Booking was a breeze - I did everything online and it synced right to my calendar (love that!). Definitely book in advance though, because this place gets busy! I also love that they offer dazzle dry (totally worth the small extra $). Super convenient setup too--there's a bathroom inside and plenty of parking, which is always a win. They did a good job but the gel they used was harsh and left my nails feeling pretty thin. After 13 days one had come off completely. My sister kept asking for them not use the callus filer but they kept using it. Its a clean place and great snacks and overall ambiance is nice but the language barrier can be difficult to communicate exactly what it is you want. read more

Generally speaking, I have had incredible experiences here. I would be very cautious getting your eyebrows done here. I gave very specific instruction and the exact opposite of what I asked for... the very thing I asked NOT to do, is what was done. It will take months for my eyebrows to thicken back out. I have been transported back to the 1990s or I look like a much older woman trying to give herself a brow lift by placing her arch way above where it naturally should be. For some reason the trimming of the brow included creating even thinner patches within the remaining eye brow as well. I am allergic to makeup so the "Well you can just pencil it in" comment was really uncalled for when I had said "I have only ever been with one woman who did my eyebrows and I am very nervous to have anyone else work on them." The woman I was handed off to did not understand what I was asking for and instead of clarifying or expressing she didn't understand she just did the exact opposite the thing I said please do not do. Other than that... I have always loved my mani pedis and the overall service. This time around just felt very strange after having my eyebrows ruined and then experiencing impatience and annoyance at check out after I just tried to say I would like to add notes to my account to make sure that this never happens again Can we add an image of the shape I prefer. read more

Customer service is important and to know that they make no effort remember their customers is disappointing. Another thing is that if you're looking for gel colors it is very limited. I came in Saturday as a surprise; my s/o made an appointment for me. I never get my nails done so I was so excited to have a mani pedi and to be pampered because I never do this kind of stuff for myself. The service was nice and enjoyable, but extremely rough at times. I don't know the technical terms for the tools, but there seemed to be a sandpaper type sponge that the lady used and she rubbed over and over my cuticles on my toes and also on my fingers until the skin was sore and raw. She would squirt some type of acetone over that area mid way and it would sting so bad. The store was extremely busy yesterday and perhaps the lady felt rushed, I really don't know, I was thinking that perhaps this is part of the process and maybe I'm just not used to it (because like I said, I never get my nails done). There seems to be like bruising and cuts where it was hurting during the service. I asked a few of my friends and they said that type of service is definitely not part of the process and to keep an eye on any possible infection on my fingers. I also have a cut on my toe from that sandpaper thing she used but I won't be posting pictures of my feet. Busy or not, every customer deserves to be handled gently and not have a rushed service. The lady doing my nails seemed to be so rushed that she stood up during my hand massage to speak to the next clients that were waiting for a pedi. I was so excited in the moment that I didn't realize until after and actually reflected on the whole experience that this was not how it was supposed to be and for as expensive as this was, I should not having cuts and tenderness near my nails after a service. read more

I found this shop via Yelp. The GPS put me at the opposite end of the strip mall. When I called to verify their location, the woman who answered was extremely nice and helpful. She informed me that they're located on the Harkins end, next to Twisted Curry; she even offered to walk outside to meet me. I declined, but that level of courtesy really struck me - in a good way. Helen did a good job on my dip powder nails. She was nice and attentive to detail. I advised her how sensitive my skin was to the drilling and she lowered the speed on the drill (I didn't even know they could do that!), but I still got nicked a couple of times. They didn't have my favorite, which is color-changing dip powder. A man came over to assist with translation and when I inquired about color-changing dip powder he asked if I had color-changing gel on my nails. It sounded like he was implying that color-changing dip powder doesn't exist. It most certainly does. Maybe they can expand their options to include the newest options in nail services. They accept credit and debit cards but prefer that you pay in cash. They have an ATM machine next to the checkout stand and will ask you to get cash if you present a debit card. COVID precautions: The staff was wearing masks, but most of the patrons were not (I most certainly was). Plexiglass was installed at the nail stations but not in the pedicure area. I did not see them wipe down any of the stations once their customers left. Just an observation. Overall, it's a nice salon with pleasant workers. read more

