Overall, I was pretty impressed with this place. I will be super honest, I was extremely nervous coming into this place as I have been getting my eyelashes done by a different company for the past 2 years. But overall they were great, it was a clean environment the staff was friendly, kind and helpful. The only downside I had to this place was their beds. My full gorgeous volume set to me over two hours, and by the end of it my back was in pain from the bed hardness. Which I have never experienced before. And because I paid the extra for volume, I expected my lashes to be a little thicker and longer. To really make them pop. However I will be returning tomorrow from my 2-week fill, hopefully then we can, come to the same page on exactly how I want my eyelashes. But overall, I definitely think they're worth the trip, they seem to have really good deals and like I said their staff is super friendly and helpful. ***edit** After returning and talking to my new lash lady, she understood exactly what I wanted and did it. they look amazing. First, let me say that, although I love my lashes, I'm not one to want a really artificial and dramatic look. I've been going to Jamie at Amazing Lash Studio Norterra for about a year now, and I absolutely love her and how she found the best balance for me! She consistently does a beautiful job on my lashes, and I always leave feeling great about how they look. Just as importantly, I genuinely look forward to seeing her every two weeks. Jamie is warm, friendly, and so easy to talk to, and our appointments are always such an enjoyable part of my routine. It's wonderful to find someone who not only does great work but also makes the experience itself something you look forward to. I've also always had a great experience with the entire team at Amazing Lash Norterra. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and the studio has a really comfortable atmosphere. Honestly, I think I've had a chance to meet most the lash techs at this location because my schedule is wonky so I have a hard time seeing one consistently. With that said, they're all so great. Each have different styles and techniques that make them unique but the quality is across the board. And the one time I had an issue, the girls were quick to get me in and fixed up pretty seamlessly. Jamie, Dani, Nicole, Haley, and Franki are awesome and I always look forward to my appointments so I can talk their ears off haha... or fall asleep and snore! Hahahahahahaha! I love my YY's they are volume lashes but give classic vibes. Everyone loves my lashes look, most people say they look really natural but in a glam way. I got my lashes done by Makynzie and she was wonderful! She was so clean, efficient, easy to talk to and most of all she did a beautiful job on my lashes! They were so fluffy and natural, she listened to what I wanted and gave me so much more than I was expecting! Makynzie was very kind and funny and made me feel comfortable and welcome the entire experience. As someone with anxiety when it comes to being still for that long she handled it so well and was able to talk me through and make me feel calm and comfortable the entire appointment. I would recommend her to anyone!!! My last lash experience was over seven years ago and it was HORRIBLE. I finally decided to give it another go a few weeks back and let me tell you, I had no idea how much better the experience would be by coming here. Rachel Haren-one of their newer technicians- was my girl and she did such an AMAZING job. She was very professional, explained every detail, and I was comfortable the entire time. I've had these lashes on for several weeks now and they still look fantastic. 11/10 would recommend seeing Rachel Haren. But, only do this if you're wanting to look amazing at all your upcoming office/family get togethers (these babies should last you up through the holidays). They truly are amazing! My lashes were still holding strong when my refill appt arrived. No gaps, no eye irritation, and no embarrassing moments. LOVE THEM! I had quit getting extentions because the expense wasn't worth short time my lashes stayed without ugly gaps before my refill appt arrived. She listened to what I wanted (as long as possible) and suggested I switch to the wispy 17 mm mega and they look so full and long! I spent 8 days in the Dominican Republic and 90% of my lashes held up in the humidity, Mud jeep rides, beach ocean waters, cave tours, cigar factories and zika. LOL.
