This time, my experience went really well all the way around. Me and my boyfriend returned (having to pay for one massage). The facility was still clean and the staff were all super friendly. My massage was done very well. My boyfriend and I were put in separate rooms this time and got to enjoy our massages. I was very relaxed and my masseuse was making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Everything was very nice, I even almost fell asleep. I am very happy that the facility reached out to me after my first review. Even though the issue was something minor they wanted to make it right. The service is excellent and the staff is amazing. (which would have saved me $13,750, plus pain, recovery, etc). This cosmetic surgery thing, especially in Scottsdale is nothing short of a scam. Embrace your imperfections.
