No benefits aside, my problem continued when I was charged more because of an error, and a week later was charged more for an increase. (Update: Director reimbursed charge). All this hassle even though I told them in the beginning T was normal, D was fine and B12 didn't work. All this could've been avoided by not claiming they had something to offer me.
