She explains everything, and shows you step by step. Salon is beautiful. She is so spunky and happy and just beautiful inside and out! Her children even help out in the salon and have their own hidden talents. Just always a fun day with Theresa. Let me start off by saying I hate giving bad reviews! Usually I just take my loss and move on. That said here goes... I found @Lash when my boyfriend gave me a $100 gift certificate for their services. I checked out their Yelp Reviews and they were all positive. I called the office on a Wednesday afternoon and spoke to Theresa she booked me for the following Thursday morning at 9 am, perfect! Great start! Unfortunately this is where the great ends. The following morning I received a text stating that Theresa could not keep our appointment because she had to take her daughter to school and she would call me later in the day to reschedule. I replied asking what could be done to remedy the situation that morning or late afternoon. Theresa then text me that she was "doing me a favor" by coming in at 9 and "it just didn't work out". Yet the business hours listed here on Yelp are 9am-9pm. I have to admit I was a bit overwhelmed at this point by the poor customer service and decided to just mentally step away from the situation to cool off. At around noon that same day I had still not heard from her to reschedule so I called the office to reschedule myself. No answer. I left a voice mail requesting to reschedule. Fast forward to 5 pm, Still no word from either the office or Theresa so I sent her a polite text essentially stating that I understood that that morning did not work out for her but I would still like to to make an appointment with her. I mean if she does great lashes and it's just this one little hiccup in the beginning it's well worth it as far as I'm concerned. Maybe it's just an off day. She replied about 30 minutes later that I should contact her office as she does not check her cell phone during the day while she does her lashes. Understandable, so I replied that I had called her office without a call back but will try again and "Thank you". My frustration at this point at an all time high... all I could muster was a kill them with kindness mentality. As I write this it is 6PM on Saturday. I have yet to hear from either Theresa or any @Lash staff. I wish I could review their lash skill but I couldn't get in the front door and past their terrible customer service to experience it. Absolutely the best lash extensions. Theresa is such a pro at lashes (no more mascara for me) & hair. I walk out of the shop feeling like a new person. Lawrence & Elizabeth round out the folks at @Lash. Very warm & welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this salon. Still getting lashes by Theresa. (I make a 500 mile round trip for lashes). Also got my eyebrows microbladed. As I get older, they were thinning out to nothing. They look amazing now. And my hair, cut and color, and my nails (thank you Elizabeth). All eyelash places aren't equal and this place is a 10 in my book! I have been obsessed with wanting eye lashes noticing them on many of my clients for a while now. They make everyone so pretty! So I tried one place and they put on clusters which lasted less than a week that were so painful from too much glue. I found @ Lash and they save the day! They removed the few sprigs left which I called shooters, LOL! and put on individual ones with surgical glue in 2 phases. I had the first application and 2 days later a fill of shorter ones to make them look natural. I cannot believe how my prettier I look and feel. They are holding up really well too! The gal that does them is such an upbeat spirit too! I cannot wait to go back. I think their prices are great. They offer a package of 4 fills ($25 each) for $100 which is excellent! Their salon is super cozy and cute too. Black and white in animal prints with red accents. While I was laying there 3 different clients dropped in just to say hi because they were in the neighborhood. What great Karma I thought. Warning... do not open your eyes to see anything during the process like I did! The fumes of the glue will get you! read more

First time @ Lash. Found it to be a welcoming environment. Very peaceful, nicely decorated surroundings made he feel like I had known this family forever. Love Lawrence! He is so sweet, gentle and just has a great calming energy about him. He is on time, professional and does a perfect job. He listens to what I request (i.e. more natural looking lashes), not the stripper over the top lashes (so many goof balls in Scottsdale seem to rock). love him and my lashes! Theresa is amazing! I'm addicted to my lashes, they're easy and no more mascara. I get so many compliments on them, even my dermatologist thought I was using Latisse and when I told her they're extension she wanted @Lash's card!! Awful! I recently used my Groupon for a Dazzle Dry mani/pedi which was $37! It was the worst mani/pedi I have EVER had. Not only did she NOT soak my feet or hands, she just took off my old polish and put on new polish that bubbled. They say that the Dazzle Dry polish lasts for up to 4 weeks without chipping. Mine chipped within days. I almost cried after she was done painting my nails. It was so bad. My nails looked like I had them done two weeks ago, not two minutes ago. I contacted the owner to ask for my money back inwhich she told me that she would contact Groupon and call me within a day or two. I never heard back from her. I absolutely do not recommend this salon for nails. read more

