My very first time here . Booking was easy, I made the appointment online , I was booked with Nicole F . Nicole was amazing . I told her what I wanted and what I didn't want. My husband was apprehensive in the past about me getting lashes , he hates the bushy , super flared out look. I mentioned that to Nicole . I just want to give her a big thank you !! I have been getting my lashes done with Amazing Lash since 2017, and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. This is my third salon I have been a member at just do to moving/location and I always experience the same level of great service every time. I like to see the same lash tech, but if the scheduling doesn't align I have no problem trusting to see a different stylist because I know they will look great, and I am confident that if I did have a problem, they would handle it right away. Every tech I have seen, and after about 6 years its safe to say I have had a lot of different techs, they all have been extremely kind and friendly. 10/10! read more

I did not have a good experience here. I got a lash lift a few days before my wedding and within two days, all of my lashes either pointed straight out or downward. None of them were curled or lifted. They followed up with an email asking how I felt about the service and I let them know how disappointed I was and that I felt like I wasted $100 right before my wedding and didn't get a response, no one reached out to me so be I was really disappointed with this experience and this establishment. read more

UPDATE: the owners response is a joke. If you didn't read I have been doing my lashes for years. 3 days for huge gaps is NOT OK! And NO the price does NOT match the brochure which I have with me. And I have huge gaps in middle of my eyes.I have been doing lashes for 3 years. Just moved to this state and had to a dreadful "who can I trust " search . I chose wrong! The girl doing my eyes was nice enough . However you can tell she was brand new! And most likely still training. Hence my lashes already falling off and gaps I have. I have first day of a new job today and busy schedule and I damn messed up lashes I paid $170 for! You end up paying way over than what you would pay a PRO independent lash artist. They tell you a full set is this and a 6d volume is this. However it's both together! Not just an up charge for the fuller lashes. Why am I paying for 2 full sets?? Even when you look on site the way they try to disguise it you think you are paying around $80. To my surprise I was paying double for lashes that didn't even last with a novice. For the real people who probably have just a little more experience "master artists" you have an up charge which I didn't see until there and would of gladly paid. I've never let a beginner touch my lashes nor did I know that's what I would be getting! Or I would of booked elsewhere. On top of that the location is nice enough, looks like it should be an upscale location with seasoned artists. When it should be shown as a training facility as that's basically what it is. The staff is very casually dressed and not made up which is off to me in a "beauty" setting. If they don't take pride in their looks how are we trusting them with ours?? THEN to top it off I was supposed to get a "free eyebrow wax" not knowing it was for "training" which should of been mentioned. My artist is one who let me know it's so they can get practice. Doesn't matter anyways. Finishing with 10 minutes before closed they wanted me to come back another day because "they close at 8" ?! It's a 10 min service . I've never seen an "artist " skill set on making sure u are out that very second even if they aren't finishing your service. I'm all for no new appts after certain time, but really? I'm not driving back another day for a test service that u couldn't spend 10 mins on after way over charging me for service that doesn't hold up! Every time I asked about the price, front desk kept repeating the exact same way showing they are trained to say it that. Yes a full classic set is $89 and the 6D is $69 on top of that. Why not give the real price to start! I didn't get classic so why am I being charged for them?! So unless u want to pay pro prices (which I usually do) for brand new people training stay clear.instead of high prices for cheap material and labor. read more

