I went to my second appointment at this location today. I normally have childcare but I had to bring my daughter along in a pinch. They were so accommodating and Kira even helped my daughter get on the WiFi so she could play a game. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to enjoy my appointment stress free. so I went in for a first service on Thursday the 14th of this month. and since it was my first time, I only got a classic lash set. I tried to do everything right and I thought but they started to come out. I the location right away on asked if I could convert my wax appointment to a lash my eyelashes were coming out. Well I went and got a hybrid was recommended to me by a coworker and when I got done, I went up to the front and they told me that there was no charge my lash specialist and aesthetician. Julia advised me of different things that I could do and advise me. It's probably to the humidity and that she was gonna use a different glue that was better or had better adhesion with humid climates. I was very excited knowing i was not charged cause honestly I had planned on paying. I so far have had better adhesion and am thankful for the services there. I will update on how this goes within the next few days but I'm sure it'll be worth it! I'm glad I went in! Julia was so kind and explained everything to me. I fell asleep after awhile and she didn't mind LOL! The young lady at checkout on Thursday was also very sweet, explained membership options, and other products that are helpful. 6D hybrid set/ classic!
