I cancel after my second visit and the young lady told me it would cancel and I would not get bank drafted. The. Two days later after I cancel I got billed. I don't even ask for anything crazy when it comes to the lashes, I just want it to look like i have long, wispy, full lashes & my lashes look like $5 lashes from Walmart. how hard is it really? The icing on the cake.. my last appointment the lash tech "ran out of time" therefore she didn't finish my lashes and had me leave with one of my eyes missing extensions. WHAT AM I PAYING FOR? How do you say "ok we're done" & have the nerve to hand me a mirror like I wasn't going to see all the missing eyelashes. Very poor experience. I started out with long healthy lashes just wanted more volume. I didn't even ever make it to 2 weeks as they would begin falling out almost immediately. And it's about $150 a month but when you have premature fall out etc... you pay more because you may need another full set. I have been a member to Amazing Lash for almost a year and this is definitely the worst Amazing Lash Studio I have ever been to, I have been here twice and have had an awful experience. I got a chemical burn in my eyes not once BUT TWICE here at this location. The staff was dismissive about it and insisted that this is something that happens regularly and that has never been the case at the previous studio I have been going to consistently in Lake Pleasant. Also the woman at the front desk was very rude and passive aggressive when it came to me continuing out with me tipping and paying for my services. I also went into my appointment and verbally clarified and confirmed with my technician that I would be doing a classic refill, and was charged for 6D hybdrid lashes after my session. Very unprofessionally handled; I also after the first chemical burn called to ask about the ingredients in the lash glue to see if I had developed an allergy and because my ophthalmologist was asking me and a receptionist took my email down and said she would email me with the ingredients considering the BURN that was in my eye from my eyelash extensions and NEVER received an email or a follow up. I will now most DEFINITELY be driving an extra 30 minutes to go to Lake Pleasant to receive safe and respectful service. AWFUL location, and I wish I never gave them a second chance. This Amazing Lash location is super cute! Checked in, filled out my paperwork and received a super cute, chunky, pink pen! I was new to lash extensions and Jasmine walked me through the whole process. First, we picked what length and style would best suit my lifestyle. The application process was a breeze and so relaxing, I might have taken a nap! Lol! They have great music, a cushion for under your knees (really appreciated that) and a super cozy blanket! I show up to find out she doesn't even work on the day I booked and they had me down for a fill and not a full set. Lashes don't last at all i had to get a whole new set because my fill before was done so bad the lash tech had to get another tech to un attach all my lashes from being glued shut. Then when i go back i didn't have enough to get a proper fill so i had to pay extra on top of me already being on a plan it's now two weeks after my new set and all of my lashes are off smh what a waste of time it started off good until they decide to let amateurs do them and charge extra for the stylist that they should be offering expensive service to be playing in peoples face. The plan is also a waste of your looking for better service with lashes that you I'll last hit me up. Speaking from a lash tech to go knows quality and she work. I will say that their lash quality seems very nice! normally when I get my lashes done the lash itself kind of pokes my eyelid and bothers it a little bit when I shut my lids very tightly but this place did not do that. I do feel that the glue they use is designed for you to have to come back sooner because I lose a lot very quickly. I do really try to be very gentle on my lashes the first week so that I don't lose a ton but I did still end up losing quite a lot! it's been a week and two days and I honestly need a fill pretty badly. The price is higher than I was expecting as well but again I can tell the quality is high and I do like the atmosphere and how clean it is and professionalism of the staff as well! if you need lashes for a quick weekend or an event of some kind this is the perfect place but I would feel like maintenance could be quite expensive for a regular basis kind of thing read more

I am very annoyed as I used to have a membership with them and when I switched from lash extensions to lash lifts I was getting charged the membership monthly rate and then additional $13 when I checked out. But after discussing it several times with them they realized their computer was just mistakenly adding the non-member tinted price to it. So I tried to move on from that. I decided to cancel my membership due to the cost savings not being great enough for my lash lifts so I decided I would come in as needed. I still had one service left on my membership when I canceled and they told me I would be able to use it within 6 months. I called to schedule an appointment 2 months later and they said they had nothing on my account and that the manager would have to check. I told them I wanted an appointment the next day but only if I had the credit still. She scheduled me for the next morning assuring me the manager would reach out before then. I showed up to my appointment and the manager had not reached out and was not in so therefore I did not receive my service and was waiting around for the manager to get in to look over this