This was my first visit to Classic and Fancy Nail Spa in Laveen. As soon as I walked in, I noticed how pretty and inviting the space was. Prior to arriving, I made an appointment online. Once I arrived, I was told it would be a few minutes. I waited about 10 minutes and then was seated in a pedi chair where I soaked for about 15 more minutes before my nail tech actually started. I chose the #4, which is supposed to be a 60-minute pedi that includes sugar scrub, sea salt, hot stone, and your choice of gel polish or paraffin. The actual time spent with the nail tech was only about 30 minutes, which was kind of a bummer. I always look forward to the time spent having my legs and feet massaged. My nail tech was very nice, and overall, it was a good experience; it just felt a little rushed. read more

I am so sad to be leaving this review. I hate doing it as a small business owner but enough is enough. I have gotten my nails done here twice a month since they opened. I take my daughters as well, and the inconsistency and disrespect is wild. I paid $70 for what was supposed to be their signature pedicure with a 15 minute massage. She literally did one leg, then briefly touched the other up and down twice. I reminded her when she was acting like she was finished that I wanted to pay for the Signature. She then proceeds to gaslight me and tell me that she did do it for 15 minutes and she did so both legs. I look her straight in the face and said, "Helen, you took your hands up and down on my leg twice." To which she then tells me my legs must not have felt it. I come in enough to have patience and flexibility when they need to be on the phones or when they check their messages. Today was just the final straw. I encourage management to look at the videos. You have lost a customer and I will be encouraging others to spend their money elsewhere. A $70 pedicure should last more than 24 minutes with a "Fifteen minute massage". In addition, she tried to charge me $40 for my 7 year old's kid manicure. I am beyond livid. When I told her that is grossly higher than what I paid last week for my other daughter she's like "oh okay I'll give you a $10 discount." Utterly outrageous. read more

Stopped by for 2 pedicures early Saturday morning! Customer service was top notch and we were able to get directly in the chair as walk ins. They have a customer loyalty program and they accepts appointments ahead of time. Beautiful, classy, luxury ambience. Located in a BRAND NEW shopping center in Laveen on 59th & Baseline. I took my daughter here for her birthday because she loves getting a pedi at home so wanted to her to have a real pedi experience. The ladies (and gentlemen) in the shop were so sweet! They made a makeshift seat so her feet could reach the water and sang her happy birthday while recording on my phone for us. It was a beautiful experience. The lady was gentle with my baby and so nice. Myself and my sister also got pedis. The techs did a great job. My sister's tech was more thorough and took her time. My guy seemed a little rushed, cut my toe, and clipped my big toenails into a weird shape. He was nice though and engaged in good convo. The inside of the place is huge and so pretty. It's clean, including the bathroom. The prices are good. I think I've found a new shop for myself but will need a few more visits before I fully commit. read more

I came with my niece to this location. She made the appointment and said it was a new salon by Tommy. I walked it and it was shiney, new, very fancy, and clean! We needed pedicures badly! The entire staff was so friendly and nice. We opted for the Signature Spa Pedicure. When you get the Signature Spa Pedicure or anything higher can you lounge in the VIP room. The VIP room has 8 chairs and it is like a party with lights in there. Signature Spa Pedicure - This exclusive treatment includes a deodorizing foot soak salt, organic scents, cooling masks, a 15-minute lotion massage, hot stones, a hot towel wrap, paraffin wax, and collagen foot wraps. These procedures aid in removing toxins and impurities from your skin. They even added this steamer (hot mama). We have all these ingredients in fancy gold cups on a fancy gold tray. The experience was a lot of fun and relaxing. Love my French tips on my toes. They offered us some drinks if we wanted any. We were ok. I just had my own water. Thank you, Tommy and team. It is a new salon. Looks excellent, very clean and fancy. Till end of June they are offering 20% off all of their services. It was three of us who did nails. Cindy is an exceptional tech, very professional and sweet. Tracy is good but did pull my cuticle and hurt me really bad. In addition told her I am severely allergic to baby oil and asked her multiple times not to use before waxing but she did. As a result this morning my face flared up. Von is a new tech, very polite but still learning. Another tech who did my daughter's nails Tasha (I believe) could not replicate the design my daughter wanted. She spent over two hours and left with a huge cut on her finger and just plain painted nails. I think we will come back again to try again. read more

