I went for a pedicure with gel polish. Andy knew exactly what I needed. He communicated everything that he was doing; when he placed the polish, he asked me if I like the color. I had been going for a fall look, and it really wasn't what I was thinking. I was so glad that he asked if I liked the color. Then we laughed, and went with black instead. The salon is clean and bright, I enjoyed my first visit. Looking forward to coming back. read more

I tried to give this place another chance with a pedicure. The technician overcut my cuticles and caused me to bleed. To make it worse, when I told him I was injured and bleeding, he told me it was just red from the polish I had on my toes before. Well, now I have a full on sore on my toe, and I really hope it does not get worse. I spent $65 to be injured and then gaslit on top. Rad. read more

Andy is an absolute artist! He created these gorgeous Halloween-inspired nails that I can't stop admiring -- even added a "CC" design on my thumb, just like the Chanel insignia. The colors and gemstones are stunning and go perfectly with all my black outfits. Every set Andy has done for me (the last 3-4 times) has been a true work of art. While I was getting my nails done, Anthony gave me the best pedicure I've ever had. He truly understands pressure points -- I walked in tense after a long day as an attorney and left completely relaxed. The owner is also incredibly personable and hands-on. She even stepped in to help while Andy was finishing up with another client, which showed how much she cares about her business and her customers. The salon is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and always accommodating of my limited schedule. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for both artistry and relaxation. This was my first time here. They were able to squeeze my friend and I in for a last minute gel mani and ped. I have to say I got my nails done 2 weeks ago and the paint has not chipped at all on my hands or feet. I wash my hands excessively for work so I'm impressed. From what I could gather sitting in there, they really try to accommodate everyone coming in if they can, which is nice. Sanitary space. Unfortunately not consistent. My mom and I got the same exact dip and hers were done nicely and the color was vibrant and mine look see through and you can see right through them. My girl also took over two hours while my moms took 45 minutes. And it was $65. This was for my birthday and an event so unfortunately going to have to go get them done somewhere else tomorrow so wasted $65 and over two hours. read more

I had gotten a pedicure here in the past that went very well so I decided to take my mother here for her birthday so we could get pedicures together. I didn't call ahead so I didn't mind that there was a wait even though the shop seemed empty. When we were finally seated we were told that someone would be starting my pedicure now and then in another 5 mins or so someone would be starting on my mother's pedicure. I was almost 25 mins into my pedicure before someone started on my mother. Then to make matters worse, our pedicures somehow managed to end at the same time even though mine was started almost a whole half hour earlier than hers. They also cut her heel pretty significantly during the process. I am really not happy with the quality of service here and will not be returning. read more

Too expensive for the area, $90 for a gel mani pedi, the basics of each with gel polish on both my hands and feet. The place is very nice but I can't justify that cost for service that took them less than an hour....Holly and Caroline are very nice and did a good job so I'm happy with the results. read more

AMAZING SERVICE! I was in Phoenix for a business trip and they gave me an appointment, were on time when I arrived, and my manicure and pedicure came out great. I've been here a few times since they opened. First time the lady did a horrible job on my acrylic nails - super uneven and clumpy. The manager did redo them for free when I went back in the next day to show her how bad they were. My last visit was enough to make not want to return. I went in and asked for the price to change gel polish on acrylic with French tips. I was quoted $35. I added rhinestones to 2 nails and they increase my charge to $50. When I asked why they said that's the price for the 2 nail designs. I also had my 12 year old daughter there and they charged $40 for a kid's manicure (regular polish) with nail stickers. I've never paid more than $20 for a kid's manicure. Ridiculous. Wayyyy overpriced and they raise the price when you're checking out. And except for the young guy at the front desk who is nice, none of them are pleasant. No thanks. Won't be back. read more

Annie does an amazing job EVERY TIME! I always request her. It's been 10 years since I have had long nails! I have an acrylic allergy, so I can't get acrylic or dip. This is the first salon that has offered gel x nails to me. And they work wonderfully for me! I finally have long nails again and I love them! Thank you Annie! Also, Anthony is a pleasure each time. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I wish I could give this place 0 STARS, even giving this place 1 star is RIDICULOUS . This place is a complete rip off. They will do your acrylic nails lifted and then blame it on your finger, I never had an issue with this before, they also rush you out . They didn't have an acrylic powder I wanted so we mixed the powders to get it close to the color I wanted and they charged me for it without telling me before we did it. They also charge to draw the white tip on your nails which I have never heard of it's ridiculous. My nails look horrible I had to pay $95. I felt bad not tipping I'm always a great tipper it's sad. I just got my nails done and now I have to find another salon to take them off they look HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Me and my daughter both went in today to get our nails done on top of my daughter getting a pedicure. They overcharged my daughter for a medicare and a manicure. After they gave her a certain price, they added things to her nails that she did not request. And then they give her attitude when we explain it to them. I don't recommend anybody going there unless you have the money to spend almost three hundred dollars at a nail salon for just two people. read more

Looks like a nice place and the gentleman at the front desk was very nice. Made an appointment for 3 online with a tech that had several openings. I was asked to wait, which I was fine with, until I was asked to wait again, which would put me 30 minutes behind. I ended up leaving because I could not wait that long. If someone is running late or if it is that busy, I would recommend not making it so someone can schedule. read more

I am a person who always tips, I tip the ladies and gentlemen that bring out your order from Sonic, I always tip Uber and Lyft, and so many more people in the service industry. Absolutely no way was I going to tip the gentleman who did my gel manicure and spa pedicure at Classy Nail Lounge. First of all, I had an appointment, the gentleman says he was ready for me, then left and did not come back for 15 min. I was soaking my feet in cold water and usually I am used to some sort of spa soap in the water and it was nothing. He seemed completely annoyed about doing my toe nails.. I didn't even ask for gel and it was a simple basic pedicure. He was appalled that one of my big toenails fell off and was like "your toe is not healing it's bleeding" This is the first time he made me feel completely humiliated. I then moved to his station for a gel manicure and BY ACCIDENT happened to ding one of my toes, I messed up the polish, I told him when I sat down for my gel manicure, he was completely annoyed and in a negative tone asked me which one it was.. He said he was going to fix it He made me feel like I was a 2 year old!! Then while doing my manicure I had my fingers under the gel lamp, I got a twitch in my finger and the gel polish got messed up, when I took my hand out of the lamp he looked at my finger shook his head in disgust and rolled his eyes at me. I have NEVER in my life felt so small and humiliated by someone where this was supposed to be a pleasant experience. I WILL never ever return here, and I do not feel one bit guilty for not tipping. If you are so miserable in your job, you can't stand working with people , and can't accept that accidents happen, maybe you shouldn't be doing nails. read more

Very nice people but my experience was lacking. My appointment was at 11:45, while I was having my nails soaking due to polish that needed to be removed, I wasn't started to be worked on till 12:30. Due to the lack of time I couldn't get polish on because it wouldn't have dried in time. So basically had my previous polish removed, cuticle and filing for $42 including tip. I might give one more chance because I want them to be successful but timing will have to be improved. read more

My third time here. It is nice and clean. I have to say I was disappointed a little bit. I didn't get my hand massage which I was told was standard twice before when I came in for a fill. However, I got moved from the girl I requested to another girl, maybe the new girl doesn't offer this service to her clients.
