so I went in for a first service on Thursday the 14th of this month. and since it was my first time, I only got a classic lash set. I tried to do everything right and I thought but they started to come out. I the location right away on asked if I could convert my wax appointment to a lash my eyelashes were coming out. Well I went and got a hybrid was recommended to me by a coworker and when I got done, I went up to the front and they told me that there was no charge my lash specialist and aesthetician. Julia advised me of different things that I could do and advise me. It's probably to the humidity and that she was gonna use a different glue that was better or had better adhesion with humid climates. I was very excited knowing i was not charged cause honestly I had planned on paying. I so far have had better adhesion and am thankful for the services there. I will update on how this goes within the next few days but I'm sure it'll be worth it! I'm glad I went in! Julia was so kind and explained everything to me. I fell asleep after awhile and she didn't mind LOL! The young lady at checkout on Thursday was also very sweet, explained membership options, and other products that are helpful. 6D hybrid set/ classic! On small hooded eyes made these bad boys pop! read more

I had an appointment with Faith this week for a full set of classics. From start to finish this place hit all five stars. The front desk girls explained everything to me and made sure I was set. Faith came to get me right on time, and I appreciated her punctuality. Faith is so sweet, funny and personable. I immediately felt at ease. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I was comfortable; it wasn't too hot nor too cold, and there was a blanket so I was perfectly cozy. I had lash extensions put on in the past by others, and they were so thick and didn't look natural, so I stopped getting lashes. I decided to try lashes again and tried Faith, and am SO happy with how they turned out. Faith listened to exactly what I wanted and they look better than I even imagined. They are beautiful, natural looking, and I wake up with not-so-tired looking eyes now! She'll be my lash girl for life!!! Tracie S. read more

Nicole is absolutely amazing! I came to Amazing Lash with thinking that lashes weren't for me. In the past, they would always just fall off after a week and my lash girl just said it was due to weather. Started coming to Nicole and not only do my lashes last, but you can tell that my lashes are still remaining healthy! There is no one else I would trust with my lashes! read more

I love my lash stylish Hannah! Always great service! I get so many compliments on my lashes. read more

This place is a scam. First they charge you extra for using a "good" tech instead of giving you a discount for amateurs that won't give you the lashes you want. 2nd, my tech Jamie C didn't even let me look at my lashes and make sure I liked them. She just ended the appointment and said if there was anything I didn't like then I could book a Correction appt that I would have to pay for! I told her she left a whole gap and she said yeah she was aware of that and if I wanted lashes in that spot then to book a correction appt, again that I would have to pay for. I told her I wanted natural looking lashes and she gave me big bulky thick lashes. I told her I didn't want a whole bunch grouped up on the ends, I wanted it to look even across and, again, a natural look. She gave me volume lashes! Which then they tried to charge me extra for - but ended up not. I do NOT like how my lashes look at all. They w poor quality and some already look like they're going to fall off. I've had lash extensions for years before and THIS place does not provide quality. Never going back. What a rip off. And to the owner, the location that I went to WAS Happy Valley/Norterra. So I guess you don't even know who works there or they're using false names? read more

Amazing Lash Studio - Phoenix Eyelash Extensions - My confirmation of my appointment at the Happy Valley Norterra location. - Eyelash Service Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I was a happy valley Member for over a year.I loved the service that Jamie would always provide me and everyone treated me nicely. However, I called to cancel my membership on June 23rd. I spoke with Alexa and asked if I needed to pay a final payment which I pay for on the first of every month. She said no and that someone would reach out to me to confirm everything. No one reached out so I assumed I was canceled and trusted what they told me. Noura reached out to me on July 3rd with a text to reconsider cancelling. I'm cancelling to save money so I respectfully declined... wondering why she's asking me to reconsider when it should've already been cancelled..She reminded me I had a final credit to use, which should not have been the case because I called before I could be billed and was told I didn't have to make a final payment. I called to ask why it was taken when it shouldn't have. The manager Noura called me later to say I didn't call until the 30th and gave them no time to cancel the payment. I told her that was wrong. She said she had phone records, making me feel like she thought I was lying, but I would refund me within a few days. It's a great service but I didn't like how I was spoken to at the end of my membership and felt my situation wasn't handled within three days as I was told it would be. read more