My nails are terrible, the shape is not even, my nails dirty with all the residue, she didn't even clean up properly and the lady seems like she was in a hurry and I was the 2nd customer. So from second review she saw she went with Cindy, she really liked her and that did a great job of the nail art from her inspo picture, we will see how the quality is over the next few weeks. I'm SO happy I finally found a nail salon close to home with quality service and a relaxing vibe! I opt into the callus pedicure and it was AMAZING. I really wish I got the technicians name because he took his time and left my feet feeling silky smooth! My nails were painted red and he also did a great job at that too. Great atmosphere the nail techs really know how to do nails as well as designs. I cannot complain regarding the quality and time on my nails. The only thing I can complain about is the PRICE. The price is cheaper online and in their booklet. When I informed them that they're charging me something different for the base pay. They informed me that their products come from overseas and it cost more now. I am all for changing your prices if that's what needs to be done, but please update your site and your pricing sheet. If your gel polish change is $20 before any enhancements, you should not tell me it's $25 before any enhancements. And when I show you that your price is $20 and your response is my product are coming overseas and they cost more so we are charging more. Today you should've honored the $20 and you should've took away all of your booklets off of your shelves that shows the wrong price. That is called false advertisement. I was giving this place a second chance after a horrible first experience I had several months ago. I had an appointment scheduled with my usual nail tech Danny. When I arrived for my appointment he had me wait over an hour and I still never got my service completed. He had me sitting in a bowl of acetone for over an hour which resulted in me ultimately leaving and never returning. No accommodations were offered for this inconvenience. I returned a few days ago to get a simple dip manicure. It has only been 3 days and my nails have already started to chip. In addition to this, while I was at the shop the manager told me that I could not use the 20% coupon that they texted to me. The coupon was still valid until 10/16/25, but her response is they don't send out messages like this which I know is not true because I have received them before and used them before at this location and the Goodyear location. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this establishment and I am very dissatisfied with the overall service and quality of work. read more

Wouldn't waste my time going there again. I made an appointment for a dip manicure at 11am. The appointment was confirmed and a text reminder was sent to my phone. I got there for my appointment on time and was told to wait. I waited...30 minutes. I was told that no one was available to see me for another 15 minutes. I asked what the point of making an appointment was and the lady at the front desk said it doesn't guarantee a spot. Due to other appointments I told her I could not keep waiting. She offered to reschedule my appointment for later in the week. She did so for a few days later at 11am. I return a few days later had to wait 5 minutes, one of the nail techs started my service, but then I was left soaking my nails for 45 minutes without anyone proceeding with my service. This is in spite of other nail techs being available and sitting at their desk on their phone. What should have been a one hour appointment took two hours. A complete was of time on two different days. I was not the only one with an appointment that had to wait hours to be seen. read more

I'm not usually one to post bad reviews. This would be my second time at this salon and I should have trusted my experience the first time. However, I figured I'd give it another chance with a different tech thinking maybe the first was a fluke, It wasn't. I recently moved to the area and I hoped I would find a nail salon near me since my old one was in the north west valley. I get my nails done consistently every 4 weeks and have done this for years. Always dip/SNS on my natural nail. Nails filed crooked, never once asked to wash my hands to get the residual powder off my nails, and I left the salon with powder on my hands still. Let's just say I will be making the 40 minute drive going forward to stay with my old salon. The techs were all friendly and nice but maybe should focus more on the task at hand and less on everyone and everything else going on in the salon. Unfortunately the $80 spent on the more expensive pedicure was not worth it. The entire thing felt very rushed even though the menu said the treatment was 1hr and 15 min due to the extended 15 min massage. I was done within 45min and because everything was so rushed I got a little nick on my toe due to the speed and the rocks burned me. There was also a lady that works there that kept yelling random things trying to be funny but honestly it wasn't professional or relaxing. Overall I would not return or recommend. read more