BEWARE! You're better off going to a EVIT to get your nails done. The price they charged for this set is CRIMINAL, given that the quality is genuinely lower than it should be for this price! They charge you for everything, too: $5-$8 for the shape of the nail, $15 for a bit of chrome powder, and extra (of course) for gel. They don't tell you that anything costs extra and can be purposefully deceptive. I didn't realize that I was going to have to pay that much for the chrome, and I didn't know they charged me to get a different shape. I paid a bit over $100 with tip to basically get manhandled by a woman who told me I was too tense the entire time and that's why the nails look wonky (nobody has ever treated me like that in a nail salon). I about cried when I saw the bill, so I'll not ever be going back. The lady at the front desk was nice, and that's all I can say about that. read more

As for nails. I am such a plain Jane. Classic Manicure and Organic Pedicure. My main focus is the cuticles and the perfect shape. As a server I don't wear polish. Worst nails and service I've ever gotten. When I got there, I guess the front desk girl made a mistake and she apologized and tried to correct it to the nail tech David (who would unfortunately become mine) and he kept saying how she messed up. Girl she gets it leave her alone. She's trying her best. The entire nail process: I had to correct him whenever he made a mistake and when he would hurt me with the nail file, ask him to fix something. It took a 1 hr service 2 hours. It would've been longer if I didn't give up on the end. David tried to upcharge me in the end and blamed the front desk girl for not knowing how to charge me. There's literal prices and buttons to press and she tried to charge me but he kept gaslighting her saying she was wrong and needed to charge me more. Be careful of the nail tech David and his random upcharges and make sure to speak up for yourself whenever something looks wrong in the process. The nails I got are the nail ones. And the blue ones were the inspiration. The art is meh and I had to ask him to fix it three times but it still looks bad. Shape was bad and he filed hard and made my middle finger bleed. The nail bed he made with acrylic powder is thick as hell so it looks ugly. read more

I came in yesterday for a gel manicure and left quite disappointed. I think my nail technician was Linda, at least that was the name on the LED light. During the appointment everything was okay, besides some cuticle cuts. But when I got in the car and took the time to look at my nails, I noticed a lot of issues with them. It was hard to see in the salon (and in pictures) because it's a dark shade and needs natural light to see it well. Multiple nails had "imprint"-like textures that make the nail rough looking and not smooth. I'm not too sure how this wasn't caught when she painted them. I also had a lot of gel polish stuck to my skin, which I had to pick off myself. My nail tips weren't filed smoothly, and the gel didn't reach my side nail walls. I usually do my nails at home, but am out of town and don't have my equipment. I could've done a better job than this and wouldn't have wasted $50. read more

I've gone to this place for months (typically to Tommy, who is amazing!!) but I went while he was out on paternity leave. I've been growing out my nails for months and was using SNS on my natural nails. The new lady that did them completely screwed up my natural nails and now they're completely short and they were cut WITH SNS on them. She didn't soak them at all which made half of them split and one of them bled super badly. Not quite sure what she was doing, and they gave me a 5% discount but it didn't feel like enough when I'd have to pay for tips to get them redone. This was a pretty bad experience and the nail tech didn't know what she was doing. I'll probably continue going to Tommy, but I wouldn't recommend this place unless you go to him. UPDATE: Received a message from the manager. All she offered was to do SNS, you all took off half my nail. If you think you're touching them again, you are mistaking. I asked for a refund on what I paid for and was denied. She basically told me to take my business elsewhere, which is what I'll be doing! Tommy did a descent job on my feet although I said no hot stones. He started scrubbing my feet and was looking around the room distracted. He ended up scrubbing the top of my foot instead of my callus and I have a couple of sores. I did not notice so much when I was there, but hurt when I went to put on my shoes. He also used the hot stones. Kelly did my hands and asked how many coats of polish I wanted. I told her two and she tried putting on a topcoat after one. She missed some portions of nail and cut them square when I prefer them rounded. She seemed in a rush and they all seemed a little short staffed maybe? Went here on vacation because my nail broke and gel polish started coming off. Yelp had decent reviews plus $5 off any service coupon. Apparently the nail salon is under new ownership, although they did accept the yelp coupon. I got right in and Tammi was my technician. She was friendly and her technique was a bit different from what I was used to. Instead of using foil to remove the old gel polish she put each hand in a plastic bag with acetone which was warm then removed the gel polish. Also, instead of using lotion on my hands at the end she put oil on the cuticle's then I washed my hands. Overall I was pleased with the end result. read more