This business is completely unprofessional and don't properly do eyelash extensions. when I went my eyes were in so much pain from the eyelash extensions being put on multiple of my natural eyelashes. I brought it up to the manager and she wasn't interested in the pictures I had showing multiple of natural eyelashes on one eyelashe extension. so I posted them on google and got 2 rude responses from the manager accusing me of lying. Would highly recommend staying away from a corporate company like this that is only interested in your money. Edit: Not trying to bash just trying to make it know that I got poor service there and when I spoke about it was dismissed and I was not ever apologized to. This is not the proper way to apply eyelashes shown in the pictures. Being extremely rude is no way to treat customers who are writing honest reviews. read more

Amazing Lash Studio in Norterra, Phoenix, AZ is terrible. I was a patron, tipped well and spent a lot money. The owner decided they no longer wanted me as a customer because I was not happy with my results. On my last visit the results were the best I had...and shortly there after came an email. As a business owner I would have handled things different. read more

I have been getting my lashes done with Amazing Lash since 2017, and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. This is my third salon I have been a member at just do to moving/location and I always experience the same level of great service every time. I like to see the same lash tech, but if the scheduling doesn't align I have no problem trusting to see a different stylist because I know they will look great, and I am confident that if I did have a problem, they would handle it right away. Every tech I have seen, and after about 6 years its safe to say I have had a lot of different techs, they all have been extremely kind and friendly. 10/10! read more

UPDATE: the owners response is a joke. If you didn't read I have been doing my lashes for years. 3 days for huge gaps is NOT OK! And NO the price does NOT match the brochure which I have with me. You charge 2 FULL prices not an upgrade as you should. $70 is not an "Upgrade". I attached a picture for better view of their horrible work . And looking by the reviews they need to make some quick changes to better quality items DON'T do it unless you want to be ripped off! Pay deceiving way over priced they structure horribly and don't cruelly explain right until it's time to pay for a novice person in training. 1st I got my lashes done 3-4 days ago. And I have huge gaps in middle of my eyes.I have been doing lashes for 3 years. Just moved to this state and had to a dreadful "who can I trust " search . I chose wrong! The girl doing my eyes was nice enough . However you can tell she was brand new! And most likely still training. Hence my lashes already falling off and gaps I have. I have first day of a new job today and busy schedule and I damn messed up lashes I paid $170 for! You end up paying way over than what you would pay a PRO independent lash artist. They tell you a full set is this and a 6d volume is this. However it's both together! Not just an up charge for the fuller lashes. Why am I paying for 2 full sets?? Even when you look on site the way they try to disguise it you think you are paying around $80. To my surprise I was paying double for lashes that didn't even last with a novice. For the real people who probably have just a little more experience "master artists" you have an up charge which I didn't see until there and would of gladly paid. I've never let a beginner touch my lashes nor did I know that's what I would be getting! Or I would of booked elsewhere. On top of that the location is nice enough, looks like it should be an upscale location with seasoned artists. When it should be shown as a training facility as that's basically what it is. The staff is very casually dressed and not made up which is off to me in a "beauty" setting. If they don't take pride in their looks how are we trusting them with ours?? THEN to top it off I was supposed to get a "free eyebrow wax" not knowing it was for "training" which should of been mentioned. My artist is one who let me know it's so they can get practice. Doesn't matter anyways. Finishing with 10 minutes before closed they wanted me to come back another day because "they close at 8" ?! It's a 10 min service . I've never seen an "artist " skill set on making sure u are out that very second even if they aren't finishing your service. I'm all for no new appts after certain time, but really? I'm not driving back another day for a test service that u couldn't spend 10 mins on after way over charging me for service that doesn't hold up! Every time I asked about the price, front desk kept repeating the exact same way showing they are trained to say it that. Yes a full classic set is $89 and the 6D is $69 on top of that. Why not give the real price to start! I didn't get classic so why am I being charged for them?! So unless u want to pay pro prices (which I usually do) for brand new people training stay clear.instead of high prices for cheap material and labor. read more

