So I booked an appointment for 5:30, I did come a little late but they still took me in. I brought my boyfriend and already from the start, the VIBE was absolutely terrific and enjoyable. I got the dip overall and only asked for a natural simple look and the lady I got, her name is Chloe and she knew exactly what color I was looking for. She took me in and I ended up having a great conversation with her and even the other nail techs. I never have laughed so hard in my life. I enjoyed their personalities and even their ambitious personality. They roasted me left and right and left me laughing hysterically. HIGHLY 100% recommend coming here for your nails!! I've been here twice so far. Both time the manager Michelle took care of me, and I really like personality, her thought process towards the nail industry, and the way she thinks on situations. I always enjoy chatting with her while she took care of my nails. She wants what's best for her clients. I tell her sort of what I want, she delivers exactly what I want. Price is reasonable. I didn't get my nails done here, but I came in for an eyebrow wax and had a good experience. The employees are welcoming and very sweet, which made me feel comfortable right away. The location is super convenient with plenty of parking, so it's easy to stop by. I went and got a pedicure here, looking for something quick and would take a walk in. The salon is not very clean but I just needed a quick pedicure. I asked to have some more of my nail cut since it was starting to push in the side of my toe. The gentleman who cut my nail was so incredibly rough, it was so painful. The next couple of days my toes were very sore. Looking back I should've stopped him because now it is infected and very painful. Do not recommend going to this salon. read more

We just moved to the area and I tried three times in getting my nails done here. The first try was on a Thursday and they were very busy but said they could take me a little later. Being 8 months pregnant I ended up falling asleep and missing my chance. The second time I tried was right before a photoshoot on a Tuesday but they were again very busy. Kim did call me back right away when a spot opened up but unfortunately I was on a time crunch and unable to make it. As I near the end of my pregnancy I wanted to make sure I got my toes done so I made sure to plan ahead and make reservations in advance so that this third time I definitely would be able to make it! My partner and I came here for mani's and pedi's for my birthday and we loved our experience. My partner got a male mani and pedi and I got a gel pedi and regular mani. The attention to detail and great conversation was much appreciated! They are professional and the shop is very clean. We're so glad we live close by and will continue to come here. I waited as they finished 3 others & started 2 more --- no apology or comment while I sat & waited & had time to look around..the girls aprons were filthy and the work space was appalling... wet mop & rags in the hallway in front of the restroom signs ask to pay in cash. I should start by saying that Michelle is very sweet. You could tell she is friendly and has good relationships with her customers, which is always nice. However after my manicure today I'm not too happy. I bite my natural nails, which is why I usually have acrylics on. A man who works there made me feel AWFUL for this in front of other customers, but it's a habit I've had all my life. I was bounced around between him and Michelle and three different stations in the 40 minutes I was there (which is not long enough to do a full set well, mind you). It did seem a little busy but not enough that it had to be rushed. Michelle cut the plastic tips before asking me what shape I wanted, and by the time I said anything it was too late. I didn't have an appointment when I walked in, but the staff were nice to greet me even though they were busy. I had to wait a few minutes which is not bad for not making an appointment. Cong was the one who did my manicure. I requested for gel french manicure. He was very careful and detail in what he was doing. For a nail technician, he really care what his client likes. Also, it was enjoyable talking to him. He will make you feel comfortable and make it enjoyable while you are doing your nails. Loved how my nails turn out!! I also had a pedicure because they had a deal going on for $40 for whole spa pedicure, which was so worth it. My feet are thanking Dennise for the amazing pedicure she gave. Ancala nails is defiantly one of the best nails salon I been too. Too bad they are not in California, but I would drive back for mani and pedi anytime!! They have so many color selections from OPI, Gelish, and other polishes I loved. All the staffs here are amazing. I would recommend Cong to anyone who wants their nails done. I'd tried to get my nails done at many places in Scottsdale. And for some reason or another I am always left annoyed. So I think I'll just have to remember to bring some nail polish with me when I travel. This place is dirty. Straight up dirty. Dirty floors, dirty chairs (ripped and unclean), stained towels, crusty nail polish bottles, the works. Of course I didn't realize this until it was too late and I was already in a rush and sitting down. The shaping of my nails was terrible, had to tell them to fix it multiple times. I don't think asking for symmetrical nails is too much but apparently it is. The polish went on very thickly and they were very tough with my nails when cutting the cuticles etc. Next time I'll just wait until I'm back home. read more

The best nail salon! I live in Tempe but will make the trip for this salon. They make sure to use new tools on each customers pedicure(which every salon SHOULD be doing). Also very personable. I've moved around A LOT so I've never been able to stick to the same salon to be considered their usual customer, but I've been there three times and they were able to remember things that were said and continue conversations, which shows they care about their clientele. Also if you get acrylics, they're usually done in great timing and without errors. 10/10 recommend read more
