This was my first time ever having lash extensions, and I was nervous and unsure what to expect. Nicole, my technician, was absolutely amazing! She's very knowledgeable, kind, and thoroughly explains any question that you may have during the process and after. Be prepared to spend at least 1-2 hours your first set, but the end result is SO worth it! I almost fell asleep a couple times, it was so relaxing. I am so happy with my lashes and just want to say Thank You to Amazing Lash Studio, and cant wait to come back for my fill. I went to Amazing Lash yesterday to get a fill, I am from out of town and I had the pleasure of meeting Ashley! After a lengthy consolation with her she suggested that I remove my lashes due to the fact that she felt she could not do a good job with the condition of my full set from back East...While that was not what I wanted to hear we both came to the agreement that it was what was needed to be done to keep the integrity of my natural lash... I have been going to Amazing lash studio at Norterra consistently every two weeks for about three months now. They give the best eyelash service and professionalism - which I appreciate because it is an expensive luxury. One week, I did not receive such a stellar service, so I called in and asked for my eyelashes to be redone. The front desk was very accommodating and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all! They offered a prompt redo. I will continue to only go to amazing Lash studio. I especially like the stylist Cortney because she is super sweet and really great at what she does! But everyone in the studio in general are superb. Make sure you get the monthly package to save lots of $$$. read more

I just completed my third appointment at Amazing Lash Studio - Norterra, all with the same stylist, Victoria. I am over the moon with her attention to detail, professionalism and commitment to the service and end-product she provides to her clients. Up until a little over a month ago, had never had eyelash extensions before, and ALS - Norterra was recommended by a friend. I was extremely nervous, but the front end staff was and has always been so welcoming. They have always answered all of my questions and provided a positive atmosphere. I have the most gorgeous 6D lash extensions anyone has ever seen. I receive multiple compliments *a day* and am so happy with my decision to work with this location, stylist and staff. The location is fantastic, and everything is clean. I recently have added on lip and brow waxing, and the difference between having this service done here, versus an add-on service at a nail salon is night-and-day. I'm super disappointed in my experience here. My sister and I came to get lashes for her wedding in a couple days. I was told different prices over the phone then what I was ultimately charged. Which was an arm and a leg. My stylist did not explain to me that the "natural" distribution of lashes also means the lash is more fine. I went with the volume look which I was told was a $30 up charge over the phone, it was actually a $65 upcharge, and because the lashes are so fine, it really doesn't look different than if I just put mascara on my normal lashes. My sister's lashes look absolutely beautiful. She got a normal set of the "gorgeous" distribution. I wish my stylist would have explained the difference in the thickness of lashes and different options and give me a heads up that "volume" is a $65 upcharge as I certainly would not have gotten them knowing that. Lastly, over the phone I was told my sister had a "master stylist" which would be a $20 upcharge, we were actually charged $30. Just be aware, the prices are deceiving and they won't be open about what you're actually going to spend. Ultimately my "volume" lashes look fine but not spectacular by any means, barely different than my normal lashes with mascara. My sister looks great though and her price was almost what they quoted her, so her experience was better. read more

This place came recommended and I was terribly disappointed. My daughter saved her own money to get lashes for her senior prom...she was so excited. The lashes looked very nice the first night. She followed all of the directions...didnt get them wet, etc. The very next morning some of the lashes on her right eye fell out. As the day went on more and more fell out....only the right eye. She called to see if they would fix them, as it had been less than 24 hours. They said only if she paid for an entire set of new lashes!!!! What?!?!?! Horrible customer service and questionable quality. They won't even stand by their work for a day. read more

I have gone here a few times now, and every time I schedule my appointment with Jasmine only. She does a great job on my lashes. I don't like the heavy lash look, and she is able to keep them looking natural yet full. I've never had any issues after regarding irritation or concerns with my eyes as others have previously posted. Jasmine is attentive to detail and works to do what YOU as the customer wants. Britni is the best! She is very professional. Her work is precise and lasts longer than my previous lashes.

After getting my lashes done for some months my rating went down. I'd rather pay less and use falsies and get a different look whenever I want, than to pay so much and not get the results I was looking for. Just a warning... If you do decide to try it, get a technician that will care more about the health of your natural lashes than how glamorous your paid for ones appear. On my last re-fill the gal told me that the weight of lash they had previously put on me (twice)was too heavy for my natural lashes, hence causing them to tangle and turn which ruined my natural lashes. She suggested buying more of their products (mmhmm) to fix them and not getting any more lash extensions for awhile until they recover. I decided I would not be going back, cancelling my membership, and going forward not paying to ruin the beautiful natural lashes I had before I got the extensions. P.S the ending condition of my lashes was not due to lack of maintenance, as I took care of them more meticulously than the hair on my head lol read more

