Love this salon! We came in for Christmas nails and they absolutely delivered. I got an SNS French full set with cat eye, which looks classy but still festive with that shimmery effect. One daughter got an acrylic full set with white nails and polka dots -- perfect winter/holiday vibes. My other daughter got a gel manicure with a candy cane design, and the detail was SO cute and precise. Clean salon, friendly staff, and great with kids. I went there mid January of this year and min did my nails and she did a fantastic job! I felt the staff was helpful to find the particular shade of emerald I wanted. The atmosphere was peaceful and the decor in the spa was lovely. I am going again this month with 2 of my best friends and I would never take them to a place unless I got excellent service and was treated with respect ! Even with no appointment, they always take me right back, which I don't mind waiting a bit while my feet are enjoying a warm water massage & the massage chair humming! The pricing is in line with other salons (I've gone to other salons on occasion) and the nail techs are skilled & courteous. I've gone there twice already for a simple manicure and both times, the polish started to chip off with in 2 days. The first time, I thought maybe the technician didn't do a thorough job with filing, but the second time it happens again, and I know the second technician did a fantastic job. I used to like this place but today will be my last time supporting this business. I normally come here for gel manicures and pedicures. Today, I came in to just take the gel polish off of my fingernails. Every single person I interacted with (6 different people) was rude to me. Also not one of those people understood that I only wanted to take the polish off and clean up my cuticles. I was charged $25 for a regular manicure and an extra $5 (additional service fee). I asked the guy who checked me out what that extra fee was for -- I guess they charge to take polish off. Lol. I will let everyone I know to never support this business and its poor practices again. Do better -- there's too much competition for a business and employees to fall so short like this. read more

For context, I went during a very busy time. Saturday morning. The customer service is great. My technician was very kind and friendly. The quality of service was subpar. I felt very rushed and the foot scrub while she was applying it and massaging my feet and legs felt like sandpaper. Overall, my pedicure was not as relaxing as it has been in the past. I and my girlfriend have been coming here for at least 6 months, first experience was GREAT, unfortunately over the past few months the services have progressively gotten worse. We called and made an appointment today for 10am, we check in and 30 minutes later, we finally get seen. (That's the first issue, but we stayed). They finally start, in the middle of my girl getting her pedicure she gets burned by the hot stones! Flash to me, lady starts in on my pedicure, paints my toes and it's beyond crappy!! No smoothness, no top coat added until I asked. To spend all this money and have mediocre service is sad, especially on Valentine's Day! The lady was rude, she barely wanted to take a look and redo the toe; she looks at my girlfriend as if I was making up the fact the service was bad. She finally obliged, but it was the worst experience I've had, so much so until this is the very last time I'll be here! Money should be refunded! Last experience was bad as well, but I left it alone. Unbelievable how bad service was today! There's much more, but those are the highlights of this cringe worthy service. I came here for a pedicure. The place is clean and the decor is cute. I didn't have an appointment and was taken back right away. The pedicure was good. I think the person was newer because he had to keep looking at the paper to see what was included with the package I picked. Fist off I'm disappointed in myself for not checking the reviews I normally am really good at doing that. Literally had the same experience as another person in the comments. I asked for my acrylics to b taken off and gel polish after. I had my nails on for 3 weeks so I had a lot of growth which I knew my nails would b considerably shorter after they were removed with a drill & soak off. But the woman "Anne" used another mail to remove my nails she went quick so I just went with it until the pinky nail was ripped of without even a sorry she looked up I was annoyed but just wanted it to quickly b over. Literally the worst nail experience I have ever had, sad cause this is a new place. But something should tell u when u walk in in a Saturday and ur the only customer. I went in for NYE nails and I had matte black nails with gems and not even 12 hours later 3 of the nails had chipped tremendously. I went back the next day and they fixed them and removed the matte claiming that's what caused them to chip. I've had them done the same way at a different salon and they lasted me 3 weeks. Now I had another nail chip only 4 days later. The staff is friendly however I paid extra for gems and matte and both have fallen off within a few days. Their quality sucks and is ovedpriced. I was on vacation and wanted to get a pedicure, so I called Bubble Nail and asked what the cheapest gel pedicure was. They told me $45. I said Perfect, I arrived, and I told the lady I wanted the basic gel pedicure. I kept asking her 45 with gel, correct for the basic gel pedicure. She kept saying yes, everything was going well. She was adding a bunch of different products, and I asked her like four times during the service to be sure that it was going to be $45. She was adding this Lavender mask, and she put my feet in a bag with lemons, and I'm like This probably costs extra, so I asked her again. This service is $45 with gel correct? she then said yes, and like two seconds After she said no $20 extra for gel I told her no I didn't have enough that's why I kept asking her $45 to be confirmed she then got upset and started talking in her language to her coworker and came back with a big wipe and wiped all the lavender product off of me! She had everyone staring at me, it was so embarrassing. I will NEVER return again! read more

Went to get a regular manicure, from the beginning I didn't like how the technician did not apply the nail polish all the way from the beginning of the nail she left like a small gap between the cuticle and the nail polish. I asked her if she was gonna fill that in, She did it the second time and then just the way she was reapplying the second coat just didn't look right. This was my second attempt at getting a good manicure and pedicure at this place. I just moved to the area and it's right by my house. Pedicure was ok. She didn't do all of the items in the category I paid for. But I was willing to let that go. The manicure was a joke. She cut me many times while trying to trim my cuticles. She also never had me wash my hands or dust off the file remnants from when she used the machine to take off old gel polish. So not only did she leave my hands full of dust particles from my nail she literally polished over it. She was very distracted and kept looking everywhere else but where she was supposed to. I went to pay and it was 90$ for a very horrible job. I questioned why it was 30$ for a manicure when all she did was cut my cuticles. I got clear polish no gel. Ridiculous. I left very upset. I've been wanting nails that mimic Christian Louboutin red bottoms. I came in and gave it a try & they made it happen! Initially the team was unsure how to do it but they made it work with some trial & error. They were super patient, didn't rush to finish, and didn't make me feel bad for being picky (I'm super picky with how I like my nails done, so I usually wait until my California trips). My nail tech was super detail oriented and constantly checked every fingers to make sure the shape and length were right. He didn't lay it on too thick, just how I like it. We tried different colors for the top finish, just to make sure & they ended up going with black. Everyone was super smiley and friendly. It's nice to finally have nail techs that I can come to regularly now in Laveen. I also usually don't speak Vietnamese right off the bat, because I want to know what the techs are saying. Right as I showed them what I wanted, a lot of people were working together to figure out how to make my vision come true. I went on a Saturday morning and got the nail tech closest to the door , Asian man with a combover. While I was getting my nails done he got up multiple times trying to help new customers walking in the door , while doing my nails he didn't shape them accurately. It looked like my nails were rounded square bubbles. I told him I didn't like them he ensured me he was going to shape them according to the photo I presented him and also cut my nails too short to do the style correctly. At the end of the service when it was time for my design to be added he called a door lady to do my simple design & she FAILED as well. I told them I'd be more than willing to pay half and tip because I didn't plan on just being dishonest and walking out. The tech doing my nails attempted to block the door as if I was a criminal when I still insisted on paying even though I hated my nails at the end he rudely decided to take my nails off and drilled extra hard against my nails , then decided to soak them off with cotton and acetone , got frustrated and left the cotton on my nails along with the half taken off acrylic as well. read more