I have nothing but problems getting my lashes done by Teresa. She does a wonderful job when she does them however she canceled my appointment or is a no show more than she is there . She never shows up for my appointments we had scheduled and she wasn't there over 3 times. She has cancelled my appointments more five times stating either she has to take her daughter to school or something happened at the airport with her kids and we'll reschedule but never calls me to reschedule. Keep in mind all of this was within 2 months or less . I hate to write that reviews however I feel that people need to know this. And still today she has never made up for all the things that have happened even though she states she will. I just don't understand how business can be conducted in this manner read more

My daughter and I had an eyelash perm done by Theresa and it is amazing! For anyone with straight eyelashes, this is a dream come true. Its hard to believe that I don't have to curl my eyelashes and I can shower or go swimming, etc and they still look amazing, even after they have gotten wet. I came here to have my lashes fixed after letting a student work on me and I would recommend coming here to get lashes. She was super fast getting set up and it was a comfortable chair so it wasn't hard to lay there while she worked on my lashes. The salon seemed nice and clean and the owner was very knowledgeable. While traveling, decided to try lash extensions again to see if I had a different result than my local salon. I called the morning of my spot and they fit me in to accommodate my flight. My stylist was Lawrence. He was so personable and listened to what I wanted and delivered. My eyelashes are so gorgeous and look so natural. Five days after and they are all still on and look perfect. Unlike my local salon, I have had no eye irritation, no mass eyelash loss and my set looks fabulous!!! I am amazed but how quick she can perform her services. At first I was worried they wouldn't look good since it only took 30 minutes but to my surprise they were great, loaded on there, and 70% STAYED ON for two-three weeks. She is reasonably priced as well, I spent exactly what I believe I should have. Theresa does some of the best lash extensions in town, and is super quick! She does in 45 minutes what other places do in over an hour, and her work is better! She is always accomodating when you need an appointment, she is priced reasonably (especially for the amazing work!), and is very friendly. HORRIBLE RIP-OFF PLACE! The lashes only stayed on 3 days and they looked awful! They quoted one price over the phone and charged double after the job! She denied quoting that price! I wish I could give @Lash a better review. Their dazzle-dry nail polish product is really great - three weeks and just 2 small chips!! However, the service is not good, and the manicure itself is super basic (not enough time to soak, no hand massage). Scheduling an appointment seems to be a challenge. The first time I called in, I was told the appointment schedule was not there and they would call me back. Never did, finally I called and scheduled a time. The shop is cute and has character, but the manicure set up could be much better. I had my mani done on a folding table, feeling pretty uncomfortable. Scheduled a polish change which was part of the groupon deal, only to get a call to reschedule 2 days before the appointment. The owner told me they were going to be closed - did they not know it when they scheduled? I just cancelled the whole thing, there are places with much better service and ease of scheduling. Too bad, if not for the service, I would have become @Lash's regular. read more

LOVE this place!! Had my first appointment on Tuesday with Lawrence--amazing! I called looking to get a fill, he explained they had a promotion going on for $99 for a FULL SET with DIP(meaning you cone back after 48 hours to have him fill in the gaps or whatever may have fallen out). Got my lashes done, they turned out the best I have ever had them done(as i usually get them done in Chicago but I was in town and wanted to try something new) i will definitely be returning! I am from Oklahoma. I decided to get extensions while in Scottsdale this year. I researched many eyelash places. The price ranges are vast. I drove by @lash lounge and took a look. Looked great. Theresa did my lashes. She was awesome. She takes pride in what she does. She's very nice to do business with. I'm hooked! Be advised that just because someone offers a more affordable price on extensions, in no way means that they don't do a great job. I'm very happy I came to @ lash lounge! Disappointed...I have not been here for lash extensions, but I did go for a manicure and pedicure. My husband bought me a mani/pedi groupon that the salon was offering and it was a huge disappointment. I have had several mani/pedis and I was surprised that the service this salon offecanoe definitely not a mani/pedi. The service consists of removing any polish you may currently have, pushing back cuticles, filing, and repainting nails. They do not use any lotions or scrubs, and they certainly do not massage your hands and feet. The groupon said that this was normally a 55 dollar service, for which the groupon was 25 dollars I think. So I thought I was getting a deal on the groupon, but really I paid for a glorified polish change. The girl who painted my nails was very sweet and nice and she was really the only thing that was pleasant about the whole experience. Otherwise, total rip off and I will not be back. :/ read more
