so I went in for a first service on Thursday the 14th of this month. and since it was my first time, I only got a classic lash set. I tried to do everything right and I thought but they started to come out. I the location right away on asked if I could convert my wax appointment to a lash my eyelashes were coming out. Well I went and got a hybrid was recommended to me by a coworker and when I got done, I went up to the front and they told me that there was no charge my lash specialist and aesthetician. Julia advised me of different things that I could do and advise me. It's probably to the humidity and that she was gonna use a different glue that was better or had better adhesion with humid climates. I was very excited knowing i was not charged cause honestly I had planned on paying. I so far have had better adhesion and am thankful for the services there. I will update on how this goes within the next few days but I'm sure it'll be worth it! I'm glad I went in! Julia was so kind and explained everything to me. I fell asleep after awhile and she didn't mind LOL! The young lady at checkout on Thursday was also very sweet, explained membership options, and other products that are helpful. 6D hybrid set/ classic! I had an appointment with Faith this week for a full set of classics. From start to finish this place hit all five stars. The front desk girls explained everything to me and made sure I was set. Faith came to get me right on time, and I appreciated her punctuality. Faith is so sweet, funny and personable. I immediately felt at ease. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I was comfortable; it wasn't too hot nor too cold, and there was a blanket so I was perfectly cozy. I had lash extensions put on in the past by others, and they were so thick and didn't look natural, so I stopped getting lashes. I decided to try lashes again and tried Faith, and am SO happy with how they turned out. Faith listened to exactly what I wanted and they look better than I even imagined. I was a happy valley Member for over a year.I loved the service that Jamie would always provide me and everyone treated me nicely. However, I called to cancel my membership on June 23rd. I spoke with Alexa and asked if I needed to pay a final payment which I pay for on the first of every month. She said no and that someone would reach out to me to confirm everything. No one reached out so I assumed I was canceled and trusted what they told me. Noura reached out to me on July 3rd with a text to reconsider cancelling. I'm cancelling to save money so I respectfully declined... wondering why she's asking me to reconsider when it should've already been cancelled..She reminded me I had a final credit to use, which should not have been the case because I called before I could be billed and was told I didn't have to make a final payment. I called to ask why it was taken when it shouldn't have. The manager Noura called me later to say I didn't call until the 30th and gave them no time to cancel the payment. I told her that was wrong. She said she had phone records, making me feel like she thought I was lying, but I would refund me within a few days. It's a great service but I didn't like how I was spoken to at the end of my membership and felt my situation wasn't handled within three days as I was told it would be. read more
