I'm really picky when it comes to my acrylic nails. I've tried salons all over Scottsdale and while I've found some good spots, it's usually hit or miss depending on who you get. Elite Nails is CONSISTENTLY amazing. The shape is always perfect no matter who does them. Their customer service is great! For instance, they squeezed me in last minute right before Christmas and were giving out goodie bags with cuticle oil and exfoliator gel to all their customers (so sweet). I requested a spa pedicure worth sea salt scrub and didn't get the scrub. Instead I have nail polish on the skin around my toes and under my toe nails. The nail tech also cut the cuticle on one of my right toes and on one of my left fingers. I had to remind her to take off the existing clear nail polish on my finger nails before painting them. I got only one coat of nail polish on my finger nails. Overall it was a very poor experience and they had no regard for quality work or good service. I won't be returning and sharing my experience with the women in my classes at the gym next door. read more

I've been coming here for 10 years and I had the worst experience today. They called me and said that they were running behind and to come 15 minutes later so I did no problem. I show up and I waited for 45 minutes with my feet soaking in the water and my nails soaking in the acetone. After 45 minutes, I said I just want to take my dip off and I'll reschedule my appointment. They charge me $10 to take off the dipping powder and my nails left looking like this. They didn't cut them or do anything and still charge me $10. Ridiculous. I will never be back. read more

I used to love coming here. My nails always looked perfect and I'd receive many compliments. Sadly, I have to say that I was less than thrilled with my last appointment. It was rushed and less than relaxing. I felt like I hadn't been given the care & consideration that I'd experienced before. Their services are not cheap so I expect a certain level of professionalism. The vibe had changed and the manager was rude. It felt as if she was micromanaging the nail tech helping me and making her hurry. I understood there were other clients but I had a booked appointment. Then when I paid in cash, I needed change for the tip and the manager grabbed my money off the counter taking it all before I could leave what I felt was an appropriate amount. She then proceeded to say, "tip for her, okay". I never would've left more than 20% for lousy treatment. I was shocked! As much as I miss Jade, I'll never patronize this establishment again. I've been coming to Elite Nails for a few years. I get very good service, they are always courteous and they pay close attention to their customers. I used to see Peter, but he relocated so I started seeing Kathy. I always do one of their long pedicures and they are the best! Not only do my nails get prettied up, but my feet get wonderful treatment and I get a lower leg and foot massage along the way. I've always found the salon to be clean and in good order. I found Elite nails a few months ago when I had first moved to Arizona. The reviews on Yelp is what brought me to them, and I was willing to skip about 8 nail salons in a much closer proximity just to try them out because of the stellar reviews. The reviews are not wrong! I have now been coming here regularly and I always have a great experience with awesome service! I love that the salon offers a punch card and I get texts for specials every now and then which is what reminds me to make an appointment. I've had a few different nail techs but todays Valentine's Day nails were done by Ton. She is great! Would highly recommend booking with her. The best thing about this salon is the quality gels they use. I normally only have my nails last about a week but my nails have been staying on for about 3 weeks since coming here! First time trying here for my gel mani and very pleased with their quality of work. I highly recommend calling ahead of time as they stayed busy while I was there. They seem to have a lot of repeat customers from nearby neighborhoods. Many customers gave kisses and hugs to their nail technicians as they were leaving. A nice gentleman at the front addressed many of customers by their first name. Witnessing so many repeat customers made me feel good about this place. When he had an appointment conflict, he was so willing to offer something else, they seem to be really take care of repeat customers. My nail tech was so gentle and thorough, she took time every step to ensure gel mani was done properly. They have so many color choices including my favorite brand OPI.
