Unfortunately I keep coming back due to proximity to home. Booked with one person. Arrived and was informed someone else would be seeing me. No notice or option provided prior to the appointment. 10 minutes after check in and seeing three waxers walking in and out of the lobby and hearing them chatting in the back still wasn't taken back. I left after hearing the front desk discussing how behind the waxers were and they didn't understand why

I didn't have a very good experience. It was toward the end of the day and all the ladies were counting cash all over the place just not cute and not professional. Oh and you can't tip on your card which I'm sure is very convenient for the owner but then she tells you to use Zelle if you don't have cash. Really not my kind of place and I won't be returning. Beware