I had been to this nail salon about 5 times. Each time I made appointments. My most recent appointment was scheduled a week in advance with a description of what I wanted done. I needed a full set of acrylic nails with designs on each nail. I also wanted my eyebrows done. When I arrived at the salon 10 minutes before my appointment the ladies said the person doing my nails was not there yet so they could do my eyebrows first. I agreed to do so. Afterwards I had to wait another 20 minutes past my appointment time until the tech showed up. He said "Thank you for waiting, what kind of design do you want?" I told him no problem that my daughter was getting married and I needed my nails to look nice to match my dress. Then I showed him a picture of some nails with silver tips with hearts outlined with gems. He grabbed my phone and stared at the picture zooming in and out. Then called another tech over, she looked at the picture and went to get a container with gems. The guy started talking to her in another language and they had an exchange. He then looks at me while handing my phone back and tells me he can't do that. Then I say, ok and proceed to show him 4 more photos each less details and he says no to all of them. The last photo I show him he simply tells me "No I don't want to do that!" Then I ask him if there was a design he could do that was similar or even just the same color scheme without the gems and he tells me no. I was very upset that I had made an appointment and wasted my time with this tech that was being quite rude in his tone and unwilling to do my nails. I then stood up and said "Alright, I will pay for my eyebrows", then walked over to the register counter. Another lady started yelling back and forth with him before he came to check me out, possibly because they had just lost a return customer who on average would spend $200 - $300 dollars including tips. I was extremely disappointed especially because I trusted them to do my nails for my special occasion. I did find a salon that I walked in to that did a beautiful job on my nails for my daughter's wedding. The tech also asked to see a picture of my dress and created designs with the color, and gems that matched what I was wearing. I will never return to Classic and Fancy Nails Spa because I was patient, calm, and respectful but was treated as if I, as a paying customer, did not matter. read more

My feet and & toes were well taken care of and came out beautifully. Same for my nails, I got an acrylic fill, love the color!! I do not know the names of my pedi tech or nail tech but I do know the vibe was cool in there. Everyone was either talking to one another, listening to music, on their phone ect. Then you hear this man yelling and I look over, we all turn are heads that way now. This man is yelling at this lady, scolding her now we all see this. This was something that was so unprofessional in my eyes. Discussing working issues all out in the open. Come to find out he is the manager maybe even the owner. All I know is the should have been handle in the back and and not in that matter as if he was her dad and she was his child. I also noticed he was giving her the cold shoulder, ignoring her after that as she was speaking to him as she was leaving and he had a face as he was disgusted. This was not cool at all. They can't do the nails in the pictures and the parking lot isn't even the same one which is hilarious. Anyways, I've been coming here a couple months, few times with my daughter. Most of the techs seem really nice, always kind to me and my daughter especially. John was always mine, he's super nice & good at nails, and will always make sure he's doing what you want and doesn't mind correction. Bummer to leave this review because it's based on the owner. She's always given people weird vibes here but I always brushed it off. She speaks condescendingly to the techs which always bummed me out. They almost seemed afraid when she'd walk by. Def not a relaxing environment. Anyways I'm never going in again after today since I went in with my daughter and the owner once again was being difficult but this time with me, and tried to make me feel dumb about what I wanted to get done. I really wanted to like this place but it was no where near classy or fancy. First of all I came in for a simple pedicure and manicure with a soak off for my feet. The first tech I got was switching up the prices from what I was told initially and literally refused to do my nails because I was confused about why it was different price. Also, the hygiene of this place is questionable. NOTHING came out of a sanitary pack and all the tools/files had residue from the previous client (YUCK!). the place is super nice but........the overall end product was not horrible and they truthfully don't do the worst job on the nails however some of their staff needs to be trained on hospitality. My sister called in for an appointment and asked for John to do an mani and pedi on her. However, when we got the nail salon, John was busy with another client and told us that whoever receptionist answered my sister's called never booked her with him. Now we learned to just book online. My sister had mentioned this has happened twice before. She did end up getting a really nice lady to do her nails, and she did like her results, but it was the way that the staff handled the situation, as if we were bothering them for their services, overall did not feel welcome. Another thing i'd like to complain about was the way they took off my dip nails. I had a different gentlemen, I can't remember his name, but he was older. From the start to finish his vibes were OFF. He didn't even know how to do dip nails and the guy next to him had to tell him step by step what to do (which stresses me out already bc I am paying lots of money for these services and I want them done right) He rushed the whole process of taking off my dip nails and it was truthfully so painful I should have had him stop. I almost asked for another nail tech to continue my nails. My cuticles were rough after he finished, they were all cut and bleeding and on top of that, he used so much pressure with the nail bits that my fingernails were BURNING while he was trying to scrape the excess off. As someone who's been to many nail salons, this was by far the worst experience. He was not gentle whatsoever, and I really wish I said something. I think he knew I was somewhat upset because he kept asking me if I liked the product which at that point I just wanted to get out of there. I'm not a confrontational person, and usually let things slide when something inconvenient happens but the whole experience was just not it. Great experience, such a beautiful location and modern/chic chairs. Their massage chairs were the most impressive ones I've ever used at a Nail Spa. Mary was incredible, and the whole staff was very friendly. I had my 3 kids (ages 5, 4 & 3) and they accommodated them as well by letting them get a candy. Highly recommend this location. read more
