The CR on phone was very informative and reassuring regarding safeguards put into place for my safety. Upon arrival I waited in my car as requested to wait for a text. I was notified in short order and was met by Samantha who was clearly taking many precautions, wearing mask and face shield. There were no other customers in the waiting area. I was taken back to the service are without any encounters. Once there Samantha added gloves and explained how she was using PPE equipment and how that would help protect me.
