I'm not the type to leave a review but the lady seemed to have an attitude when I was walking in mind you there was no one there. She took off most of my eyebrows when I only asked for a clean up not for her to thin them up and when I told her one eyebrow was shorter than the other she said no they look fine, THEY DID NOT and she said okay I can take more off one and they still looked the same. Never coming back honestly don't recommend and she still asked if I wanted to leave a tip after I was clearly upset and unsatisfied. read more

Horrible business here. I came here to get my eyebrows done. I had a good attitude n tried to smile at the women working n everything but she had a bad attitude the whole time. She did my eyebrows very rough n aggressive just trying to finish. When i seen them i asked if she could clean up a spot n instead she took the tweazers and AGGRESSIVELY tweezed my skin n made me bleed. Some people like to complain about how the lady pushes your head back, but I actually find it quite comforting, you can tell she cares on how your head is positioned so she can do a good job. :) At other places, they would do my eyebrows too thin, but here, she does them EXTREMELY WELL. She leaves them thick and has great shape. Personally, I like this lady, she isn't rude at all.. don't take it personal. She's actually very nice. :) and shapes eyebrows amazingly well. Our visit was today Saturday 02/03/24 at 10:30 ish. The lady was rude. Didn't receive a greeting when we walked in and perceded to say "if we also wanted side burns too". She was on a call the whole time and didn't bother asking how we wanted our brows done. The threading job was harsh, and she used the same brush on both of us to take the hairs off which is gross. We didn't receive lotion or an eyebrow trim. I had told her also i didn't want my eyebrows too thin and she disregarded my request and continued with her phone call.It was silent with only her response to the phone being heard. I was really trying to be nice and pass it off but after the service we got with the outcome it was inexcusable. We usually go here for our brows but have never had a bad experience. After getting in the car my sister had a cut from the thread which was from the mid eyebrow to the end. Will definitely not be coming back. read more

She ends up helping me and let me TELL YOU that my eyebrows are literally flawless. Like that arch and tail she gave my brows when she cleaned them up gave me life!!! I like by brows threaded fast and aggressive because it hurts less and that's what she did and guess WHAT IT DIDN'T HURT THANKS GIRL. I purchased a groupon for eyebrow threading for this place and I am so happy I did! This is a great clean place & the people are super friendly! $8 for eyebrow threading is a decent price, most places have higher prices. In NJ I use to get my eyebrows threaded for $3-$4 but I have not been able to find a place that does it that cheap in AZ, so far this business is the best I have found here! read more

I am so Furios I have never given a BAD review or complained anywhere on social media except today!!, I felt like punching this lady in the face today for messing up my eyebrows that I have been growing out for over a year!!!! Hollywood Beauty on 51st ave and Indian school is the worst place to go!! they messed up my entire face one eyebrow thin as spaghetti the other thin and thick at the end both completely different shape. Worse threading job I've ever gotten. I explicitly asked for "cleanup" and not to go too thin. Not only did I get very thin brows, one eyebrow is incredibly choppy & will now have to fill in my brows. I would have been better off plucking. read more

Eyebrows and lip for 13?! Can't beat that!! I had been driving all the way from the west side to Arrowhead mall to get my eyebrows and lip done, now I save gas and money going here.