Amazing Lash Studio - Phoenix Eyelash Extensions - Huge gap middle of eye just on time for the holiday. - Eyelash Service Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I only went there once. Introductory full set price was $100 and I thought it was worth a try. Ashley was my lash tech and she was very nice, gave ke many choices for extensions styles. I went with 3d volume lashes and 2hours later they looked very even yet underwhelming, so natural nobody though I had lash extensions. Could have gone without. Now the real fun begun at the checkout. Those lashes cost additional $65. So $165 for barely noticeable lashes and most of them fell out already, less than 2 weeks after the appointment. Needless to say I canceled my fill and going elsewhere. I got customer satisfaction survey right after the appointment and have not heard from anyone regarding the issues read more

I did not have a good experience here. I got a lash lift a few days before my wedding and within two days, all of my lashes either pointed straight out or downward. None of them were curled or lifted. They followed up with an email asking how I felt about the service and I let them know how disappointed I was and that I felt like I wasted $100 right before my wedding and didn't get a response, no one reached out to me so be I was really disappointed with this experience and this establishment. read more

Clean quick professional and great service! Hannah is Amazing !! I highly recommend this establishment!!

Update: Owner, Angela, called me the next day after this traumatic experience and offered a full removal and replacement for free (which should be expected, right?) She took a very defensive approach, stating she just didn't know how this was even possible and that the gel pad just must have 'slipped'. I have been getting my lashes done for several years and experienced several lashes being glued together (as to be expected), but never anything like this. I asked what the next steps were in getting this technician to stop serving clients so this didn't happen again, but she casually stated they would have a senior stylist spot-check her work. I would think additional hours of training in a training environment would be most beneficial for the tech, clients as well as the studio. I sent the below picture to Angela this morning showing her the magnitude of the situation as well as the trauma I am experiencing in my right eye, and to inform her that I will be needing to seek medical assistance to ensure this heals properly. She has yet to respond to my note..... read more

I had a full set of lashes done on Monday, by the time I got home they were already falling out on one side. I went back the next morning and had them touched up. Later in the day, same thing.... Lashes falling out. Not impressed. Cancelled my "membership". Another thing, my lash tech on Monday needed to not be at work, she was sniffling, clearing her throat, and coughed a few times at the end of my service. She was obviously sick. Unprofessional and just really gross actually. read more

I have started seeing Amber K and she is wonderful! She seems to understand the look I'm going for, a pretty classic and "fluffy" look without being too dramatic. Each experience with her has been great-she's easy to talk to, but knows when it's quiet time. I'm very fortunate to have stumbled across her. The front desk staff have always been very friendly, too, particularly Kennedy who helped me out with a scheduling mix up. The studio is clean, quiet, and every customer gets covid screened. 10/10 would recommend Amber K if you're looking for a pretty, natural look to your lashes. read more

My very first time here . Booking was easy, I made the appointment online , I was booked with Nicole F . Nicole was amazing . I told her what I wanted and what I didn't want. My husband was apprehensive in the past about me getting lashes , he hates the bushy , super flared out look. I mentioned that to Nicole . I just want to give her a big thank you !! She delivered lashes that both me and my husband love . I signed up for the maintenance program which makes up keep easy and I am looking forward to making this part of my regiment. read more

I've been coming here for a little under a year and am always very happy with my results. I've done both extensions and lash lifts. Be aware that they charge an extra fee for master technicians. I don't want to knock off a star because I've always had good experiences, but today I booked a day of appointment with Hannah for a lift and tint. I did this online and I don't recall the system indicating she was a master, because I booked a same day appointment I didn't receive any confirmation texts or emails. I have booked online before with a master without knowing but I got a text informing me of the extra fee and I chose to call and reschedule. I was not informed when I arrived and when I came out from my service to pay only then was I made aware there was an extra $20 fee. Hannah did amazing work and I rebooked with her for the future but I wish the communication was a little better. It was surprising in the moment and somebody on a tighter budget may not have been too happy about the extra fee. read more

Not much of a "reviewer" but I do not want anyone to go through what I went through! Everyone was pretty welcoming nothing much, my "master artist" was okay I had a nice conversation too. But!!! When I go home my eyelashes HURT... like what :( it's now been a week and I really didn't want to go back because I'm not much of a confrontational person, but I spent almost $200 and my eyelashes shouldn't be clumpy with glue it hurt!