There was a bit of confusion with regard to their pricing and "add-on" items that has since been clarified....I take that as a learning curve on their part. Worst service ever - I was in the room at 5.07 after signing paperwork at the front desk. The girl told me they close at 7 and because she was a new stylist she will not have enough time to get me a full set even though that is what I liked because I was late . Told her my appointment was at 5 and was already done with the paperwork. This is the second time I had bad customer service with this brand. Better to go somewhere else but you can tell it is a corporate chain . No one on the ground cares. read more

When you need to get your lashes done ladies....this is the place to go and especially when you need spectacular service then ask for Rhi. However I know the entire salon is run by a great staff so all the girls are fabulous. I used to get lashes all the time, took a break and was referred to Lash by a friend. The front desk was super friendly, helpful, even booking my first appointment was easy with no problems. The place was clean, the technician listened, helped me pick the best shape and overall provided a positive experience. When she was done I asked her to make a few adjustments, she did with no problem however I still wasn't fully satisfied with my right eye. I felt that she spent more time on one eye which made her rush the other. I didn't say anything at that time (wish I would have now) but paid for the lashes $79.99, tipped $20 but held off on the membership only because I wanted to see how long they'd last. With my last experience I got a fill every two and half to the weeks.. Fast forward not even a week.. my right eye looks nothing like my left (left still looks great) so I call explain my experience. They are super understanding, accommodating and the technician fixes my right eye.. Here's my problem, I'm not even a week in and have now spent another $45.00 to fix their mistake ($10 was tip) because I didn't call soon enough. The girl at the front said in order for them to negotiate or offer a discount I needed to call sooner 2-5 days which was a huge disappointment. read more

When I initially got my lashes done I thought they looked amazing! But in less than an hour one had already fallen off and now about a week and a half later my lashes are falling out like crazy. I'd like to mention that I know natural lashes go through a cycle and fall out naturally but I have experienced eyelashes falling out significantly faster than normal. They weren't glued on very well either and the tech seemed confused when I told her I didn't want full volume. I was supposed to reschedule but I'd rather have my money back. read more

This was a bad experience, the place was clean that was the only good thing I could say about it, I have had my eyelashes for over 10 years, I thought I would save money and have a new experience, Big mistake my first tech didn't seem to know what she was doing my eyelashes had places where there was no extensions and she took 2 1/2 hours, I expressed my frustrations when asked, The response was I will schedule you in two weeks for a fill-in, I talked to the owner she gave me another tech to try to make me happy, it was a little better still not even close to the experience I have had all these years with my eyelashes I would not recommend this place, I will never be going back, in my opinion I was not handled with care and consideration from anyone including the owner it was more like she wanted to do what she could do and get rid of me as fast as she could. I also got a eye infection from this place, it's spread to my whole face, this is awful I just wanted to let everybody know be cautions. read more

My appointment on Wednesday, this being my first time ever getting my lashes done I was so excited to come out loving my lashes however within the first 2 hours after getting them done there was a large amount of fallout and patchy spots so I called back up there and told the receptionist she then told me to come back up for a consultation with a different stylist to help fix them so I did, the second stylist then only fixed one eye telling me maybe the first stylist didn't use enough adhesive this being the reason for the fallout. The following day I noticed more fallout but with the other eye and I was so frustrated and annoyed with the fact I spent money here hoping for quality service as I did not. I then let the receptionist know I wasn't happy and she told me to come back in and let them fix it for me by setting me up with a "senior" stylist. She then only gave me a fill, she didn't remove the lashes and put new ones on she gave me a fill (this was on Friday) it is now Monday and I have little to no lashes on my eyes what-so ever. I won't be coming back here again as it took 3 different stylist to do my eyes and it still didn't get done correctly. read more

since the day I got these lashes my eyes have been beyond irritated and on one eye it wasn't as full as the other cause the lash worker finished 20 minutes early and rushed with that eye. now that weeks have passed my eyes have been even more irritated and the glue has dried and has been poking my eye for the longest time. the eye that was rushed on now has barely of my natural lashes and i've taken care of them with the cleaning and everything. if I could give this place zero stars I would. I am beyond upset with this place and will NEVER come here again. read more

This place is very good when you first get them put on but each time it gets worse and worse. I have had more negative experiences there then positive. One time i went for my appointment and he girl forgot to do one of my eyes!!! After talking to another eyelash extension lady she explained to me they do it all wrong and your eyelashes shouldn't break after but mine were half the length and so thin! Also, there is nothing in there policy about being charged for cancelling membership the lady did not even tell me that when i put my account on hold so they took $60 BECAUSE i didn't want crappy service anymore, seems like a bad company to not warn customers when they first put their account on hold and talk about cancelling with the employee. Plus it does not state this in the policy book it says you can cancel at anytime but nothing about being charged!! I'm very angry about this and this company is not worth the money.
