The massage chairs are nice too. One of my favorite things is the range of polish choices - they use DnD brand for both gel and regular and it's high quality. My pedicures easily last 6 weeks. I've also had gel manicures here and they were very well done. I also tried dip powder once on recommendation from the nail tech but wasn't a fan of the removal process (seemed harder on my nails than gel polish). They do get busy at certain times of the day (lunch, late afternoon/early evening) so I recommend calling ahead and getting a loose "appointment" to make sure they have time for you.

Service & Pricing I take my nails very seriously and have gone to the same technician for over 20 + years. I only tried this salon because my regular tech is closed on Sundays, and I needed my nails done for an important Tuesday meeting. I came in on Sunday, 8/30, at 3:15 PM for an acrylic powder fill and a pedicure. My main issue during the visit was the lack of upfront pricing transparency. The total came out to $180 ($80 pedicure, $70 acrylic fill, $15 gel removal, and $15 gel application). I paid in cash and tipped $20, bringing the total to $200. I prefer simple, transparent service where costs and add-ons are clearly explained before work begins. Nail Quality & In-Person Follow-Up The final result was lumpy and uneven. On Tuesday, after my meeting, I stopped back by the salon in good faith specifically to show the manager, Adrianna, the work. I didn't go in expecting a refund; as a customer, I simply hoped someone would take accountability, listen, understand, and say, "I'm sorry, we will speak with the nail tech." Instead, I was met with defensiveness rather than genuine understanding. While they acknowledged one nail was thick and offered a repair accommodation, I declined because I no longer felt comfortable and went to my regular nail tech.
