I really wanted to support this salon because it's Latina-owned, but unfortunately my experience was incredibly disappointing. I spent $150 on a birthday trip manicure and pedicure, and the quality was nowhere near what I expected for the price. My French tip acrylics have uneven lines with inconsistent thickness, and my pedicure was even worse. The polish application was sloppy, the lines were uneven, and it looked rushed. I actually had to go somewhere else afterward just to have the polish on my toes changed because I was so embarrassed by how they looked. I didn't say anything while I was there because I honestly didn't notice how bad everything looked until I got home and looked closely in better lighting. Once I realized how poor the work was, I reached out to the owner privately in hopes of resolving the issue instead of immediately leaving a negative review. Unfortunately, the response was just as disappointing as the service. Rather than offering to make things right with a complimentary pedicure or a reasonable refund after I spent $150, I was offered only a $25 credit and a free French tip upgrade on a future visit. I had already explained that I had no intention of returning after this experience, so offering a credit wasn't a real solution. To make matters worse, I ended up paying another nail technician to fix the work. After spending $150 at this salon, I should not have had to spend even more money just to have my nails and toes look presentable. I gave the owner the opportunity to resolve this privately before posting this review, but the outcome showed that she did agree the work didn't meet the quality she expects so she agreed it looks bad but only wants to offer a small credit after spending so much money. It was a complete waste of money, and I won't be returning. Save yourself the money, I'm so upset about how much I spent. read more

Cute salon, unprofessional owner. I had a liquid gel French tip set done in a different salon. I needed a minor repair on only 1 nail. It was a small scruff on the top coat. Literally just the top coat. The owner charged me $15.65! I was like $15.65 for 1 nail repair? She goes "yep." The girl that repaired my nail, made a comment about how bulky they looked and how nail techs make that mistake thinking that it will prevent the product from lifting from the natural nail. Tell me why the only nail that happened to was the one that she worked on. I've been contemplating on leaving a review. Has not sat well with me being charged so much. So today I called the salon and described the exact scenario, I asked for a quote and was told $5, maybe $10 if that. Definitely not going there again smh. read more

Came back for the Selena pedicure and oh wow this is an experience from another world. They treat you like a queen here! A full pedicure, with a massage, heated neck pillow, under eye mask, charcuterie board, custom drink and gel polish included? For $85???? SOLD! My friends booked their appointments immediately after. I can't say enough good things about this place, I'm literally looking forward to my next pedicure and I just got mine a couple days ago. read more

This is going to be a hard review to write because I really like the owner and the salon is very nice this is my second time coming to this salon the first time I was over changed and I had to correct them on how much she changed me. The second time I was there I ask for a simple nail gel for my daughter the nail tech was constantly on here phone and walking away form her costumer and when it was time to pay she added a whole other manicure service to my daughter nails which she didn't perform correctly. read more

Best nail salon I've been to in a very long time. The staff, the vibe, the care they took in doing our pedicures... everything was top notch. Anyone can do your nails adequately, but not everyone can make you feel welcome and appreciated and the ladies here did all that. I called ahead to have one nail fixed and was told I could walk in and be helped as long as it's within the next 15-20 minutes. When I arrived, I was told the next available tech would take me. After waiting 20 minutes, she informed me she was actually done for the day... it was 2:00PM. The lack of communication and organization was disappointing, especially after I called in advance and patiently waited. I expected better customer service being Latina trying to support a Latin owed business. Definitely wouldn't recommend. read more

Unprofessional and very unorganized. I came in for a service I had booked ahead of time and no nail techs were available. I waited for a while before the nail receptionist, who was not a registered licensed tech, conducted my service. By far the worst experience I will not be back. read more

I hope this review helps someone else save money. First I got there and no one greeted me. i was there for a pedicure. they did not have massaging chairs, it's a sofa chair with a massage overlay that does nothing. There was only a couo of people there but yet it seemed like they were rushing. the leg massage I received was literally a minute at best. I was supposed to get hot towels and that did not happen. once they were done they did not say anything or try to offer me disp flip flops nothing. I didn't even know I was done!!! awful experience. read more

Yes the salon is nice and all but the NAILS!!! The set I wanted was literally so simple. French tip with hearts. The whole set just looks so sloppy!!!!!!!! I was in the chair for more than an hour for sloppy work! Definitely won't be back here. I'm so mad because this was my birthday set and I get sloppy shit for $90!!!!!!!!!!!! Do better.