when I was just going to call in to schedule after hearing from her originally. Such a waste of my time and genuinely poor customer service. They treated me great when everything went smooth but as soon as they made a mistake they just looked at me like they didn't know what to do and did not even offer good customer service for the inconvenience. The technicians at this location are great so not wanting to take away from them but the customer service really needs some work. read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I've been getting my lashes done for over two years with every appointment being with an amazing Lash studio location. I have had several issues with this specific location, to include several redos because of lashes falling out or big gaps, appointments being canceled within a couple hours and one time even showing up for my appointment to find out the stylist went home. I scheduled an appointment last Thursday for Friday morning and unfortunately my son got sick that evening so I was unable to attend The appointment, I called to leave a voicemail at 7 AM before they opened. When I spoke with a representative later that day they let me know they were charging me for the full appointment because it was considered a no call no show...And that I had done this before. I am a business owner and have never done a no call no show! She continued to tell me they have a record of every single appointment and this was not the first time I have done this. I am contacting corporate headquarters to try to get my refund however in the meantime I would highly recommend desert ridge location or The lake pleasant location as they seem to have better customer service and lashes that actually last! You would think with 6D lashes that last 2 to 3 weeks at $140 would get you better customer service and lashes that do not need be retouched uevery couple times you go! Update... Absolutely awful. I've been hesitant on getting extensions because i wear falsies every day and decided to give it a try. I called to see if there were any open appointments that day and the girl told me that there was one at 2 (it was 1:15 by then and i was a new so i had to come at 1:45) OVER THE PHONE, i told the girl that i am allergic to latex and she told me it wasn't a problem. Once i drive 30 minutes to the studio, the girl informs me that i cannot get my lashes done because i was allergic to latex. I told them BEFORE I GOT THERE THAT I WAS!!! It was bs, and i know that for a fact because i know a girl that works for amazing lash (but wasn't working that day) and she told me, that they do not use anything that has latex. I definitely recommend this place. I absolutely love my eyelashes! Jennifer did an outstanding job. The place is clean and professional. Prices are mid range. The eyelashes last really well, and look gorgeous. I get compliments all the time. The products they have to maintain and wash the eyelashes are also very good. I've had wonderful service and customer service at the Desert Ridge location, however, I have referred a couple of friends to the Norterra location. They've had nothing but poor customer service interactions with the personnel and management; negative to the point that they questioned why I would send them there. The staff is really nice, I also felt safe during covid since they are taking temperatures & wearing masks but unfortunately my lashes suck! I paid extra for "volume" & showed the girl a picture of what I was looking for. I wish she would have told me that they cannot actually fulfill thick/voluminous lashes, I paid a total of $155 (excluding the tip) for lashes that are EXTREMELY basic, very gappy & not voluminous at all. Even though my lashes came out beautifully, I'm not happy with their front desk girl. When I was making my payment she told me how I could save money by signing up for a membership. I first said no thanks but she insisted it was a good deal because I can cancel at any time and will not be charged. I said really? Okay yeah that does sound like a good deal. I signed up and realized 2 weeks later I just can't afford a membership at this time. I'm a new mommy and work only part time. So I called to cancel and the woman who answered said just email them to say I want to cancel. Long story short, they cancel my membership but charge me a cancellation fee. I was so upset I emailed them back and they said that all last studios are independently owned and have their own cancellation policy. I told her the ONLY reason I signed up was because there was no cancellation policy! I would have never signed up. I even looked over my contract and it says NOTHING about a "30 day cancellation"Angela was suppose to call me to go over what happened but has not called me or emailed me in 2 days. Rude! Point is don't have them convince you to sign up for a membership. It's a scam. The first time I went it was a great experience, I loved my lashes so much I signed up for their membership. I went in for my very first fill and my lashes weren't quite as full leaving and in the next few days they kept falling out. After a few days later I called and wanted to let them know what I was experiencing. The girl asked me about after care to which I was clueless about because no one explained the care when I got my first fill. She said I could pay another $35 for more. From there I cancelled my service. I feel as if they messed up and that I shouldn't have to pay. I was really exciting to get these done and have the membership but it seems as if they don't care about their customers. I am excited to check out other eyelash places read more

