I have been coming here consistently every month for 2+ yrs- I cannot "cheat" on Ivy and her great brisa nail work. I drive 45 min- in traffic- from Mesa to Scottsdale for her. DO NOT come here. I paid for an $80 pedicure and was asked to get out of the chair before my toenails were even done drying. I asked if I could just sit there for two more minutes until they were finished and I was still commanded to get out out of the chair. They did not apologize and it wasn't as busy anymore that they needed to actually do that. Had it been busier at the moment I would've understood but this is the worst customer experience I've ever experienced at a nail salon. Additionally, my toenails came out clumpy. read more

Here's a strong but clear version that directly states it: I went to **Allure Nails** for a pedicure in late December before New Year's Eve. The very next morning, I woke up in excruciating pain. Since then, this has turned into a nightmare that I am still dealing with in March. I have had three doctor visits, three separate rounds of antibiotics, and prescription ointments to treat a persistent infection. After finally having one good week without symptoms, the infection has now returned. Their tools are contaminated. There is no other explanation for developing such a severe infection immediately after a routine pedicure. This has been physically painful, emotionally draining, and extremely frustrating. Please be extremely cautious. No one should have to go through months of infection because of unsanitary instruments at a nail salon. read more

I popped in unexpectedly for a last-minute cat eye manicure, and they were able to get me right in. Ellie did a wonderful job of getting my pest very thick dip off quickly and without too much acetone discomfort, which I really appreciated. I was then handed off to someone else to do the actual cat eye. I didn't catch her name, but she did a really great job. I'll definitely be back. This was one of the best pedicure experiences I have had. My feet are really sensitive and typically my requests to be gentle with cuticle cutting are ignored or not understood. I've contemplated about writing this review for at least a month now. It's time. I am convinced there are only 2 nail techs who actually know how to do acrylic nails. My first experience here was getting a pedi and eyebrows. Pedi was nice and Christine did my eyebrows; she is who made me come back and get a full set. Christine did my full set and it was exactly what I wanted and it was done with care. My 3rd visit, Naomi did my pedi and heather did my refill. Both. Every visit after that has been horrid resulting in a percentage being taken off for the poor quality of work done by the nail techs. My nails have looked absolutely horrible! I felt bad for Naomi on my last visit because she was only trying to correct the mess the previous tech made of my nails. Only to also do a sloppy job. The last pedicure I had to basically yell at the man for handling me too aggressively. I really wanted to love Allure but I don't. Their nail tech don't care about the quality of work they put out there. If I could have Christine do my nails every single time, I would and I would consider giving this place another try but until I can guarantee that then it's a hard no for me to this place. 0/10 do not recommend read more

I went to get my nails done yesterday. I had a manicure (gel) and pedicure. The total without tip was $55. I called in last minute to see if they can take me in cause my usual was already closing by the time I got there. Allure was closest to my other destination so I thought I'd try them out. I was seated and given a bottle of water right away! A+ just for that!!! The salon was overall clean. They were following social distancing protocols and were nice about it when I accidentally left my mask off for too long after drinking water. 3 stars cause my gel nails look sloppy. It's now chipped too. I wanted to look my best for a celebration this weekend but my nails aren't giving me that vibe. I should have stuck with my usual.