I only went there once. Introductory full set price was $100 and I thought it was worth a try. Ashley was my lash tech and she was very nice, gave ke many choices for extensions styles. I went with 3d volume lashes and 2hours later they looked very even yet underwhelming, so natural nobody though I had lash extensions. Could have gone without. Now the real fun begun at the checkout. Those lashes cost additional $65. So $165 for barely noticeable lashes and most of them fell out already, less than 2 weeks after the appointment. I had a full set of lashes done on Monday, by the time I got home they were already falling out on one side. I went back the next morning and had them touched up. Later in the day, same thing.... Lashes falling out. Not impressed. Cancelled my "membership". Another thing, my lash tech on Monday needed to not be at work, she was sniffling, clearing her throat, and coughed a few times at the end of my service. She was obviously sick. Update: Owner, Angela, called me the next day after this traumatic experience and offered a full removal and replacement for free (which should be expected, right?) She took a very defensive approach, stating she just didn't know how this was even possible and that the gel pad just must have 'slipped'. I have been getting my lashes done for several years and experienced several lashes being glued together (as to be expected), but never anything like this. I asked what the next steps were in getting this technician to stop serving clients so this didn't happen again, but she casually stated they would have a senior stylist spot-check her work. I would think additional hours of training in a training environment would be most beneficial for the tech, clients as well as the studio. I sent the below picture to Angela this morning showing her the magnitude of the situation as well as the trauma I am experiencing in my right eye, and to inform her that I will be needing to seek medical assistance to ensure this heals properly. I've been coming here for a little under a year and am always very happy with my results. I've done both extensions and lash lifts. Be aware that they charge an extra fee for master technicians. I don't want to knock off a star because I've always had good experiences, but today I booked a day of appointment with Hannah for a lift and tint. I did this online and I don't recall the system indicating she was a master, because I booked a same day appointment I didn't receive any confirmation texts or emails. I have booked online before with a master without knowing but I got a text informing me of the extra fee and I chose to call and reschedule. I was not informed when I arrived and when I came out from my service to pay only then was I made aware there was an extra $20 fee. Hannah did amazing work and I rebooked with her for the future but I wish the communication was a little better. When I go home my eyelashes HURT... like what :( it's now been a week and I really didn't want to go back because I'm not much of a confrontational person, but I spent almost $200 and my eyelashes shouldn't be clumpy with glue it hurt! I have started seeing Amber K and she is wonderful! She seems to understand the look I'm going for, a pretty classic and "fluffy" look without being too dramatic. Each experience with her has been great-she's easy to talk to, but knows when it's quiet time. I'm very fortunate to have stumbled across her. The front desk staff have always been very friendly, too, particularly Kennedy who helped me out with a scheduling mix up. My lash specialist was Tanya, she was nice but very short and not talkative or very "welcoming." I explained to her that I wanted a more natural look (which she definitely gave me) but I do feel my lashes bunch too much & im having to brush them a lot which I don't like. They're also noticeably uneven my right side is shorter than the left by quite a bit. I'm Debating on if I should call because I mean what could they really do for me? I don't want to have to sit another two hours to "fix" them. One thing I really dislike is the level of stylist you get I mean for a "master" stylist they charge you an extra $30! I have been to this place before and always love the way my lashes turned out and everyone that worked there was really nice to me. I stopped going because it was getting expensive to me but I started working more and realized that getting my lashes down had save me so much time in the morning with my makeup so I decided to come back and give it a try. Jasmine ended up doing my lashes for me and did an amazing job was so satisfied with the way they looked she did the gorgeous style on me because I loved the fuller look. I have never done lash extensions until today. I had always wanted to try them, and the price they have for a new customer is a pretty good deal. The experience was fairly straightforward. I signed in, cleaned my lashes, an assistant showed me the styles that the studio accommodates and I picked one and went to my appt with my technician. The process start to finish took around 2 hours and 20 minutes, but I was new and getting a full set. Sarah did my lashes and did a really good job. She is quiet but I am too so we just sorta existed in the same space lol. Laying on a table for two hours can get a bit uncomfortable but at least the refills are only an hour. I may have gone a couple mm shorter, but I'm not mad at them, I think they look gorgeous still. I got the classic in the sexy style. I will note that the studio will give you suggestions for hybrid, 3d and 6d lashes- these will ALL be more expensive and they don't say that when they are showing the lash styles which is where I think some of these other reviews are coming from with price confusions. Additionally to the service, I paid for a maintenance plan to get fills 2x a month and bought their spoolie and cleanser. The spoolie you could probably get cheaper, but the cleanser is a must. Both aren't too expensive though. I'll update this review with my experience going in for maintenance. read more

I'm not a big fan of this location. I actually switched locations due to the front desk staff and manager being rude. I am by no means a confrontational or rude person myself. I don't see the need to be rude to employees, because I am a better person than that and I don't like leaving reviews like these, but after many interactions with this location, I am fed up. And I know what it's like being the employee and dealing with customers, but their attitude is unnecessary. I tried to resolve a simple billing issue with the manager and she kept interrupting me while talking on the phone, which made the situation more frustrating and I felt like she wasn't hearing me. The front desk staff isn't friendly either. They are very quick to get you off the phone if you have any questions. I have never had an issue with the lash stylists though. read more

