Just saw Brent for the second time. The first time I saw him, I was in a panic after having a…read morebotched color job by a girl I had gone to a few times. I am blonde and was concerned about bleaching again within days of having it colored. Brent graciously squeezed me into his schedule and fixed the color mess at my first appointment. At my second appointment yesterday (six weeks after the first), he did a partial and haircut. I am so thrilled with the way it turned out! We spent a lot of time talking about what I wanted and he took his time, asked questions, and didn't do anything that I didn't ask for. I can also say this salon has a really fun, cool vibe. It's relatively small and the space is cozy and welcoming. I am hoping this is going to be my new go-to for a long time for my hair.

He is VERY kind and professional and made me feel very special. The hair wash and scalp massage was spectacular and he took his time getting to know his new clients needs and hair. Marty Of course you won't answer anymore... your customer service skills are non existent. Knowing you had a loyal customer for over 6 years who was unhappy . What makes this salon unique is that it gives recent cosmetology graduates and newer stylists the opportunity to grow their skills and gain experience before eventually moving on to one of the other Rumors salon locations in the area. You can really tell how eager they are to learn and provide great service. The prices are much lower than many salons in the area, but the quality is still amazing. One of my favorite parts is that they use the Unite haircare line during washes -- it always leaves my hair feeling incredible. I know some people may feel nervous seeing newer stylists, but there is always supervision and support available, and everyone I've worked with has been kind, professional, and attentive. The person at the front desk is always welcoming, offers drinks when you arrive, and helps create a really comfortable atmosphere. Another great perk is their membership program. It's currently $75 a month and gives you $100 in salon credit, discounts on products, a monthly blowout, and birthday perks as well. It's honestly a great value if you go regularly. If you're looking for a more affordable option for haircuts, coloring, or trying something new without sacrificing quality, I definitely recommend giving Rumors Nextgen a try.

I'm not going to name the stylist but seeing the look on her face after she complains to the woman who usually is at front that I talked to much was just school girl antics. To the stylist if you hate your job that much QUIT . Long term customer for before 2018 Sad to be teased and the reaction from the stylist was totally uncalled for. Edit on response: I didn't want to even go back to your place because of the look of disgust and teasing about me talking a lot that I received. Why confront it? It made me feel horriable ! I was very nervous and the stylist looked like she smelled something replusive when Trudy asked if she took a picture of my hair. I guess I should of just shut up and stuck my nose in my phone .