I had eyelash extensions placed and followed the directions exactly by the second day I lost so many lashes you could barely tell I had anything done. I went back and the manager gave the girl an hour to place as many as she could. I left feeling much better but within a day or so they started to fall off again. I went for a consult somewhere else to see if my expectations were to high or if perhaps my eyelashes were not strong enough to hold. I ended up getting my lashes redone by another place and I love them!!! So if you are not satisfied, I recommend giving it another try...somewhere else! read more

I was a little nervous on my first appointment because I would be changing lash artists and didn't know what to expect. When I called to ask about a fill, the lady who answered the phone was really knowledgeable and helped manage my expectations and brought my stress levels down. I had my first appointment with Britney and she immediately impressed me with her professionalism and knowledge. I went from super nervous to super confident within a five minute conversation. The other thing I love about Britney is that she doesn't insist on talking during the service. I am a really talkative person but I love getting my lashes done with her because she just lets me BE. I like my lashes but I don't love them. I'm not sure if I just didn't communicate well with what I wanted or if the lash tech didn't understand what I wanted. I usually get my lashes done at a school for $40 and getting my lashes done here was pretty much the same thing except here I paid $109. Not to mention I just got them done Saturday afternoon/ evening, it is now Monday morning, and there is a significant gap between my lash extensions and my lash line. Lash I came to amazing lash studio and I was not happy at all. It was my first time getting lashes and I was so happy when the lash tech finished with me. She explained the after care for the lashes so I made sure to follow them but when I woke up in the morning I was missing a lot of the lashes and I knew it was not normal especially since I paid 115. I waited for a week and when I went back to get them done I had to pay again. Then another week goes by and my membership was charged two times and when I called to tell them one of the girls up front told me I had to go in and prove that I was charged twice. So when I go in I show them on my bank app where I had been charged twice and the manager searched me up and on her end it said I was only charged once but the way she was acting made me seem like I was at fault for what was happening. So I then remembered when I was first signing up for the membership the girl up front kept saying my account was not going through and she had to make a whole new one. So I asked the manger to see if there was two accounts made and when she searched me again it popped out that I did have two accounts and she gave me my money back so. I then reschedule as I'm there to get a fill and when that day comes the lady was taking longer then usual and the beds are so uncomfortable. When she finishes my lashes don't look that full and she says I would have to come back for another 30 min service so she can finish and I also had to pay extra because I got a longer lash. I go home and two hours later my lashes where half off. So at that point I was just so irritated and I called to cancel my membership and I've never been back and I'm never planning on going back. I'm not the only one who had this experience of the glue not working for them here at amazing lash studio my sister also came with me and her lashes never lasted on her and I've had friend, coworkers, and cousins tell me the same thing. I now found a lash tech who does amazing and her lashes last me 3 weeks and they still look fuller than amazing lash studios results after 3 days. I hope this helps a lot of you. read more

I had my lashes done here as a Christmas gift and was not extremely happy with them but everyone said try it again (with many opinions how). We booked another appt and the morning of, I get a message from them saying " Just wanted you to be aware that your full set will be $250, an extra $65 for the 60's and $30 for the stylist, let us know if you still want the appt". That is $345 for a set of lashes that will not even make it a month. Every single person that I've told is amazed by this, so I guess it is appropriate that they call themselves Amazing Lash Studio. I have had 3 visits at this location and have been with Rosa each time. She is a lash expert to say the least. She's clearly a perfectionist and gives me all the tips to keep my lashes lasting very long. I've not been in 3 weeks and the only reason I'm making an appointment soon is because I'll be out of town for 2 weeks and I don't want to go to anyone else but Rosa. The studio is clean, front desk gals are awesome and cheery and well educated in product. I don't feel like I'm being oversold at all, just educated and the decision is completely up to me to buy product with no pressure. Kudos to the Norterra location. This was my first time ever having lash extensions, and I was nervous and unsure what to expect. Nicole, my technician, was absolutely amazing! She's very knowledgeable, kind, and thoroughly explains any question that you may have during the process and after. Be prepared to spend at least 1-2 hours your first set, but the end result is SO worth it! I almost fell asleep a couple times, it was so relaxing. I am so happy with my lashes and just want to say Thank You to Amazing Lash Studio, and cant wait to come back for my fill. I live about 30 minutes away from this studio, but will make the drive for my fills because the staff (and Nicole!) are wonderful. read more