Jasmin did my lashes today. This was my very first time ever doing lash extensions. I asked for the "cute hybrid". In my opinion they like great, nice and full, the set looks even and Jasmine addressed all my questions and concerns during the whole thing. My eyes were sensitive to the fumes of the glue. But Jasmin did spay my face with mist and uses the fan to get some of that away from my face. I'm giving. I was referred to AMAZING LASH STUDIOS by my best friend (who found them first & than told me & i happened to make my appointment immediately because I was in town). I sat on the phone with a girl for quite some time, talking about different possibilities. I stressed to her that I don't live in AZ, but I needed to get my lashes done ASAP and I want volume. The girl on the phone was extremely accommodating and very nice. When I arrived, my lash gal, named Natalia, took me in for our consult at which point I told her exactly what I wanted and I was looking for.... VOLUME! I even showed her a couple different photographs of the lashes I desired. I also told her that I wanted whisps throughout as well. Let me tell express that I was there for 1hr and a half and when she was done, I was expecting GLAMOROUS VOLUMIZING LASHES. My facial expression said it all and Natalia could tell I was not happy. She's like: "Well, I'm sure it's not what you wanted... but we're more of a 'natural studio', rather than the extreme Russian volume look"...UHM WHAT??? I paid $69.99 for a fill of 6D VOLUME GLAMOROUS LASHES!!! At the last minute (when paying) she tells me they charge another $25 for volume. Are you kidding me? If you're a more "natural" studio, how are you charging extra money for something you DONT even have? I got -(NEGATIVE)-6F NO volume lashes. With no whisps. What the heck am I paying for then? By the time I checked out, I spent $191.00. I was speechless. Yes, I did buy 3 items that they sold me- BECAUSE THEY SAID "IF YOU BUILD YOUR OWN KIT, ---EACH--- OF YOUR ITEMS WILL GET 20% OFF". Those items together cost a total of $55. I even asked her before I paid, what the items totals came out to individually, and she told me she couldn't tell until the transaction was processed and the receipt was printed. Uhm, sure? I get in my car and look at my receipt- the girl only discounted the 3 items @ 10% off instead of what they sold me on and had posted for 20% off. I was beyond myself that a business is ran like this and I knew going back in there and expressing my frustrations, wasn't conducive for anybody. I not only live in CO, I was in AZ-PRESCOTT-visiting and I traveled an hour and a half to go to this eyelash studio because of "how amazing they were" and they could produce what it was that I wanted. If I wanted thin, regular looking lashes, I could have went to Walmart and bought them for $6.99. Not traveled an hour and a half out of my way, wasted my time and spent $200 for something that was FALSELY advertised and promised. My best friend was beside herself when I got back from this appointment. We are both extremely displeased and shook that a place of business acted like this. She had an appointment in a few days, that she is no longer attending. You just lost 2 very good customers who would have brought you, not only their business 2x a month, but the potentiality of us promoting your business to our friends. And globally as well, because if I had had a great experience with your studio, I would have transferred to the Denver studio. I honestly have no idea how they are in business. Not happy with shady billing procedures. Watch your bank statements. I was billed again just days after I paid in studio for my fill. When I asked the gal at the counter, Maddie, about it, she acted like she didnt understand me until I finally pressed her and she said that I didn't have to worry, I would have a credit to use at the studio later. I don't want to have credit to use later after I just paid the monthly fee for the fill. Then she insisted there was nothing she could about removing the charge, so I will be contacting my bank. Not a good idea to get greedy with loyal clients. Also, I don't want to patronize a business that has helpless employees. I wasnt asking for anything for free, I was asking for my money back as I had already paid for the service. Response to Angela: That is not what happened last month. I went in a week before the membership due date, had a refill, paid then and was NOT charged again a week later. Also, I no longer want a membership and told Maddie to cancel it. This is a mixed review. I really do like this place. HOWEVER.....last night I called and spoke with Maddie. Explained to her that for some reason my results of this last appointment(2 weeks ago) were not as successful as the last 3 times. She was rude! Did not give me a possible explanation as to why or what could be going on ( I am new to this so I really was just calling to get some answers.) I was then told I had to book for a full refill even though it had only been 2 weeks. I had been going 3 to 4 weeks successfully. I went ahead and booked but then had to call her right back to change that date. She was rude both times I spoke to her. Everyone is really nice there and I have never had a bad experience. But this does put a damper on my experience there. Oh and by the way I never did get any answers. UPDATE: This is why I really do like this place. After the review I spoke to someone there and she was nice and very informative. Needless to say I rescinded my cancellation of membership and will continue to have my lashes done by them.
